It's a Saturday night and I just went through the Sonic drive thru on 11E, Greeneville to grab a shake for my daughter and I and this poor, sweet girl is entirely on her own to close with one person in the kitchen. You left her to take drive-thru orders, make everything she's obligated to make that the kitchen staff doesn't, and service every single car that parks at a speaker to eat. What is wrong with you? You saved what? A few dollars sending your other staff home early and made this lovely young lady have a horrible night. Shame on whoever made this terrible decision. I didn't get her name, but she was sweet and kind and definitely deserves to be treated with much more respect and consideration. Do better. It's one thing to not have someone to work. It's an entirely separate thing to send people home early on a Saturday night and leave one person to do everything. The photo I added is only one side. The other side has cars parked as well, and there were 3 people behind us in the drive-thru a few minutes before this photo.

Love Sonic, especially the Grape Slush with Nerds. Keep that slushy machine working, and you'll earn 5 stars from me eventually. Also, either extend the happy hour or always honor that price. Thank you for great service!

I was disappointed in the drinks. I got my cherry limeade...it was just seltzer water with 2 cherries and 2 lime wedges. My husband for a Dr pepper...his tasted gross...I think your mixers were not working. Maybe check them out? Otherwise, chili dogs and tots were good. I do love cherry limeade but was so disappointed

I initially did not leave a post but as I was reading the comments on all the bad experiences I elected to go ahead. I haven’t ordered any food lately as it’s hard to eat healthy at about any fast Food establishment. I do however enjoy grabbing an unsweetened tea with sugar free flavoring. I almost always use the app and have never had any trouble. Not to say someone else can’t have a bad experience, just saying I have always had a good experience up to now myself. Just posting some positivity as things can never be all bad nor can they be all good. Sometimes mistakes happen, but hopefully not often.

Really good service. I just go for the ice so not a lot to write home about. Ran by kids like most Sonic establishments are. So that is to be considered for the service. Five stars because they had my ice

Honestly pretty disappointed. My bf went to go get food for dinner. He ordered me a grilled chicken sandwich only mayo. If you dont sell that specific product than say that and see if they want something different. Well he got home i ended up with a fried chicken sandwich with lettuce and pickles no clue where they pulled that from. He called to see if we could get refunded but the girl on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all and basically yelled at him and it got no where. Zero customer service skills at all

Went to the drive through to order a medium shake. Girl said she'd be right with me, waited 12 minutes, when she finally came back and I ordered my shake I was told the ice cream machine was broken. Thanks for nothing! It will be a long time before I ever go back there. Nothing fast about the food.

Ordered online and went to stall to receive. No signs posted about slushes being in available but we're not available to order online. Finally got an order to go thru and had to wait over ten minutes for it only to be half delivered to our car with a question of can I get you anything else?! Yes the rest of my order. Waited another 10 plus minutes for our shakes. Our car hop was seen sitting out back after we were finally brought our shakes and we're leaving. I like Sonic, at other locations.
