Sat in the drive through long enough to place a mobile order and still wait for nearly an hour. Placed a $40 dollar order of which they forgot about half. I did get a taco supreme 12 pack, but none of the tacos had cheese lettuce or sour cream on them. This was my first time at this location and I guarantee it was the last. When I called, the guy tells me they’re short staffed, but while waiting at the drive through window I watched the guy I was in the phone with, a girl with a tattoo on her hand and another woman old enough to be my mother, all eating and laughing loud enough they could be heard outside. All this while there were 17 cars in line behind us. (I counted)

First, a story from a week or two ago. A masculine appearing female yelled at me for telling her I didn't want to them to remake my food because I was in a hurry. She then proceeded to pull me forward and made me wait for food then she laughed at me saying "looks like you had to wait anyways". Tonight I ordered a volcano burrito and taco. Needless to say it looks like a paralyzed man with cerebral palsy assembled my food. They consistently get my food wrong. I have at least 8 free taco cards just because they don't understand what no lettuce is. All the employees need retrained and the dirty disrespectful minimum wage drug addicts need fired.

I wish you could put negative stars. Had an absolutely horrible experience tonight. I had ordered nacho fries and extra cheese. I looked at the cheese cups and they weren’t even halfway full. They refused to open the lobby to help me and the line was too long to wait in again. I had to go to the state street location to get replacement cheese. I do not recommend this location at all.

Sat in line for 20 minutes for two orders of nacho fries. They gave us this amount of cheese. Dining room was closed, walked up to the window and asked for them to fill them correctly and they told me they won’t serve me unless I wait back in line in my car. DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL.

I would a zero but not an option.... Your establishment is very sub par. Doritos Taco shells are broken just upon opening. No meat on Taco Supremes, if I wanted a lettuce Taco I would have ordered one. Never again Taco Bell ....

My son was sick and this was the only food he would eat. When I told the woman at the drive through she was SO nice and made sure he felt very special from the folks at Taco Bell! It had been a hard day/night and that was really special for him!

Between the 2 locations in town, I prefer this one for their more friendly service, and that they pay attention enough to ensure the orders are always right. My only gripe is that they're supposed to open at 7am, and the last 5-6 times I had a cravinf and tried to get breakfast at 7:40 on the way to work, they said they aren't opening until 8.

I had 2 delete a review from 4 years ago I been coming here a long time I really like the manager they have now she's really nice Jamie and Devon at night shift I went there yesterday and today and I will keep going back I rather them over any fast food we'll I can't say my work cause I work at hardees but besides them there number 2 in greenfield in love u guys keep doing work and smiles
