Terrible service tonight - over 40 minutes wait in queue and carpark, assistant dropped two bags of food in the carpark (one was mine) lied that he hadn’t while he had been in full view of carpark after wondering around for 5 minutes then delivering a ripped bag of nearly £16 worth of food to my car 🤢

Possibly the slowest service I've ever had it would be quicker to drive to Calcot and back again as it's taken 50 minutes to get my food and there's only been a handful of customers in here. When I got the order the chips were so anemic I ended up putting them in the air fryer when I got home as I didn't fancy another 50min wait, my drink was warm and flat so had to ask for a replacement, my mcflurry was liquid and I had to ask for 2 items they had missed. The lady who served me was apologetic in the end.

Needs to be improved. Messed up my order but I had already gotten back to work and tried calling twice but no answer. Asked for NO lettuce ended up with plus didn’t look very appetising either.

This McDonald’s must have the most brain dead people working it’s drive through, we don’t visit very often but on every occasion I have at least something is missing from the order case in point the reason for this review now, ordered 6 nugget medium meal and the nuggets were missing basically nearly £6 for a medium fried and a milkshake, go back to complain and get the nuggets to be told I won’t be getting them because effectively they don’t believe me. Is it really that hard to just give you what you paid for and not forget anything, I’m not expecting Elon musk levels of intelligence but I would at least expect someone who can read an order and put it in a bad I’ve let it slip up till now but I’m now sick of it

Waited 20 minutes to receive my drive through food. I drove 200 yards to a quiet place to eat only to find all my food cold,not lukewarm but COLD. I will never go here again. McDonald's should be ashamed to own this site.

Drove out to pick up 2 mc muffin breakfasts. Got home to find no egg on the one breakfast. Recently many issues with cold food, half cups of coffee and missing items.

Got over charged by 11p which is no big deal. But chips tasted like they were cooked in ten year old oil and had a huge hair in the pile of slop that was supposed to be a big Mac, which left me gagging! All went in the bin! Disgusting food!

WE GO TO MCDONALD'S DRIVE THROUGH FOR COFFEE ETC, I HAD A LOVELY CARAMEL PIE, IT WAS THE BEST THING I THINK I'VE HAD THERE. THE CARAMEL LATTE/COFFEES ARE LOVELY AS WELL. THEY HAVE STARTED DOING THE NEW SIZE DISHES COZ XMAS. EVEN NEW ICE CREAM,I DON'T LIKE THE BURGERS AND THEY NEVER LOOK LIKE THE PICS.⛄ THEY ARE FLAT, WET DUE TO THEM GOT IN THE PACKETS. I THINK EVERYONE KNOWS THAT😬I DID LIKE THE CHEESE NUGGETS, MMMMMM☺️ WORTH GOING PEOPLE👍 THEY THE NEW SIDE DISHES, PUDDINGS AND ICE-CREAM XMAS EDITIONS🫶🎄❄️ IF YOU LIKE MY COMMENTS ETC, PLEASE FOLLOW ME AS LOTS TO COME XXXXXX😘

Ordered food, got told to park up, waited 50 minutes and it was never brought to the car … went inside, staff were rude and wouldn’t offer a refund or give me the food. Really taking the fast out of fast food

Unfortunately today's breakfast roll came with egg shell... quite the horrible feeling chewing egg shell in the morning....

Edit - BURNED AGAIN!!! The last 12 visits have all been wrong, no sauce, cold food and burnt egg muffins every breakfast (maybe they hate veggie options) 1 in 12 usually ok. They don’t bring sauce to car orders btw 👍

Slowest service ever from a McDonald’s. No one in the drive through queue. Had to park up along with about 8 other cars all waiting. Waited about 20 mins. Food was lukewarm. Staff wandering around car park trying to find the right car to give orders to.

Nice bacon and egg McMuffin and coffee. Not busy, quite slow service!

Must be the worst macdonalds I've ever been in. Every time we visit you have to wait ages, even if it's just drinks you're waiting for. When you do eventually get them they're cold. On complaining we were met with an eye roll, he disappeared with them and returned with "2 new ones" within seconds, they were probably the same ones as they were also cold. This is not a one off, they are our local branch. Too much is dedicated to the delivery side and not the inhouse customer. They have bad attitudes, this includes the manager who gave us the eye roll!!! On average you have to wait for food at least 25 minutes. Hate using them!!

McDonald’s was a welcome sight after a long drive from Wales. I had a coffee and a veggie option and felt refreshed and ready to continue my journey. The food was tasty and the service was fast. It was a great value for money.

It was not so busy when `I went through the drive through. Food was good but I was in a hurry and I had to wait outside in the parking bay for longer than I'd hoped for just one basic item

Horrible service at around 18:00 I was served a mc crispy with a teeny bit of mayo in and a little bit of lettuce missing a drink a whole meal (1 coke, 1 Fanta, 6 chicken nuggets and no chips. Worst experience from this place I’ve ever had my daughter didn’t eat her food because of this

Oh dear oh dear, The last time we visited this maccies was early in the morning before a road trip 7am on a Saturday (not particularly busy yet we waited 40 mins…) Today we went to give it a second chance 3pm on a Saturday. We were turned away and not allowed to enter or order via the drive through. I have never been turned away from a McDonald’s before due to them apparently being too busy. I’ve been to many in central london and never had this ‘ problem’ Poor, poor service, they obviously need more staff as can’t cope with 15 customers at a time.

I'd specifically appreciate the service, actually our little one spilled the Hot chocolate accidentally, but the staff was so polite and helpful 😀 which was really good.. I can't remember name of The lady but she was really helpful and handled the situation better than we expected. Kudo 👏 to all staff ***** 5 star

Ordered breakfast at the drive thru.Had to wait while they ‘cooked’ a very popular pancake and syrup. Eventually 15 mins later a stroppy lady walked around the car park with my food trying to find my car . I had to get out of my car to ask if she had my order twice before handing it over . She responded negatively as she gave me my food. Poor service with no smile or knife and fork for my pancakes either.

Quick experience in the drive-thru. Easy to order, pay and collect. The food was warm and delicious as ever.
