The
House
Divided
Bottles
and
Taps
Experience
(
Dine-In
Edition).
So,
on
this
day,
I
met
some
friends
for
dinner.
A
friend
told
me
about
a
spot
in
Greensboro
with
good
food
and
music.
Now,
depending
on
which
friend
tells
you
something,
you
have
to
be
a
little
leary
of
what
you
could
be
walking
into
lol.
I
lived
in
Greensboro
for
many
years
and
had
not
heard
of
House
Divided
Bottles
and
Taps
during
my
time
there.
Upon
following
the
GPS
and
seeing
its
location,
I
was
apprehensive
about
where
to
park
and
if
I
should
enter.
They
had
security
at
the
door
who
did
pat-downs,
which
took
me
a
little
off-guard
just
keeping
it
real.
Once
inside,
I
walked
passed
a
DJ
spinning
some
beats
and
went
outside
to
the
patio
area.
We
had
hookah,
and
after
sitting
down,
I
relaxed
a
little.
It
seemed
chill,
and
the
music
was
good.
I
ordered
the
Buffalo
Chicken
Dip
for
a
starter,
which
tasted
okay
and
gave
a
bowling
alley
vibe,
and
their
Fried
Chicken
White
Meat
with
collard
greens
and
mac
and
cheese.
I
also
ordered
a
margarita.
The
server
told
us
they
were
not
offering
some
of
the
things
on
their
menu
because
it
was
not
in
stock.
I
did
go
to
the
restroom
during
my
visit,
and
it
did
appear
clean.
However,
I
wish
they
had
bathroom
facilities
from
the
patio,
which
would
avoid
going
back
into
the
"house"
to
use
the
restroom.
Once
back
at
the
table,
I
received
my
drink
in
a
plastic
cup.
When
my
meal
came,
it
was
in
a
to-go
container.
For
me,
having
everything
served
by
plastic
and
paper
products
devalues
the
meal's
presentation.
However,
the
prices
reflect
that
one
should
receive
an
actual
plate,
fork,
and
glass
cup.
Yet,
the
fried
chicken
was
good
and
well-seasoned.
The
collard
greens
were
also
good,
and
the
mac
and
cheese
was
just
okay.
So,
would
I
return?
I'm
not
sure.
I
would
return
if
a
group
of
friends
wanted
to
go
again,
but
probably
not
of
my
free
will.
Service
was
okay,
and
I
saw
servers
hitting
the
hookah
and
on
their
phones,
which
was
slightly
unprofessional.
Security
is
probably
a
great
thing
now
in
our
society
due
to
violence
and
shootings,
but
I
am
not
used
to
them
being
where
I
typically
dine.
