    I’ll start out with the positives, my steak was cooked perfectly and was delicious, as was my sons. Our server was delightful and none of my following complaints are at any fault of hers. Many of these are small and I wouldn’t care if it were just one or two, I work in a nearby restaurant and am very understanding over all. To start, I did the call ahead to join the wait list. I was told 30-45 minutes, I arrived 25 minutes later and checked in and was told 30-45 minutes, not a huge deal, tables aren’t getting up as quickly as expected that’s fine. When we do get seated I was pleasantly surprised we got a relatively quiet corner which I would have loved, the hostess came back pretty quickly and apologized but that there wasn’t a server for that table so we were moved. Not a huge deal, however if you sat a guest at that table I would think it would make more sense to find a server to take care of us versus having the guests move, however I don’t know how y’all’s sections are etc so once again was not a big deal at all. Upon getting settled I discovered two out of our three rolls of silverware were dirty, and I don’t mean a little dirty, I mean they were covered in grease with pieces of food stuck to them. Our server was VERY nice about it and got us clean silverware. I had ordered a garden salad to have before my entree however only my daughters Caesar salad came out, my salad ended up coming out a little while after our entrees had arrived. Once again, not big problem. For dessert my son ordered the cheesecake, I ordered the apple pie with extra ice cream because my daughter only wanted ice cream, I suppose I should have ordered the ice cream on the side but when it was brought out the ice cream was so melted it was foamy….. see attached picture. I really should have said something to have at least had the pie taken off the bill as it was nearly inedible and that’s my own fault I didn’t. As I said, each of these issues on their own are not a big deal, however all of them collectively just was a bit much. Just wanted to leave the review so management is aware of some things to work on.

    Yesterday which would be Aug 19 me and friend were here and the service and professionalism was terrible. Our waitress was excellent but that was the only thing good about our experience. We first wanted to be seated not in the back where it was dark but by the window or more lighted area. We were told that there was no servers in that area but people were sitting there and some people were actually leaving. We asked for a manager because our bread was over cooked and our dishes were not cleaned.The manager tried to smooth things over but we didn’t believe her. One example was the sitting where we wanted to sit was for big parties only when there was a lot of parties of 2 in that same section. Before and after we was seated. When we were moved we had to gather all our silverware drinks with no help from staff. Didn’t get our blooming onion until we got to the next table and it was cold. I sent it back and when brought back it was so hard and not fit to eat. Ask to speak to manager then another manager came and he brought another one. And they took it off the bill. But the whole atmosphere of having a good dinner was gone. I will never eat at this location again or any other restaurant that service don’t take responsibility of the actions of the restaurant. I feel we spent to much money and should have gotten our money worth. Again I tipped the waitress good because she was very courteous and professional, she didn’t deserve to pay for all the things that was not done in a professional and business manner.

    We went here to enjoy a ladies night and had good conversation. Although the front host was not as friendly we did get a nice seat but the place was crowded! Although the conversations was good we had to ask over 9 times to be brought some rolls. Someone even said they were going to go grab us some but never returned. I ordered the herb crusted grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and brown gravy & a side Caesar salad. The chicken was juice and flavors was good the mash was stiff and thick and the gravy was hard on my potatoes. The salad dressing tasted like mayonnaise and anchovies not my style of salad. I also had their peach lemonade that to all of the group tasted like regular lemonade.

    We had a awsome experience. The wait wasn't bad, but our waitress was amazing, awesome, and wonderful. We didn't have to ask for any refills, or anything. We didn't see her but she just appeared with what was needed. Our food came out hot. It was a great experience thank you Staff.

    This used to be the best place to go, no matter what location but lately it's not been anywhere near. Cold hard rolls when we were seated, waitress took forever and they were not busy at all, took two hours from being seated to get our entrees, appetizers were wrong, when we finally got our food a different waitress brought our steaks but not the sides, said they were waiting on fries to cook, they brought my son's but not mine, brought my sweet potato but no butter and brown sugar/cinnamon like I asked for so had to ask for that and ask again about my fries, we both ordered cheese and bacon on our fries, they must have put mine on his because mine were so sad when they finally came out. Went to eat our steaks, his wasn't cooked to order but at this point we just wanted food and to leave, we are traveling and need to get back on the road. Then I start eating my steak and one entire side is nothing but gristle and shards of bone like substance (I ordered a sirloin) the knife wouldn't even cut through it. Asked for a remake and the waitress took my steak back to ask if they would. Asked for fresh rolls they brought some that I think were old and they tried to run them through to warm them up so they would seem fresh because they were so hard we could drum on them with a knife and fork and didn't crack. Guess I will have something to play with while waiting on the remake. Still sitting here forever, ready to just walk out. (Adding pictures of my son's double order of loaded fries compared to mine.) A side note, the waitress for the table next to ours has seated, served, and reseated 3 different parties since the time we have been seated. And all of those were bigger parties than ours.

    I visited for supper on a business trip, about 45 minutes before closing. The restaurant was not busy. Visit started with a disappointing action. The restaurant was not crowded and I asked to be seated at an end booth or in a corner. Host took me to a booth right next to the end but then wouldn't seat me there even though it was set up for customers. 🤷‍♂️ What's up with that, TR? This is two experiences in a row at TR like this. After this everything was great. Service was prompt, the steak, an 11oz. sirloin, was perfectly cooked, the server was attentive without being over present, and was even considerate in a couple of instances. The mushrooms on the steak were good. The rest of the food was good. ... 5 star experience with the exception of seating, especially since the requested booth next to me was not used by other customers.

    If you’re going to Texas Roadhouse, please don’t go to the Battleground Ave location. It was a late dinner for us, but I never expected the experience to be so bad. A dirty glass was my first sign to leave, but I just decided to stick it out and not drink. Then we were told that there was a roll shortage because “we do close at 9:30”. That’s what our waitress told us. She did manage to grab a second basket from somewhere, but still. So we got our food and it really presented as thrown together. Ribs were more burnt than not and the mini burgers the kids had we’re definitely looking like someone just took some scrap slider buns and put it on a plate. When all was said and done we had to ask for our sides and still ended up missing one. We didn’t even bother to eat more than a few bites since it seemed that the staff was more concerned with getting us out than providing good service. If it were my first time, I definitely wouldn’t go back. This location is a definite no for me.

    We sat at the bar and had great service and great food. The bartender was friendly and attentive, super cold beer, great steaks - both of ours were cooked the way we asked, good sides. All together we enjoyed our time. I will say, we were originally seated at a table (booth) and we weren’t helped for 10 minutes. No greeting, acknowledgement, waters - not even a nod from a server to let us know we were their table. That’s when we got up and went to the bar where we were helped immediately. Thankful we were able to move.

    Against my better judgment I decided to order here instead of Outback or Longhorn...my last two take out experiences haven't been the best...I'm missing something..order is wrong OR waiting for my foot longer than expected. Well today I knew it..I requested no tomatoes..bacon bits (extra $) ..guess what I get tomatoes and no bacon bits and a small little salad.I requested sweet tea...got unsweetened tea...I ordered cheesecake for the price of the half piece they gave me I could've saved my money and ordered a piece from Longhorn and would've gotten a bigger slice worth the price. So I won't be spending my money here anytime soon.

    In the mist of checking my to go order my chili falls over opens(meaning top wasnt on securely) and it got everywhere. Luckily for me I was outside and not inside my car. Missing extra rolls I paid for (when did 1/2 dozen(6) equal 4. Lady did replace after looking at me like i was crazy. And no icecream for brownie sundae. Mind you i haven’t eaten any of it yet. Might come back but eat inside. Moral of story check bag before tou leave

    Had a blast but my server was absolutely amazing. Haven't had such good customer service in years, I really thought it was no longer a requirement. But she was awesome. The mango margarita was delicious!

    Both the staff and the food were superb. The atmosphere was a little loud at times but still pleasant. Will definitely be going back in the future.

    This was our 1st time ever dining at this restaurant. The hostess that greeted us was friendly and accommodated my request for a particular table. Our waitress was extremely friendly and stayed on top of making sure that our drinks were always full and our food came out timely. She was also very prompt on making sure dishes that we were finished with were removed from the table which is something I really like. My wife chose a small sirloin I chose a sirloin and rib combo and my son chose the chicken tenders. We were all very pleased with our selections. They were cooked exactly how we had requested and tasted delicijust. We will definitely be back again.

    Had a short wait of 30 minutes. Our waitress Kira was great. Food came out in a timely manner for a Friday night. Everything tasted good and was prepared correctly.

    So many times, the forks and knife have stuck-on food on them and I have to ask for a another set. The floor is always dirty. They need to focus more on cleaning. But the food is really good. This time, they were out of boneless wings, chicken tenders, tater skins, bacon/bits, baked potatoes and sweet potatoes. Jeez!!

    Stopped in while in town for the night.. Maybe just a bad night.. Food was decent. Steak was over cooked. Ordered medium rare got well done. Server ask me to cut it make to sure it was good. When I said it was suppose be medium rare she replied “I’m sorry “ is there anything else I can get y’all. Salmon salad was good very small portion for price point, but good. Would recommend If in the area. Wasn’t a lot of steakhouses in that immediate area to choose from.

    Awesome service! Awesome food! Manager was great to talk to and staff was so friendly. The only thing I saw/felt that could be improved were the heaters outside. It was a chilly night and they were struggling. Great place to go.

    I ordered the medallions grilled medium rare served on a bed of rice with Portobello mushroom sauce. I sat at the full service bar to order. I did get the fresh bread in advance. My 2 sides were Caesar salad and the chili. Plus I had my usual sweet tea. The service was very good at the bar. The medallions were perfect and tender with fine flavor with salt and pepper. First visit to this Texas Roadhouse.

    The food was great and the service was even better. Even though they were very busy our waiter always made sure to come back and check on us. I do recommend you call ahead and get on the waiting list because There were alot of people outside waiting but we only had to wait about 5 minutes after arriving which was great!

    We went in right after they open at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Our server Karina was super nice. Loved her. However. Quality of the food was not as good as we expected. This was our first time there.

    Went last night our waitress was absolutely amazing. No matter what location they never cook my steak medium rare. It always comes out medium but other than that it's always pretty good!

    Well, while I would typically not review a chain or franchise establishment, as you get what you kinda get with these places, we just had an experience that would have been better with some better training. We didn’t have any complaints about the food. We got 2 burgers, beef tips, and a full rack of ribs. The burgers were cooked to order (medium) and the food came out in a timely manner. The ribs were fine, probably dryer than I would have gotten at a BBQ joint, but this ain’t that. While at our table at one point the music was so loud we could not hear each other across the table. We saw someone mention this, and after the staff did a little dance, to another loud song the music returned to its normal level. Our waiter was a little green, but he did a good job. The bus service however approached our table while we were waiting for Togo boxes, reached into the booth, snapped his fingers to get our attention to remove on one clean plate. I can’t remember being so surprised by service at a restaurant. Generally, I didn’t think a bus tray ever needed to be brought to a table while patrons were still seated. I’m sure we will be back, but this time the overall experience was disappointing
