Cant say enough about the customer service. This is my third visit to a Cracker Barrel and this one comes on no.2 after the Lexington location. Food was great as always. Customer service was hands down the best. The server was very nice and friendly. She answered all the questions and substituted meat for a side of fruit for us. Highly recommended! Both me and my husband ate in $15 dollars (cheesecake pancake meal and coffee) Amazing!!

Sydnee was our server and she was superb! Her explanation of dishes & the menu changes was on point! Although our food didn’t come out at the same time, it was piping hot and delicious! The store area was clean as well as the restaurant itself. Each employee who greeted us was friendly and had a smile on their face. We got a Country Boy Breakfast which was a great amount of food, 3 eggs, steak tips, 2 sides which we selected apples and hash brown casserole, biscuits and gravy, plus we got the side of pancakes for 1.99 more! We also got the Sunday Dinner plate which included 2 beautifully fried chicken breasts, 2 sides (loaded baked sweet potato one and steak fries)… so scrumptious!! There was a little wait because the kitchen was backed up. But overall it still wasn’t too big of a wait and gave me & my beloved time to sit and talk.

The service was friendly and we received our food promptly (granted, we ordered the daily special and breakfast, and those two don’t take very long). I like the authentic vibe of Cracker Barrel (although I doubt too many old cabins on the prairie had a fully-stocked store). Overall a fantastic and relaxing way to end a busy weekend. Thanks!

Wow. What an experience. There were 30 of us visiting Greensboro and decided to have breakfast here. First time we experienced Cracker Barrel. This place is amazing. The food was superb. A lot of things we tried first. The apple butter was something else - apple and cinnamon flavoured dip/spread. Biscuits (scones in Britain) were lovely and fluffy, unlike the scones we have in Britain which require toasting. The fried apples were lovely. Sweet caramelised with a hint of sour. Our team loved the steak so much they ordered extra. The impossible sausage was mind bending, stated incredible yet vegetarian. The sweet peach tea was just amazing, very sweet but packed huge flavour. David was our waiter, he was amazing. Provided us with amazing service. If this is why other Cracker Barrel is going to be like, we will be eating there every time we visit USA.

My order took 30 min and I was told it would take 15 min. The person who took my order and the one that brought it out had poor attitudes! I was told I had to wait a while for my hot water even after waiting 30 min. No curbside was offered either. Hash brown casserole was sloppy and only a tiny amount. I didn’t complain because I had no time to wait. Service and food presentation need work! Very disappointed.

Wanted a quick bite after a long flight so we called in a pick up order on 8/15 at around 1. I asked for my country fried steak to be made fresh, etc. Well when we arrived home & checked the food I was too exhausted to call & complain. Hash casserole was burned & inedible. Mac/Cheese had old noodles mixed in with new ones. Country fried steak was not fresh and the white gravy was well...look at the pics🤦🏾.

Went as a early valentines date dinner. The waitress was nice and attentive. Finally got to taste the fried country chicken which was nice. The hubby country fried steak with sawmill gravy was very good. Love the charm with this place from the vintage items, fireplace and nice atmosphere. Will definitely return.

One of the best breakfast experiences, this place nicely captures the 1930’s vibes. It is a restaurant and a gift shop in one. Food here is amazing, I never had breakfast this good. I went for hash brown classic and then we ordered blueberry pancakes and pancakes with cream cheese. Every dish was amazing and I recommend you trying all of them. The portions are huge so be ready. I also ordered some hot chocolate and it was good as well. Service was amazing, very kind and attentive ladies. Overall, amazing place with huge selection and delicious food.

Always worth a visit as the range is very Cracker barrel, in a good way. Plenty of choices all for the autumn season.

We had a great time. The game on the table was neat. Our waitress was fantastic! She kept us smiling! The food was hot. The only thing was the steak tips. I'm just not a fan. The rest was excellent.

Had an inexpensive lunch here with the kids. Our waitress was lovely. It took a while for our food but it was good regardless of the wait.

As a northerner, it was a lot of fun having a traditional southern breakfast. The warm biscuits were my favorite part. Absolutely delicious! Servers were very friendly too. The gift shop was great fun for browsing.

We had made reservations ahead of time and were glad to be seated when we arrived. It was extremely busy as usual for a Sunday afternoon. Our waitress, Audrey, was extremely friendly and quick to take our drink and food orders. She also was attentive and checked in on us regularly. We did have several issues with the food itself. The chicken and dumplings my sister ordered initially came out cold. They were sent back to the kitchen, and they quickly came out again...still being cold and in the same plate. I mentioned this upon check out, and was told to wait for a manager. I waited close to 30 minutes for one to come up! Allen, the manager, did apologize for the issues and wait times and took care of the whole ticket for us. I understand that this is a very busy restaurant, but expected better food quality and exceptional customer service from Cracker Barrel based on previous visits.

I'm a British Citizen on holiday in the UK. This was a really interesting place. It sort of looks like the queuing part of the run away train at Disney World. Many things were completely new to me. I really enjoyed my benny burger ( we would call it eggs Benedict). The biscuit jam butter and gravy was also new to me but salty. Service was friendly although it Is certainly NOT fast food.

Masks are worn by employees and customers. Food was very good. Our waitress was very good at her job. We dined in.

STRANGE EXPERIENCE I must say that I have never had a Cracker Barrel experience quite as ... odd ... as tonight. Let me preface this by noting that I have eaten at this CB several times, and both service and food has generally been good to outstanding. Last night's experience was different, and in a lot of ways. To enumerate them all would require writing a treatise, so let me just note the "highlights." I ordered Meatloaf, green beans, cole slaw, salad, corn muffins, and tea. I got most of it, but it came out in courses, one or two items at a time, and some never arrived at all. And (the strange part) it all came on separate dishes, including the meatloaf, which was served on a saucer. When the cashier asked me how the meal was I observed (in a humorous way, not mean/upset) that I thought that they must have lost the dishes in the back. She didn't even pause and just kept on with her conversation as if that part hadn't been said. Ha ha! You had some strange aura over your Greensboro, NC, Wendover Ave. restaurant last night, Cracker Barrel!

We ordered food for 150 people for a 5 day ministry conference. The food was terrific. It was a big upgrade for us compared to our usual catered meals. The cost was not an increase. Cracker Barrel delivered everything we needed and they sent David who was very knowledgeable about catered functions. He thought of things we didn't and took care of us before we had a problem. I highly recommend Cracker Barrel catering from the Landview Drive store. Our 150 folks were very happy and giving me congratulations on the meal.

Typical Cracker Barrel menu. The service was very good and friendly. Service was also very fast. One of the better stores that I have visited. I would definitely recommend this location.

I can't express how bad our experience was. We arrived at 11:15 on a Tuesday. We were seated quickly but it took 45 min to get served. And then, only one of our 2 orders arrived. My wife completely finished her meal before my grilled chicken sandwich was served. And then our waitress disappeared and after a long wait we asked another server to get our bill for us. Well never be back.

My daughter came to take me out to eat! We tried to have a good time but it shows on the table we didn't eat good at all! Never come back!

Ordered an individual Turkey dinner here for Thanksgiving, as I was traveling this holiday. I ordered take out and it was supposed to be ready by 5:50, was closer to 6:10. I can’t blame them too much for that though with the holiday rush. Food was hot and delicious. Pretty good price for a dinner. It had, turkey with gravy, stuffing, green beans, a sweet potato casserole, dinner rolls (2 biscuits) and a slice of pumpkin pie. All for $13!

I love Cracker Barrel generally but tonight in Greensboro/Wendover was bad. We were seated and waited 10 minutes before our waitress arrived. She was pleasant and kind. She took our order and it took 35 minutes to arrive. My fried chicken was hard and my 2 sides of 3 cheese squash and carrots were meager. I can only assume it was squash because the presentation was not shall we say "attractive"? There were other guests and I did see one table send food back from two diners. Maybe the cook was new? Bad day??

Cracker Barrel is Cracker Barrel, for the most part. What surprised me the most was that they started to serve alcohol! The waitstaff is amazing, the food was great, and it's the same as ever, plus alcohol, which I found so odd. Overall, if you like the Cracker Barrel experience, this is a good one! We joked about the alcohol with the woman who sat us and the waitress, which is why I have the pictures.
