My Cheesecake Factory experience in Greensboro NC was a good one. I was seated immediately and Cam (Cameron) was a wonderful server from beginning to end. He was very pleasant and very engaging the entire time I was at the restaurant. The food was pretty good. The Orange chicken was very good, but the rice was somewhat dry. Of course my piece of cheesecake was amazing. . .like always! Truly enjoyed my dining experience! 😊😋

Service was excellent for Valentines Day. We were seated well ahead of our stated wait time. My 1st 2 sets of utensils came with food stuck to them. While waiting for our food the cleaner came to clean off the table next to ours. She placed the bread plates onto the chair at the table and proceeded to spray cleaner on the table and then wipe towards and away from the chair where she placed the plates, so anything on the table would now be on top of the 1st bread plate. DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST!!! The Pasta Primavera came out with undercooked pasta ( could still taste the dough ) very little bacon and the sauce was very bland. And had bowtie pasta from my wife dish mixed in. What else was Cross contaminated??? My wife ordered Farfalla with Chicken and Roasted Farlic, and asked if it was peppery and the waitress said no. When her order came out there was very little sauce on her meal so she asked for a little more on the side. There were 3 normal size cubed chicken and 4 or 5 diced pieces of chicken and absolutely no roasted garlic. The extra sauce came out and there was a trail of black pepper on the bottom of the bowl the sauce was brought in. Ice tea was very watered down before the ice melted. My wife asked for half and half tea. The Manager took our meals from the check, and charged us for the salad and drinks and the small pieces if cheesecake we took to go. But after driving 50 minutes to the restaurant then waiting 40 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes for the meal only to have this was horrible. Needless to say we were very disappointed to say the least. Apparently the table next to us didn't like their meals and another man was giving the Manager an earful outside the restaurant. After arriving home from a disappointing meal we were once again disappointed with the cheesecake which had the taste and texture of no bake cheesecake, won't waste our money again at this location.

Good lunch spot. A little on the expensive side but the food was good. I shared the cheeseburger spring rolls and buffalo blasts with my husband...sorry I forgot to take pics. We also got the Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake and the Linda's Fudge Cake. I was a little disappointed because they didn't have two things I really wanted...the crab wantons and the apple crisp dessert. FYI...The server said they didn't have any dish with crab. Not sure why?? Mattie was a good server...very attentive and personable! Thanks!

As always, not much to say about the quality of a Cheesecake Factory. This is the first time we’ve had brunch, however, and the quality was just as great. Excellent chicken n’ waffles with the Eggs Benedict component was fantastic. For dessert, the Caramel Apple and Pineapple Upside-down were first time selections and lived up to the standard we expect.

Very nice and upscale eatery. We did not get our appetizer bread. We were there for an hour and fifteen minutes total and never got bread. They said the batch that came out was burnt and then the next batch never came out. Now, the menu is pricy but you get what you pay for here. I got a chicken sandwich that was excellent and my wife got a spicy chicken pasta. Both were very good. Then, of course the star of the show was the cheesecake. Best cheesecake ever. Good service and only giving it four stars due to the lack of bread which I'm hoping is a one time situation. Very good!

Not what I was expecting. I halfway expected Leonard and Penny and the rest of the gang from The Big Bang Theory to walk in any second. The decor was definitely different than what you saw on the show! I really liked the decor though; it was just kinda a little too dark in there, for my taste. The different desserts looked DIVINE but I'm not paying that much for one dessert item. My salad was of an ample portion and fresh. But, our order shouldn't have taken 40-45 minutes to get there either, no more than what we ordered. It was worth a try but I wasn't all that impressed.

First time trying this location. Upon entering the host were very friendly, our wait was fairly short between 15-20 minutes. Tried their raspberry mixed chilled drink and it was super delicious and proportionate, bar tender was super nice and quick. We ordered their Jamaican black pepper chicken and shrimp which was promoted to be very spicy however it was quite the opposite, it was very sweet, which was a bit disappointing as I’m a fan of spicy. Their chicken carbonara however was extremely delicious! Loved the food and atmosphere as well as the friendly and quick service, totally recommend for a lovely date night.

Nice place. Large restaurant room, chic and neat decoration. Menu with a lot of choice sweet/savory. About the cheesecake, my opinion, I found them expensive. $9 per slice of cheesecake to go :-(

Easily the most shameful excuse of a Cheesecake Factory that we’ve personally been to. Things are very poorly run here. You’d have a much superior experience trying one of the several other restaurants that are located in this shopping plaza. Hostesses cussing under their breath as guests pass Food taking 45-50 minutes to be cooked after ordering. That’s 45 minutes for apps, then another 50 minutes for entrees. Food wasn’t bad, but it definitely wasn’t seasoned well on the night we went. Very oily without much depth of flavor. The Asian lettuce wraps were delicious, but that’s something I can whip up in 3 minutes at home. It’s a lettuce wrap with dipping sauce. Waitress that never checks in until it’s time to pay -passed us multiple times -never picked up dirty appetizer dishes/cocktail glasses -making eye contact and looking away or rolling eyes (Our waitress’ name was Arianna) Only thing going for this place is that it’s clean in the guest area. (Not in the bathroom. Toilet paper and paper towels are littered everywhere). From the time we stepped in to the time we left, it took about 2.5 hours. The most disappointing part is that no one took accountability. All the staff were just blaming each other for the problems that were occurring.

I ordered 6 slices of cheese cake I only received 5. I went into the store after realizing I only received 5 slices of cheese cake. The manager was great and cut the slice I was missing. When I got home I realized the 2 out of the 6 slice were only half slices. That is unacceptable. I paid $10 for every slice. I expect the correct portions. I called 10 times for a manager to address the issue and no one answered the call. My wife and I have always ordered cheese cake factory 2 to 3 times a month and this was very disappointing. I’m sorry I even tipped. I definitely won’t be tipping again since no one wants to earn it. This is the second time this location has messed up our order.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. Out of all the Cheesecake Factory’s I have been to, this one is by far the worst with the worst service and experience. I ordered an impossible burger (meatless) sandwich to go. I waited over 40 minutes for the to go order only to arrive to my hotel with the wrong order. So, that means I was served meat when I don’t eat meat.🤮🤮🤮The cook selected a meat patty, cooked it, put the sandwich all together. Someone packed it then, gave it to me when I did not order that or haven’t eat meat in over 6 years. When I called to ask about the order, the manager told me it would be 7-10 days to refund me. Why is that? Because they should run audits at close. It wouldn’t even be a charge to the card after they refund it by the end of the night.

Good service especially for a busy Easter Sunday. Food was great and our server was kind and attentive. I would've added a picture of the cheesecake but it was gone before I had a chance to take one. 😂

The atmosphere was superb and the waitress I had was phenomenal! The food was very delicious & most importantly I was able to enjoy reading my book without super loud noises and constantly being interrupted. Most definitely will be doing this again 😊

I freaking love the cheesecake! The food here is amazing! My sister took me here for my belated birthday. The server recommended the pasta and we smashed it ( ate it right up) yummy!!!

Service was great! Waiter was so attentive and friendly. Food was great, love that we can box up leftovers to take home. The cheesecake is what everyone comes for: the smores galore is heavenly.

Stopped here for my birthday lunch. It was PACKED. We arrived at 11:15 to be told there was a half hour wait. They had just opened at 11. We should have made reservations but now we know. We were seated along a half booth/table spot. This was annoying as they sat a party of 2 on our left and a party of 2 on our right. Want to have lunch with a stranger? Sit here! It was so awkward and a little uncomfortable. Next time I’ll ask for a booth. The woman next to me was coughing. Didn’t make for a great birthday lunch. We quickly ate and got out of there. The Alfredo is SO good and I appreciate the lunch portion. Of course the cheesecake is the best part!

Short staffed for a Friday night. Had to ask for more bar drinks (missed upsell opportunity). Then they never came and had to ask to have them removed off the bill. Restroom was a dirty disaster with overflowing trash cans and no toilet paper. No staff available to make aware. Expect more for a $150 meal. Used to be our go to for a special occasion meal 😞

Enjoyed the elegant decor and ambiance. Food items are pricey, but some lack in the overall execution. The service of receiving our food was very slow. Overall, we had a good time but would not recommend if you're looking for an amazing culinary experience.

So I finally got to try this place out about a week ago. It was everything everyone said it was. Now it was expensive. Not a place I can eat on a regular basis but it was with every penny. I had the steak Diana and it was so good. The sauce was perfect. Also had their salmon and the sauce they laid over top of that was perfect. Not over done. I really can’t wait to go back. Everything had the right amount of flavor. The waiter was professional. It was a great experience.

Waitress was great. Food was very disappointing. This was the first time that the food was not good at all. The food had no flavor, no seasoning. Even the appetizer had no flavor. The portions are very small. No real difference from the lunch portions to the dinner portions. Very disappointed, the food is normally good.

We visited The Cheesecake Factory after my daughters graduation. We were there as the doors opened and one of the first parties seated. We watched as table after table was seated and served around us and we had still not received our food. We waited and then we waited some more. Have I mentioned that we waited? Over two hours after arriving, our food was finally brought to the table. But not before one of us was informed that her order had to be changed because they were out of the required ingredients. The drink refills were rather slow and when we were finally done, it felt like an eternity before receiving our check. When we finally did, it was wrong. By the time we left (or escaped), it had started to feel more like cheesecake prison. Being there as they opened, I assumed we would be at the top of the list and the wait wouldn’t be long. Boy, was I wrong. On a positive note, the food was good and portion sizes were big. The cheesecake is of course, delicious. And the restaurant is clean with a nice atmosphere. But it’s certainly not worth the $170 price that we just paid for 4 people to eat lunch. I have never been more excited to leave a restaurant in my life. Three stars because the food was good. If this review was based solely on service and price, it would be zero stars.

Amazing experience! Great dirty martini and wonderful, elevated flavor in the Korean barbecue chicken. The meatloaf plate is a beautifully reminiscent slice of Americana. Overall a terrific time.

It’s been years since I’ve gone to the Cheesecake Factory and it was a wonderful experience. It was for my birthday celebration and our server was great! We had a reservation and were seated right away. The food came out hot and delicious. The feel of the restaurant is classy and chill… almost sultry. Very nice esthetics. Huge selection of menu items, mixed drinks and of course their famous cheesecake! I had the spicy cashew chicken and asked that it be over green beans instead of rice. It was okay but not great. My daughter tried it and agreed. Her veggie burger was very fresh and delicious! I tried a bite and I’m not a veggie burger kind of person and really liked it!

Food was fabulous!!! Never had a bad meal here but today the steak Diana was melt in your mouth delicious and Tom our server was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We had Tom last time we were here and was extremely pleased to have him again! Best service ever!

I was celebrating my friend’s birthday with 5 other people. We had a reservation at 4pm, but was told there would be an hour wait. Luckily it did not take the full hour. Long enough with a reservation. There was no table offered and everyone was crammed into a booth. Fast forward to the service and food. The waiter (Quinton) was nice. The food was terrible and not what I remembered from other visits when they first opened. I ordered the Skinnylicious salmon that came with hard green beans that were inedible and zucchini. I substituted the other side for a salad which was pretty naked. This was $22 or so. There was another salmon dish that I started to get which was around $18. My point is that the waiter could have sold me on the other dish or at least mentioned options. The bread came out warm with cold butter that obviously did not melt. The butter was not enough for our party size. I haven’t been to this business since a visit to the Live Casino in Maryland where it was in the lobby area. Totally not the same. All I kept saying was that I wanted to go back to The Cheesecake Factory only to be disappointed in the end.

I have mixed feelings. This was my first time at this location. The avocado egg rolls were really good, but the dynamite shrimp tasted odd. I ate one and left the rest and been feeling nauseous since i left. I also had the farfalle pasta with shrimp instead of chicken. The sauce was good, but the dish needed more seasoning. My date liked his combo meal of steak and shrimp. I was celebrating a birthday so they gave me a free Sunday. It was cute, but I didn't eat much bc it was covered with whip cream. Our server was amazing. Very helpful and attentive.
