    It's time to gon ahead close this place and open something new. With new workers, it's run down, dirty and the service gets worst and worst. My to go order is always wrong. This time they forgot to put chicken on the sandwich, how do you just forget that. Told the young man and he said he didn't care.

    this panera i thought was super clean compared to lawndale and i was right but unfortunately when finishing my salad… there was a hair in the bottom. i give two stars because the manager Brenda did refund me, give me a free meal and a free dessert. i appreciated her try to accommodate me after the misnomer but i do think the staff should wear hair nets. i’ve lost all hope with panera (so many recent bad experiences) and sadly, they’ve lost a valued customer for good.

    I’ve been here probably 20 times because it’s the only Panera close to me. My order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! I just wasted 10 dollars on a salad that you guys didn’t modify. I’m allergic to the ingredients and now can’t eat it and I ordered through door dash so I can’t take it back. You guys are absolutely pathetic. I’d give you a negative score if I could.

    Ordered via DoorDash. Went to pickup spot. The people preparing food were very engaged in their conversation. I waited until being acknowledged. Handed my food finally. I opened my tuna sandwich and see this picture I have attached. What the actual mess is this? It’s like someone took one spoonful of tuna missed the bread and let it fall off the side. And the actual bread itself is missing tuna. Anyway- never again.

    This is my go-to Panera when I am working in GSO. Food is always fresh. It does take a while for the team to put to-go orders in the right spot. Store is clean and there is plenty of room to spread out. WIFI is good.

    We frrqent this location because the staff is so nice. During Covid, I'd have rated them 2 stars because it once took an hour tonget our food, but the past few months they've regained their previous good service.

    The food was okay but I have never encountered such rude people in my entire life. I only ordered a rapid pick-up order and the employees acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. Have been a customer for decades but will never return after that.

    Lamps missing shade. Portion on the salads kinda small. The customer service was ok, not really impressed. The staff needs to smile and make customers feel invited. Kinda shocked on the $7 bowl of Mac & Cheese.
