As far as dental services, Dr.Kordsmeir and his dental crew did exceptionally well. I have no complaints there. Happy smile = Happy lifestyle. I am extremely happy with my teeth. On the other hand, my bad experience is due to a lack of communication: Denistry Revolution could have been a little more informative about the in office plans as well as policies. Updating patients and keeping them aware isn’t too much to ask.I was told by Kimberly a receptionist “that’s something I should keep up with” . Moreover, my bad experience is also due to the lack of customer service, I expect friendly and helpful services, in which I did not receive. Last but not least, pricing for services are fair however cancellation fees seems a little unfair in many circumstances. Exceptional dental work, I mean wonderful dental work however, there are other factors that come into play with providing and or receiving any type of service.

This was such a good experience!! I came in for a dental emergency and they were so speedy, I got in there, checked in, got a tooth extraction, set a follow up appointment, and was back home all in an hour’s time. Plus the staff was so kind and patient with me.

Excellent staff and outstanding dentist who understands his patients and treats them awesomely. The practice is very transparent and honest. They explain what the patients need and offer affordable treatment options. As a patient you see staff dedication and love for what they do. Oh man where do I start. This has been the best dentist experience I have ever had. When I walked in I could tell I would like this place. From the beautiful cozy interior to the very pleasant and friendly staff. Everyone made me feel welcomed. Dr. K was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they are open on Saturdays, since weekends are my better days to come. This is definitely my new home!! Thank you Dr. K and staff!

Let’s start by saying the fear I had with going to the dentist is what lead me down cavity lane. However, I’ve been making weekly visits for the last month, literally. On my last visit I went in for a root canal/crown and felt ZERO pain the entire process, no exaggeration! They were very informative throughout every procedure and made sure I was comfortable. I could tell very quickly they loved their profession. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming starting with Kara & Hagen. Friendly staff from the front desk to the back. I had an awesome hygienist and assistant who made me feel comfortable. The dentist was kind and genuinely cared about my dental health. Great experience!
