I
don’t
normally
like
to
leave
negative
reviews,
but
I
had
a
bad
experience
and
I
think
other
people
should
be
aware.
I
came
here
because
it
was
in-network
with
my
insurance.
It
was
my
first
visit
to
a
dentist
in
13
years
after
being
uninsured.
My
cleaning
and
initial
consultation
seemed
to
go
well,
but
the
second
time
I
came
in
(for
3
fillings),
they
lost
my
paperwork
so
I
had
to
fill
it
out
again.
No
biggie,
but
then
I
waited
for
over
an
hour
because
the
doctor
had
an
emergency
appointment.
I
can
understand
that
to
a
point,
but
I
took
time
off
work;
I
should’ve
asked
them
to
reschedule.
The
doctor
came
in
to
do
my
fillings
and
the
first
one
took
much
longer
than
expected
–
it
was
the
end
of
the
day
and
they
asked
me
to
come
back
for
the
second
2.
My
bite
was
off
but
I
couldn’t
tell
if
it
was
just
the
numbing
effects.
Over
the
next
week,
I
kept
waking
up
clenching
my
teeth.
I
went
to
another
dentist
for
a
second
opinion
and
had
my
x-rays
transferred;
I
didn’t
realize
it,
but
the
x-rays
from
Carolina
Smiles
didn’t
include
all
my
teeth,
or
the
full
shot
of
the
roots.
I
had
to
get
all
new
x-rays,
and
my
new
dentist
did
a
much
more
thorough
exam.
It’s
2
months
later
and
my
filling
from
Carolina
Smiles
has
already
popped
off
–
I’m
getting
it
redone
at
my
new
dentist.
I’m
leaving
2
stars
because
the
dental
hygienist
who
did
my
cleaning
was
so
nice,
and
so
was
the
one
who
assisted
with
my
filling.
I
expected
to
have
to
do
a
lot
of
work
after
13
years
without
a
cleaning,
but
having
to
pay
double
for
x-rays,
redo
my
filling
after
2
months,
repeatedly
take
time
off
work,
and
pay
out
of
pocket
is
a
real
bummer.
