I have never felt so disrespected at a doctors office. I am an adult who has been taking medication for ADD and anxiety for around 10 years now. Due to some primary care doctors not wanting to prescribe these medications I called and asked prior to coming in for an appointment. Dr. Hagler made me feel as though I was in there drug seeking. She made me do a drug test (which cost me $130 after insurance). She also mentioned that I would have to take this drug test for the few couple of visits and then randomly after that. What?! Why?! Oh because I’m overweight and on a stimulant, I guess.

I had a terrible experience with a provider here. He didn't listen to me, treated me badly, and prescribed a medication I had a reaction to. When I called to talk to the practice manager about it, she told me what he did was fine and I should go somewhere else because they would not see me anymore there. She said if I was sick, I should go to an urgent care. In other words, don't come here if you like to advocate for yourself. I don't have insurance, so I paid $100 out of pocket to be treated like a dog. That's criminal, and I want my money back. This manager should be FIRED, and the medical board should investigate this practice. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life.

Did have to wait 15 min on phone to make an appointment but when I met Anna Becker I forgot about it. She took her time with me. Listened to all my Issues & gave back good suggestions of care. Enjoyed my appointment

The doctors and NP staff here are very dismissive of concerns. They will not listen to the concerns you have, and if they do, it is only to dismiss them. They have a habit of focusing on weight as being the problem for all of your issues, and “just lose weight!” is their response to most issues, even after you have lost weight. I will personally be changing doctors and not returning to this practice, especially after my experience with the Nurse Practitioner.

Eagle west market has failed on three separate occasions to provide what was to be scheduled by them. In desperation my wife took a note, in person, and left it to facilitate the process. When she was called it was to reference a request for a prescription refill that my wife never requested. It was to request, twice, for a Gastrointestinal imaging to determine an ongoing concern. This is like nothing I’ve ever experienced and am appalled.

Love this facility and loved my new Dr! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Anna Becker was so very attentive and listened to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. She showed genuine concern about me as a patient and it was really nice. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Anna Becker is a wonderful doctor! She is one of the nicest doctors I have been seen by in this practice. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is a Eagle Family Medicine patient. Her bedside manner is excellent and I really appreciate her listening to my concerns and symptoms. She is also very good at explaining treatments, results and procedures.

I was a little hesitant about seeing someone new, but Anna Becker, PA-C was great! I will definitely see her again in the future. She answered all of my questions, seemed genuinely concerned/interested, and didn't rush through my appointment. I would highly recommend her to others!
