It was our first time here and we were pretty excited to try it out, but it was kind of a let down. The food wasn’t bad, but it was definitely not worth it at that price point. It was average, nothing extraordinary. Takeout quality. We ordered 2 apps, 2 sushi, 2 entree, and it was definitely higher than most places. The sushi, fried rice, and lo mein was not entirely that bad though. The service was good. I get that dark restaurants are cool, but it can be too dark.

Pretty place. Springrolls are very delicious and so as the phoenix chicken top favorite on the menu! Ice cream tastes nice and fresh from the outer of the cow. 😂 Markus was our waiter, he's nice and takes his time well. The place is just.. outstanding! 🤩😇

Now I will tell you this I do truly love Chinese food and I do search for the right restaurants that serve excellent Chinese food and this place does that! I always enjoy the wonton soup and their entrees. It is a really good place to eat especially for a dining setting which you don't see too much anymore.

This is my favorite place to go to eat asian mix food in town. The best pineapple rice, phoenix rice is the BEST. I ORDERED ONCE SUSHI FRIED and I love it. The honey chicken is great as well. The spare ribs are delicious very juicy. So you have to go to this place and try it. The attention is great. The service is fast and the atmosphere, the music, is good. This is my FAVORITE place.

Fantastic lunch starting with Firecracker Shrimp, Spring Rolls, Egg Drop soup and crunchies, Phoenix Chicken and Mongolian Beef. Everything was very good and we had plenty of leftovers.

Visited yesterday after a while of avoiding this place due to high prices and average but decent food. I will not ever be ordering take out or visiting in person again. After a prompt seating we waited 15 minutes without even being greeted by our server. I’m still not even sure who was supposed to be our server because they kept chatting with other tables and disappearing in the back. After multiple attempts to make eye contact with the manager and other servers and being ignored, we got up and walked out without anyone engaging us whatsoever. That ladies and gentlemen is abhorrent in the hospitality industry

Over abundance of food. Very tasty. Great customer service. Love the atmosphere. Very good food selection. Finally, a Chinese restaurant that serves a dish with fresh vegetables. Very good wine selection. Could add a little more information about the beer.

This was our first time dining at Phoenix Asian Cuisine. We were pretty excited to try it. When we arrived they were fairly busy. We waited nearly 15 minutes before a server ever came to our table. Eventually someone came and took our drink order. And this was pretty much our experience for another two hours! Initially we thought it was because they were busy but as two hours crept by the restaurant emptied and it was still the same level of service. The service was extremely disappointing. We spent a lot of time waiting and looking around for our server. That said, the food was excellent. I had the Hibachi Shrimp with brown rice. The shrimp were jumbo in size, the veggies that come with it were perfect, and the brown rice had a perfect fluffy texture. Would try the restaurant once more. Hoping our experience tonight was just because the server was sub par.

Had dinner here with some friends and I was pretty impressed. They were busy but it didn't seem to affect the quality of our service. I even noticed those around us appeared satisfied as well. The food was good and the prices were what you'd expect ($15-$20 avg per entree). Our server- I think her name was Adrianna- was attentive and courteous. We opted for outdoor dining and I'm glad we did as the setting was pleasant and a bit safer.

I regret this review. I used to do lunch at Phoenix a long time ago and then I had to move away. I met a friend here for lunch in December of 2021 in anticipation of a great meal. If I have to pick one word..., Bland. The hot and sour soup? Barely sour and definitely not worthy of the red chili pepper in the menu. Steamed pot stickers? Not a scintilla of taste. Chicken fried rice? Fresh veggies were used, but there was no flavor. The portions were nice, but at this price point the flavor is just not there. I'd prefer Rearn Thai (even though the service is not as good). Now..., I did not try the sushi. Maybe that is the redeeming factor, but I do not have plans to go back to Phoenix. I'd need proof that there was flavor somewhere in the food. Very disappointed. The 2 stars are for the service which was attentive and the portion sizes.

This is the best restaurant we have ever eaten at. Period. I've been eating here more than 120 times and it's always good. I'm not sure if it's just what we eat because they have the best spring rolls, sweet and sour sauce, Best sweet and sour chicken, honey chicken, and basil chicken. Please got there and enjoy. Since we love those plates so, so much we haven't really tried the rest but what we have eaten.... we live in Raleigh and we literally drive to greensboro for this restaurant.... enjoy

I love this place. I come here every time I'm in town. Food is always delicious and service is always great. They have a gluten free menu which is super helpful for people with dietary restrictions. We typically get a few different dishes and share. Phoenix Chicken and Fire Cracker shrimp are both delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for Asian Cuisine!

Best Chinese food in Greensboro! We moved out to Randolph County but still drive up about once a month for dinner. A little pricey but it's not fast food and the chicken is real white meat. Highly recommend!

On July 7 we visited Phoenix Asian Cuisine. The staff was very helpful and prompt. The food was excellent and very fresh. You could tell nothing was left sitting around in the kitchen. Prices were $$$, but overall it was a very enjoyable meal.

First timers here and we were impressed with the food and service. We visited on a Saturday around 5:30 and got a table for five immediately. Ordered spring rolls and firecracker shrimp appetizers and both were terrific. Both hubs and myself ordered a shrimp dish. His was hibachi with vegetables and mine was shrimp with walnuts. The shrimp on both dishes were plump, plentiful, and cooked perfectly. My husband would have preferred fried rice, (which he got from the granddaughter’s order); and I would have preferred a spicier, more plentiful sauce on my walnut shrimp. I added their wonderful chili oil but the sauce on the shrimp was bland when I had expected more, given the menu description. I did find the walnuts were fried just a touch too much. Our server was spectacular (my apologies for forgetting your name) and in today’s world, that means a lot to me. The restaurant was busy but efficient. And loud, but very fun. And I appreciated more tables than booths. We look forward to returning. So all in all, a dining experience to look forward to.

WOW! We are so glad we found this place! And we found one of our favorite servers from another restaurant we used to go to! Her name is Sue. She is so kind, patient and very knowledgeable of the menu. She is also a very hard worker, which we respect in times like these. She was happy to make suggestions and give her honest opinion about different dishes. We decided to have salmon sushi. we have never had fresher salmon sushi anywhere in the state. All of their fish here is very fresh and tasty. We reccomend this place 10/10. We will certainly be back.

The restaurant is an Asian fusion place, which means it takes some of the best dishes from around the continent and offers them as well as some combinations -- and they're all delicious. I took my daughter and mother, and everyone found something they loved. I had the Phoenix Chicken. Mom ordered the Mu Gu Gai Pan. And the child's sized Sweet and Sour Chicken was more than plenty for my little one. I tried a little bit of all three, and they were all wonderful. Not too much sauce, so they didn't feel saturated. Chicken cooked well. We were all too full for dessert, AND we all took home leftovers. Great value and meal!

Excellent wait staff. Tried something different and it was awesome. Believe it was Dragons Nest. All editable including nest. Several other items I plan on trying. Large portions. Nice atmosphere.

My first time at this restaurant. I enjoy Asian food so it was nice my expectations were met. I was seated right away and had my drink pretty quick. They have many of the main Asian dishes but some of there own as well. In fact I tried the Phoenix Chicken. The food was tasty and the server made sure I was taken care of. Overall it was a notch up from some of the smaller Asian places. They do have adult beverages.

We came for an early Chinese New Year dinner at the urging of my adult children who loved the restaurant when they were young.I would have loved to rate it 5 stars like it used to be but I cant. The two Chef’s Specialties, the Beijing Duck and Twin Pacific, were a major disappointment The Beijing duck- $26 - came with just a few slices of fatty duck. The Twin Pacific seafood did not look or taste like a $26 dish but a quick carry-out order. I don’t think I will ever choose this restaurant for a special occasion.

A huge step up from your average asian restaurant. Definitely worth trying! Delicious food and cocktails!

I really like this place. The food is very good and the staff is always pleasant. I always make sure to tip the sushi chef and I always receive a fantastic roll. It will be a bit pricey for the Applebee's crowd so be prepared if you're on a tight budget.

We had a group of 15 for lunch Sunday. Table was ready when arrived, lunch was great, quality fresh food. But the service was outstanding! Ullys, I think is his name, a wonderful server, got all orders correct and was quick and attentive. He really made us comfortable and I will ask for him next time we go to Phoenix.

My server zuc was very nice and attentive. The food was good also I recommend the FC shrimp as an appetizer (the sauce that comes on it is so good) in my option the lo mein did not have much flavor so I asked for s&s on the side which made it much tastier. They also offer hot, duck and soy sauce. I ordered firecracker shrimp, the hot and sour soup for appetizers and the beef Lo mein for the entree.
