Hadn’t been in years ( lived outta state ) went and it was awesome !! These pictures don’t do it justice!! Look at how huge that Burrito is and that grilled chicken salad had the most chicken I have ever gotten !! Prices are great portions are incredible but most importantly food is spectacular and the service is top notch !!! Highly recommend !! Absolutely one of my favorite places !!!!

Good food, but too pricey. Though friendly, the wait staff was not very attentive. I waited for quite a while to be able to request a refill for my empty cup of water. I suppose I should be thankful I still had ice. But, my food was a little too spicy to continue eating without a refill first. The dining area was nice, but awkwardly empty, especially for a holiday weekend at dinner time. I couldn't find a sanitation grade, which might explain the low number of guests.

They deserve a review from me ! This is my 4th time eating here and i’m so obsessed 😋, the food is amazing and flavorful. Inside is beautiful as well. My absolute comfort food.

When I tell you hands-down that this food was the best food that I have had in a very long time. The rice and beans were spectacular. The drink was big it was delicious. The shrimp tacos were amazing. You will not be disappointed!

My daughter and I were out shopping and my husband wanted to meet us for lunch so we chose this universal location. They were quite busy which is good to see nowadays, but our waiter was very busy with a large table. When we ordered he misunderstood and he did get my order wrong however he was very apologetic and fixed it right away. The food was amazing the salsa and chips are great and you can't go wrong with cheese dip!

Very delicious vegetarian options. Service was a bit slow but they were short staffed. Server was quick. Food portions were adequate. I would go back again.

Been there twice. First time no complaints, but nothing special either. Second time the wait staff never refilled a drink and would stand 10ft away just talking. We weren't given straws and had to remind them we orded cheese dip. The waiter came by once while we were there by the time we were done eating to ask if everything was going well and I gotta say the service ruined the meal. Would take some convincing for me to go back.

Food and service was great as usual. The reason for less stars on atmosphere is where we were sitting i could hear the different music from the kitchen mixed with the music in the dinning room. It was very overstimulating to my neurodivergent family.

We went for dinner at 6:30pm and didn't get our food for 2 hours. 3 tables around us ate, left, paid, and a new table was seated before we ever got our food. Then when we packed our whole meal up in boxes to take home because my 4 year old was not going to sit there anymore, I asked for a salsa to go with my meal that I had to take home from waiting so long. The staff told me they would have to charge me for my tiny little side of salsa to take home?? They served us a ton of salsa at the table while we waited for two hours only to pack our dinner up and leave, but was going to charge me for a tiny side of salsa to take home with the meal I didnt get to enjoy at the restaurant as planned. I used to love LA Fiesta, but I am disgusted by the way this was handled. We were extremely kind and patient and were treated terribly when they were the ones giving bad service. A small side of salsa is a small price to pay for the 2 hour wait tine and lost customer that has been eating there for years. Truly disappointed in the way you all handled this.

I’ve been coming here for nearly a decade. Anyone I have brought here ends up coming back, even some go to the Mebane location traveling from Raleigh. Service is on point! It’s not fine dining, but I think I have seen a grand total of 1 minor mistake in my time coming here and it was quickly rectified. The servers know the menu extremely well, and it is not small by any means. Many of the servers are the same ones I’ve seen since I started going here so my hope is that they treat their employees well. The food is excellent! My partner is a professional chef and he turned on his mentor to this place! This is one of our go-to places because they are so good and consistent!

Our waitress Crystal was really amazing. When we wanted to fix our drinks together she said she"d do it. Her personality and smile are very warm and comforting. Everyone was very pleasant and made date night a 10.

Very friendly staff and nicely sized portions! We love that there's always so many meal, dessert, and side options to choose from. The Arroz Norteño that I ordered had juicy tender steak. The chicken was flavored just right and the shrimp was good. Side note: My wife ordered dinner for takeout. She had an issue with her car so I drive across town to her. We ended up getting home about 35-45 minutes later and the food was still hot. Gotta love that!

La Fiesta has been a family favorite Mexican restaurant. We’ve been coming here for years and the food is always delicious and consistent. Service is friendly and they really listen to your needs. The food tastes very authentic and is full of flavor. Their is plenty of seating and the restaurant is clean overall. I recommend this place to satisfy all of your Mexican cravings.

Hello, first I’d like to say we came in environment was nice and looked great, well we were seated, and got this tall lanky waitress. This was the most absolute terrible service I’ve ever gotten. We have 5 people at our table, they bring out 3 salsas and 1 bag of chips, mind you I understand it complimentary but that is common practice by all Mexican restaurants and not one place except for this one has whined about it. If you need to charge me that’s fine. Our drinks ran out, it was 20 minutes later we finally got a refill after asking for it! THE FOOD WAS GREAT BUT THE ULTIMATE SERVICE SUCKED!

This used to be one of my favorite places. The last 2 times I've gone my card was over charged. They upcharged the tip and almost doubled it both times. Now I always tip at least 20%, more when the service is exceptional. The first time I thought it was a simple mistake but the 2nd time I went to the manager and let her know and she basically told me it wasn't her fault and she wouldn't fix it. My family and I come here frequently and the way the manager handle this was disheartening. I will never give my business here and I hate that but I will not stand for terrible customer service.

Crammed us in on top of people .. ordered Fajitas side plate no cheese , no sour cream, and no Guacamole. O showed online menu waiter said oh new menu does not include those. Hell that's the staple of fajitas food is good but service not up to par .. seemed like Waiter had to many tables and was busing tables bringing chips and salsa.. Waiter was trying just to many to serve for 1

We have been patrons for many years, however they have changed their menu to be more upscale but the food is the same and the prices have gone up considerably. Their margaritas were horrible. I sent two back. One was so sweet i could not drink it and the other looked like weak lime kool-aid. It was also horrible. It made me sad that we won't be going back.

Dined in with my daughter. There were only a handful of customers/tables, otherwise empty dining area. The host escorted my daughter & I all the way to the back of the restaurant and sat us at the table closest to the restroom. Are you kidding me. We will not be back. Food was bad too. This restaurant used to be one of our favorites, but has slowly went downhill in food quality & service. Our waitress was pleasant. That was a plus. The kid who seated us .... might need a tutorial on how to adequately seat patrons

We just ate there on 5/26/22. My husband order their Thursday drink special, 22oz beer $3.95. We split an entree $15.95, I drank water, our total should have been $19,90. We got our bill, and was charged $15.95 + $6. 00 (beer) + $2.00 ( not sure what that was for) minus $2.. so they basically still charged for full price for the beer. Said it was the way their system is set up. We won’t be coming back here.

Had a great experience here. Excellent food and service! When all the chains around all had an hour long wait, we were able to get a table without any trouble here. Our waiter was so sweet and very attentive. Queso was amazing!!!!!!! Prices are VERY reasonable and the margaritas are down right cheap!

Great service from the bartender. I ordered a lunch item called Fiesta Chicken Taco and it was enough for two people. Basically, it was chicken fajita dish topped over rice, in a taco salad bowl with a hefty layer of creamed spinach. It had tons of yummy sauteed veggies and was a perfect hot meal. I also ordered a paloma to drink which was festive and refreshing! I love La fiesta and have been going since I was a child. The product and service is always consistent 💖

We had the Toluca nachos....it was amazing. We split the dish and it was more than enough. Will definitely go back for this dish. Staff very friendly and restaurant clean.

Always enjoy our food and drinks when we go. Staff has always been nice! Just took my mom for her birthday and they did the song and dessert. We don't go all the time but when we do, there hasn't been any issues. Yummy food, cozy atmosphere!

This has been our favorite Mexican restaurant for a long period. My wife and I have eaten there many times over several years and the food was always amazing. I admit that a couple of times this year the food was not up to par and the service was a bit off. But the same issues were happening in every restaurant we usually visited. Some restaurants could not find qualified workers and some had to close forever. So I give La Fiesta high marks for hanging in there and doing the best that they could for what they had to work with. We ate there the other day and everything seems to be back to normal. It’s still our favorite Mexican restaurant. They treat us very well and the food is excellent.

Considering I have been fasting, I'm sorry I didn't do a review earlier. This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant. The food is consistently Great. It is Always fresh and well cooked. I'm a little partial to the Arroz Norte I( My favorite), but I have tried other dishes and it's Always Good 😊. I look forward to going back

I love the chicken burritos here!! The tacos, chips & salsa and sweet tea are also delicious. All staff are nice. Alcoholic drink prices are very good!!!
