You guys do not know the difference between a "wrap" and a "burrito". I got a very sad looking BLT "burrito"/ wrap today. It BARELY had any lettuce. Main ingredients of a blt are bacon, LETTUCE & tomatoes etc. Unfortunately this is like the 4th time i have issues with your "Wrapz". I did ask them to add salt & pepper but this taste like they dumped the whole salt shaker on it 😅. The employees are nice though but just maybe need to work on food presentation?

This was the dirtiest Sheetz I have ever been in. The parking lot was terrible, the store marginally better and the bathroom was disgusting. Had I visited the bathroom first, I would not have purchased anything. The staff, however, were very nice and helpful. I usually choose Sheetz for my traveling stops, because they are clean, this one does not do the franchise proud.

Food was hot and fresh. First time visiting this location. Definitely will be back. I ordered the three cheese sub and the hotdog with sauerkraut and onions. Great service!!

I always loved stopping and hanging out at this sheets not anymore cause their was security guard working this night. I don't know what her problem was but she made me feel un safe she was following me every where and I had not done anything wrong. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I want be coming back there if this how I'm going to feel here. No!!went there the other day it was back to normal so I will keep shopping there. I have ptsd and panic attack really bad so I cant handle strange people who are up to something to make me feel bad about myself

I went to the Sheetz Yes car wash before getting some food in the drive-through. I misunderstood how clean my car with gas after going through the car wash. When I went through the drive-through to get some food, I was able to speak to a manager and she refunded my money for the car wash. I was really impressed with her professionalism and her customer service skills.Thank you for rescuing my experience. I will most definitely come back to this location in the future

Stopped here many times before had to get gas today. Pretty clean inside a very nice staff.

Go-to stop on long trips along this stretch of 29. It's such a convenient location. Bathrooms are usually well-kept, food service is fast, and there is a nice seating area outside. 4-stars because it can be dirty with trash on the ground and garbage cans spilling over which doesn't surprise, give the volume of people this location sees!

Update: We go out of our way to avoid this Sheetz. It's completely trashed. Staff stands at the counter trash talking a customer that left a poor review. They laughed about it and said they don't care and will do it again. The bathrooms are disgusting. Nothing is ever stocked and they put French Vanilla creamer into the half and half dispenser and the milk dispenser. Trash cans overflowing into the parking lot. The parking lot always looks like there was just a rave. The concrete is even sticky. Last year, hired a new manager. A big guy. Obnoxious. Complete Karen. I just can't go there anymore. This Sheetz is conveniently located right on US29. The gas prices here are usually a little cheaper than the average in surrounding areas. The staff here is generally friendly and do an awesome job of trying to keep up with the immense amount of traffic that comes through. I think they are short staffed for the amount of customers that come through. They are busy, even for a Sheetz. That said, there are times they run out of cups, straws, various "fixins" for coffee (like half & half), etc. The beverage bars, bathrooms and floors is often not clean, or not stocked with something. The parking lot is not clean, the windshield cleaner is bone-dry and often has trash and/or debris in it rather than windshield washing solution. We still frequent this location often as it's directly on our route. I personally just think there is too much traffic for the employees to get a moment to step away unless a customer specifically requests something. But anytime I've needed help, they've always been friendly.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went to the ladies room and saw an employee come into a stall, heard her pop open and chug a drink crinkling the can as she finished (assumed it was a beer but I could be wrong), she then came out of the stall after using the bathroom and did not wash her hands - then proceeded into work behind the cafe/food area. Will never eat at this sheetz!

Been sitting in the drive thru for 20 min and not a soul has said anything. They’ve brought food to the register but still didn’t ask me anything. I’ve seen people walk in and back out in less time I’ve been sitting here. I would not suggest stopping here if you value your time.

A very nice gas station, at the very least on the third shift with one worker named Vivian even saying that they work hard to keep the floors clean, and I cannot disagree. What's more, this station had very cheap gas prices compared to almost every other one within a good twenty miles or so. I definitely recommend coming here to fuel up your car.

The dark hair white girl is the rudest employee I have ever encountered at a business. Totally unhelpful sat half my order down and left me to fend for myself on the rest . When asked she become very ugly to me causing me to just walk out and let her have it. Wish I got name. Skinny black hair

I’ve stopped at this US 29 Sheetz in Greensboro on a few occasions. It’s a good one with friendly employees but the restrooms always look like garbage. The floor was scuzzy and the toilet was unspeakable!! I didn’t touch anything and hurried to wash my hands. There’s no excuse to be filthy like this. The employees always seem to find it funny when I bring a repulsive looking restroom to their attention. It’s not funny!! Clean it up!! I know Sheetz can do better.

It only took 1 time for me to remember why i never eat at Sheetz. I ordered a taco salad with extra chili, sour cream and cheese. They gave me the same amount as usual and when I asked the lady she got smart. Ill never order from there again. A $12 taco salad that's nothing but lettuce. Smdh

Sheetz has went from the best coffee to the worst coffee of any store. It's literally nothing more than flavored water now, and that's the darkroast. Your auto coffee makers have destroyed you!

I ordered farmhouse flat bread and coffee for breakfast, and it was delicious.

Officially my first experience with a Sheetz 🌈as a Wisconsinite, Our local Kwik Trip was my standard for good gas station food, but the deep fried Oreos here are beyond amazing and deserving of praise 🍪

Nice, well stoked place where you can get a quick snack or a hot meal. Bathrooms are clean and staff is friendly. Prices are fair and food is good.

The bathroom was a little yucky :/ The lines were long but moved fairly quickly. There was someone parked in the no parking zone. It is fun to sit and people watch at this Sheetz location.

This is the absolute worst Sheetz to get food at night. Takes forever and, I just ordered hot dogs and curly fries had to wait 20 minutes and watch the manager pick curly fries at the corners of the bin to fill my cup and they were a cold cup of fries. Terrible place never spending my money here ever again. 10/15 12:30 am

Unlike the other reviews my experience at this location was nothing but positive. They were moderately busy but the line wasn't long and the food we ordered came out fast. Store was clean and well organized, just another standard Sheetz. This location also has a drive thru which is always a plus! Location is convenient and reminds you of a rest stop right off the highway.

Today I visited the sheets on hwy 29 in Greensboro nc and the store parking lot was the FILTHIEST place I have ever seen. Trash and paper and mud was around the area where the tables are at. Walking inside I noticed the same thing. Floors were muddy and dirty. Restrooms smelled horrible. I got so disgusted I turned around and left the store. I have never seen any Sheets before ever looking this awful. This store needs to be closed down and thoroughly cleaned. Especially around the food area. Very disappointing. I understand that there is a large construction going on close by but that is no excuse for a business to look this way.

Normally, it’s about a 3 star place, but today Sheetz cost me almost $40. All 3 truck diesel pumps were shut down at once for repairs in the middle of the day. Instead of the 5.37 I intended to pay there, I had to pay 5.89 at the next place Thanks for that. Maybe I’ll at least get better milage. Sheetz fuel is a “get what you pay for” deal anyway. The bathroom is always kinda gross and the sinks don’t work right. The location is awful traffic wise. I’m sure it’s caused several accidents already. Truck parking could be much larger, but at least there’s some.
