Sarah and Ann were so awesome to work with. My engagement ring was purchased from another location. After having my ring resized at that location the diamond fell out and was lost. They were rude and tried to charge us thousands of dollars more to replace the stone with the same thing I had before. I came to Ann and she helped me find the perfect diamond well within our budget and gave us a great deal on an upgraded setting. She called and text me through the whole process to make sure I was comfortable. What a change of customer service from the prior place! My husband and I really enjoyed working with Van Scoy Diamonds. My husband found them while researching jewelers to purchase my engagement ring from. They worked with him to design my ring and were patient and detailed in the process. They are friendly and locally owned, so we worked with them to purchase our wedding bands as well. We have been very pleased and continue to receive great service when we go back for cleanings and inspections.

Great store and great people to work with when looking for any style of jewelry. Easy to drop in and have any previously purchased items clean and inspected to ensure all fittings are tight and secure. When shopping for a Mother's ring there wasn't anything in the store that fit what I was looking for, the Van Scoy team did an excellent job in helping me put my ideas into a design and custom make the ring I wanted. Have been thrilled with the ring and received lots of positive feed back on the design as well.

I had a custom ring designed and constructed at Van Scoy using my godmother's 1910 mine cut diamond and it is gorgeous! The price was reasonable and I am absolutely thrilled with how it turned out! Sarah was wonderful helping me design the ring and it only took a few weeks until I had the actual ring on my finger! So fast with designing and constructing the ring....beautiful ring and experience!
