Walked in here a year ago to let my husband pick out something for his birthday. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was awesome. We talked and joked with the manager the whole time we were browsing. He picked out a 10K necklace and has had it on ever since. Yesterday he went to get it looked at and was shocked to find out it has no value and is mostly just metal! I guess you have to be friendly and personable to make people comfortable while you're ripping them off. Very disappointed.

The jewelry is FAKE! My sister’s boyfriend bought a “10k gold rope bracelet” from this place. He decided to burn it to see if it was real and it was not. The bracelet turned to silver. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND buying jewelry from this place.

If you want your diamond to continually fall out of your ring after just 2 years then this is the place for you. I’ve had my ring 4 yrs and it keeps falling apart. Go anywhere else. They won’t even fix it right. The “new” diamond didn’t even match the rest of them in quality. And the “new” diamond feel out again today. We got duped please don’t waste your money. Please.

Purchased several items from this store. I've spent several thousand dollars only to find out they aren't being honest and upfront. The gold has some other metal added to the it. The jewelry is bogus! Buyer be aware! The rings diamonds have fell out and been replaced 4 times in less than a year. The quality of the replacement diamonds were poor and cloudy. I will be contacting the BBB, FBI and my attorney. A magnet will show you that the jewelry it's the kt gold that's stamped in it.

Purchased over $1400 worth of gold, only to find out it was totally fake. Two stars because at least they’re nice while they rip you off.
