Messy store, very unorganised!! I asked one of the employees here what the name of two girls were that I pointed out to.. shocked to be told one is a manager !! McKenzie & Till really disappointed to see you both shopping with your baskets & trying clothes on whilst you're supposed to be working!! Not to mention the lack of customer service skills... you girls were so busy on your phones & shopping that you totally dismissed my husband & I .. really hope they can get better staff back store! Disappointed...

Went to pick up a click and collect only to see that the store was closed due to having a positive covid case - no phone call was made to notify me even though they clearly had my contact number because they texted me the same day confirming my pick up time. Called the store, the person I spoke to said that they aren't sure how long it will be closed for, and that they will contact people to come and collect the order without needing to re-book a time. I then got an email that my order was cancelled. I called the store and the guy I spoke to said he wasn't sure why I got that and to come in regardless to collect the item - he said I can come in at any time to collect it. Two days later I went in to collect my item, only to be told that because it hadn't been picked up in 10 days the order was cancelled. I was told that this was basically my fault, regardless of the fact that no one ever communicated when the store would be opened, and that I was told to still pick up the order! I was happy to pay the amount back, but it was such a waste of time dealing with them. We are two years into a pandemic, surely by now you can get your communication with customers sorted out. And maybe learn to speak to them in a polite manner.

Good products but the staff do not answer the phone even before closing time they still do not answer the phone. I waited on hold for and hour between 9pm to 10 pm and still no answer.

Staff need lessons in customer service and common courtesy! No door staff from 7.40pm onwards, lights around registers, sporting goods and kids clothes were all turned off at 7.45pm leaving customers to check out in the dark. Team members were talking and laughing together in a group. Not sure where the manager was.

Rude staff, I purposely walked out of the way for a woman who was stocking shelves where i wanted to look and she came behind me with a gigantic trolley which i was already trying to avoid, said excuse me and i asked which way she was going and she rolled her eyes and ignored me. I was so shocked I immediately put the item i was going to buy down and walked out of the store. If you don’t want to work in retail and be nice to customers work somewhere else.

Cannot believe that NO ONE answers the phone, regardless of which department type you press. All departments rang out for over 30 minutes. Why they bother having a phone number/manager is beyond me? Horrendous.

Old angry lady worker yelled at and profiled me as a young person, I have saved up money for a bike and went in, I never even got to hop on the bike and take it for a test before an old lady worker yelled at me to get away and said I don’t like like I could afford it, I was appalled and left the store to see her follow me and my boyfriend once we left the store and told a security officer we were "suspicious" all because we looked at bikes.

If I could do zero stars I would. I am astounded by the horrible customer service, I tried on clothes in the changing room, then came out to be accused of stealing. I did absolutely nothing incriminating and to be treated in such a manner is appalling from such a well regarded company. You need to do better training your staff this behaviour is honestly upsetting and has ruined my night thanks a lot.

"Sorry, NOT taking cash today, the system is down". Too many shelf stackers, little to no assistance, poor service. One star too many for this lot.

On the 26th of June at 5:14, my children (12 and 14 years old) walked into Kmart, at Greensborough Plaza, hoping to buy some snacks for a movie, but unfortunately couldn’t find any. They journeyed throughout Kmart, trying to find some exquisite snacks and eventually ended up in the kids section, where they got a bit distracted and were trying to find a minecraft nerf gun. At 5:21, a manic Kmart employ (woman) came up to my kids and started to harass my two lovely children, who would never try to cause any trouble. This Kmart employ walked up to my kids and started yelling and screaming at them, interrogating them about what they were doing browsing in the kids section, she then got closer to my kids and put her finger in their faces, causing them to become very very upset. My kids tried talking to this woman respectfully but she kept going on and on, even going up to my kids a second time after their first interaction. This Kmart employ also pushed my kids against the wall and told them to go back to the snack section at the front of the store. This woman has caused my children to feel very unsafe and they have refused to walk into a Kmart ever since this traumatic experience. Please look into this woman as she has caused my family much pain.

Can’t seem to put the right price cards in the right spots. Then continuously not honouring the price on the shelf. Customer service isn’t great either, I suppose that’s what happens when the store is run by children

Only shop at the self checkout if you want to purchase a few items. Self checkout stops at every other transaction. Staff are not attentive enough when the system stops working with a bag or checkout issue

Often loud and expensive but you can find some good deals. Toys and trendy items are also being restocked and sold more often now and they have a disability/family changing room with lower clothes hooks, a support rail and a bench. There is often flickering lights from the roof or scanners if you are sensitive to that.

Time-wasting scum don't answer any extension for hours. Lost item on hold.

After Christmas there was ton of half price , and good to keep for next year

Clean Store with an excellent range of stock which offers excellent value for money .

They encourage you to go cashless…but without cash you can’t get a trolley…little blue trolleys are not allowed out of the shop…staff tries to be helpful, but management dictates how to behave. Companies like this ruin the world anyway. A good reminder of not supporting them anymore.

There are 3 storey shopping centre with a lot of shops, fresh food and supermarkets are at the bottom level. Not crowded in spite of Christ. Good to see Christ, Mary and Christmas story in display too!

Find cat tunnel available in store, when we came for this item, the staff helped us to look for and said there are 12 available, but even the store manager doesn’t know where to find, terrible management, never came back to this store, disappointing

Just had the worst experience - a store person stuff took stuff out of my hands like excuse me?? Sure kmart isn’t a high end store but staff still require professionalism and taking items out of my hands and slamming them onto the desk when I was just asking if I could use the change rooms?? Never had such a problem until a staff named Sarah decided to do this - very unhappy about today

very weak suction and sometimes it failed in some positions, I used it for a few months and when I needed to make 5 bags in a row, the machine could not stand it and broke. I do not recommend. This vacuum sealer need a improvement.

Good Kmart. Stocks are good even in busy periods but today's review is about customer service in the service desk.They never get enough people there considering how much people do online shopping now & needs refund/exchange. The wait is always long.

I came here to get Easter eggs for my kids, as the selection at other stores nearby was reminiscent of a Russian supermarket suffering from western sanctions. Good range, with good prices. The checkouts in the middle of the store is interesting, but the line moved fast, so who am I to complain.

Staff are really helpful and approachable. Recently, I was looking for something but couldn't find it so asked a staff member and they checked the stock level on their electronic device & let me know it was out-of-stock. I shop here regularly and the store is well-stocked and clean. I have organised several Click-and-Collects and had no hassles or issues.

Solid Kmart, really good range of items and mostly helpful staff. One particular guy checking the bags at the front can be really annoying and will search every crevice of a bag every single time

The staff member named Xavier was caught excaping from cayo perico. it gave him a bad look but he was actually donating the gold he stole from el pubio to incarcerated Jews.

Huge store with heaps of items. We came here after travelling from geelong. I was born and bred in Heidelberg but this place was a great day trip. The staff were excellent and my little boy bought a godzilla toy. He loved the place. Can't wait to go back or shoukd I say the young bloke can't wait!!

OK range of products, nothing special. I don't know why kmart puts the checkouts on the middle of the shop. Good location though and as always awesome prices.

All in all its an easy store to navigate. Didn't stay long this time as there were a LOT of people doing their Xmas shopping. Merry Christmas 🎄

This Kmart is, like, fine? Except for the usual Kmart schtick in that you get treated like a criminal every time you exit a store, even with a receipt in your hand. Hate it, gang.

It's terribly disappointing to see KMART promoting unhealthy obesity as though it's a desired choice...I notice in store that huge tracts of space is given to this group ....KMART may do these people more of a favour by encouraging healthy lifestyle choices which would improve their longevity and decrease the strain on our burdened health system.... in short obese people need to take responsibility for their own well being

good Kmart. got most things in stock. as with all Kmarts, prices are very affordable. can always leave here with a bargain! it's also organised which makes it easy to find what you are looking for, and if you can't find something there is usually a staff member around to offer help. checkout line can be a bit of a wait at times so ensure you have a bit of time.

Excellent. We haven't been for a while, but I was surprised at how full the shelves were compared to the other 3 Kmarts I frequent in the area, which are always very low or completely out of a huge variety of stock these days. So I'd definitely give it a go if what you needed was out of stock at other Kmarts.
