I haven't been to Harbor Inn in ages. The visit today was not the experience that I've had before. I ordered takeout. The fried combination plate. I got one piece of greasy, mushy catfish, and 4 pieces of jumbo shrimp for $18 and change. The shrimp and fries were not fresh even though I waited. The cocktail sauce (smelled and tasted like ketchup) and tartar sauce were obviously the cheap pre-made, bottled stuff. Yuck. I ate the 6 hush puppies and tossed $20 bucks in the trash, basically.

Harbor Inn Cajun Seafood is a wonderful place to eat. Their food is exceptional along with the best priced seafood in Greenville. The staff is excellent, I suggest sitting in Allison S. station as she is phenomenal! I have included photos of their everything cake. 1 slice is large enough for 4 people & plenty of that piece leftover to take home. PS, I keep trying to steal Allison & get her to come work with me! Yes, she is that good.

Alison may represent the friendliest and best service I have had on my 2 week trip in the Carolina’s. 5 stars for Alison. Food was plentiful and price was more reasonable than other “fish camps” I frequent. I had to take one star because the clam strips and fried shrimp are heavily breaded, which isn’t usually the case. But for the money, probably an understandable trade off. I just love the lightly breaded, mostly fish experience that is usually considered calabash style.

The food was amazing. Leigh Ann, our server was super helpful with the menu since it was our first visit. She is a credit to the restaurant. Everything we ordered was exactly to our specifications and fresh. We have found a new favourite seafood restaurant. This is just the first of many visits! 5 Stars!

This restaurant is so good. This was my first time eating here. The waitress was so sweet. I think her name was Crystal. Her and the other waitresses song happy birthday to my granddaughter. My granddaughter was so happy. The food was seasoned just right. They give you enough food for your moneys worth. I will definitely be coming back. Much love from NC

Honest review time...we are fans of another Cajun seafood restaurant in the area and were headed there when we remembered someone suggesting Harbor Inn. We decided to give it a try...we were not disappointed! I had the steamed special and my wife had a fried platter. Both were delicious....the only thing we could suggest to make it better would be to have fresh made hushpuppies. Our server Leann was awesome as well...very attentive and friendly. We will be back.

This place was really good! We just happened to be looking for a place and went in. The service was very friendly and the food was very good! Love the crab dip and the stuffed mushrooms. The cakes there were gorgeous and were huge. We are too full to try them so we will definitely be going back and trying them.

Fairly priced and large helpings. I had the pick three which included fried clams, catfish, and chicken tenders. Each was crispy and tasty. Also had the crab dip which was OK nothing special. Rated as a Comebacker

My husband and I ordered the Make Your Own Combo. We had a feast. It was so delicious! It was a little pricey, but it was definitely worth every penny. We, both were left satisfied. Highly recommend. Well done & thank you!!!

Definitely not worth the price. I ordered the baby shrimp. First of all I ordered a kids meal portion. I used to love coming here but now I just pass it and go elsewhere because the food is not the same as it used to be. Clearly new owners. Shrimp crust was still uncooked. (Could still see dough) The hush puppies were greasy and had tiny brown bugs in them. The tartar sauce is always left on the table. The baked potato wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I will never return until they get it together. They order cheap ingredients now which is not right for the price you pay.

The atmosphere was great. Really cool decor. Food: broiled shrimp was tough and the fried shrimp was less than warm. Service: I had to get up and find someone to bring tarter sauce to our table. As we finished our meal they Didn't ask if we needed a " to go" box. I had to get up and find our server to get our bill. Overall I gave only two stars, one for the atmosphere and one for the baked potato.

Plenty to choose from. Seafood boils in the bag, steamed/broil/grilled/fried seafood, however you prefer it. Plenty of desserts. The fish bowl drink was on point😉 We enjoyed Diamond being our server...

Was here for lunch and ordered the Cajun for two, and it was full of flavor. The crayfish in the plate were not very fresh. Everything else was good. Our server Kristal was very professional, 5 stars for her.

The food was good, the dining area was clean, well lit and comfortable environment to be in. However the had some problems getting us clean silverware and drinks to the table before the food arrived, which took away from the experience. If they iron out these two issues I could see this as a regular place I would come to on a Friday or Saturday evening.

Went here with my stepson for lunch cause he wanted seafood real bad. Ordered the Tilapia and baby shrimp which is yes same thing as popcorn shrimp... I asked the waitress is how I know lol she was friendly and told us to ask any questions that we had and we really liked her! She kept our drinks full as well. Thought this came with hushpuppies... umm it did ...they were BURIED under the moutain of shrimp!! Was $8.95 only!! The lunch special! Great prices, especially when you go for lunch from 11 am to 3 pm. Tilapia was mouth watering, shrimp was yum and all the food was steaming hot! I couldn't eat it all, waitress glady brought me a box and I had so much food left that I literally got 2 meals out of it! And I can normally throw down and eat like a big girl too!!

My cousin and I visited from out of town and was looking for some great crab legs. This place exceeded our taste buds. The crab dip was awesome and we made our own seafood boil with medium house sauce and it Was some of the best tasting seafood we both had. The seasoning is sooo good and everything has flavor. It was pretty expensive though & they only give yu one crab cluster so I had to spend more money for a second cluster.

Seafood was good, but the chicken fingers are BOMB! We got the pick three and got oysters, chicken fingers, and baby shrimp. The chicken was my favorite lol. It is huge and they will toss them in Buffalo sauce if you ask, too. ♥ So yummy! The cakes are to die for. Service was definitely lacking. We didn't see our waitress for almost twenty minutes. My husband drank his drink, then mine... We were out of drinks for awhile. Wanted to buy cake and leave but had to wait just to order dessert, ended up getting it to go. Overall pretty good.

The atmosphere was perfect and the waitress was professional and courteous. In addition the food was delicious. We had Fried shrimp and Catfish fillets that pleased our palates. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the oyster stew, it was my first time trying it, I love oysters but the milk changed that. Overall, we were highly satisfied and will return soon.
