I
was
extremely
disappointed
in
my
stay
here.
First
of
all,
we
were
given
the
wrong
type
of
room
(we
reserved
a
king
room
and
received
two
queens).
That
was
corrected,
so
we
appreciated
that.
We
did
have
to
wait
for
rooms
to
get
ready,
but
the
wait
wasn’t
too
long.
There
was
a
debacle
with
the
key
not
working,
but
they
corrected
that
and
even
sent
a
hotel
staff
member
with
me
to
make
sure
we
could
get
into
the
room.
However—things
went
downhill
from
there.
Someone
tried
to
break
in
our
room
and
kept
trying
to
open
the
door.
They
said
they
were
part
of
the
hotel
staff
and
they
apologized
for
“being
told
the
wrong
room”
(not
sure
what
that
was
about).
Then,
we
received
a
call
from
the
front
desk
asking
what
our
name
was
and
we
were
told
there
was
a
“glitch
in
the
system.”
Fast-forward
to
the
next
morning—my
husband
went
out
to
our
car
to
get
something
and
the
key
card
had
already
been
deactivated.
Also—someone
next
door
to
us
was
having
a
party
and
didn’t
quiet
down
until
early
the
next
morning.
I
have
a
4-month-old
baby
and
he
had
a
very
hard
time
sleeping
because
of
the
noise.
I
did
contact
the
front
desk
around
11:30
that
night
and
they
said
they’d
send
security.
The
music
stopped
shortly
after,
but
the
people
proceeded
to
talk
very
loudly
until
late
into
the
night.
Usually,
my
stay
at
a
Holiday
Inn
Express
has
been
great.
But
this
time,
my
family
and
I
were
very
disappointed.
