Me and my wife stayed at the red roof in in Greenville SC right off of interstate 85 for 3or 4 months they rip us off our $100 dollar deposit when we left there for no reason our room probably was the cleanest room some one has left that has stayed there for a few months. It's pretty dirty and most of the rooms smell like cats so I wouldn't recommend red roof if you can help it

Pet friendly and quiet while we were here. Good internet for the kids and tucked away in a wooded area just off the interstate. We were evicted during the pandemic when our landlord sold his homes. It's been a year now we have roamed looking for a rental while my wife maintains her job at the hospital. This place has given us the much needed rest to continue on and fight to survive. No complaints here. Thank you for what you do.

We book a room here but never actually stayed. We wasn’t really satisfied with the room looked pretty decent, just a little outdated. However, the reason I’m writing this review was because of the fantastic customer service we received from the front desk. The manager, I believe, Casey Jackson rendered phenomenal service! We were indecisive and going back & forth as to what we wanted to do. She patiently, I mean no aggravation nor any show of frustration on her end, displayed at anytime while assisting in making sure we get our full refund from Priceline. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and it’s rare you come in contact with someone who shows this level of professionalism & courtesy! She seemed to genuinely care and took great measure to make sure we left satisfied & fully refunded!

Honestly if I could give it a 0 I would because it’s not worth you waisting your money here the Restroom tub dirty also the toilet don’t flush the wall is supper dirty it don’t even look the actual color it should be 🤮 plus the hotel room looks like it haven’t been mopped ,swept or even vacuumed. The blanket stained🤢I payed for 2night but then left at night to another hotel.based on the pictures and location of hotel you would except for it to look great nicely clean but that was not . The smell of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room . Overall this was a bad experience . Below I. listed the pictures of the room looked🤮🤢

Rooms old, no refrigerator or microwave in room. Bathtub would not drain. There was a cop there when we checked in talking to some guests. There were children that live there running around with no supervision. So many people live there and it's sketchy. We were woken up hours before checkout by the associates asking if we were checking out or staying, who does that!!! Even our Uber driver that was a bad part of town. We know for next time.

nothing was particularly amazing but it was nice. i did see a roach twice because the bathroom floor on one side wasn’t closed all the way to the wall, but other than that it was good. i took like a 2 hour shower and continually had hot water so that was nice. but if you’re in the area, i would recommend here or days inn in easley next to mcdonald’s which is cheaper and a little nice. but overall this place was very nice, me and my boyfriend had a get away so it was nice. not very good tv channels.

Super dirty. Couple of large bugs. Splatter on the wall. Cigarette smell. Creepy location. I checked in then checked right back out after I saw the room. It's a shame because the couple at the front desk were sweet and took care of me but the hotel needs some serious TLC.

First room they put me in had not been cleaned, bed was even made. Second room they put me in was half cleaned had beer can setting in the floor so I set up all night. I feel I should get a full refund off my money.

Stayed at some less than favorable places before and this is right there with it. No water pressure for a shower and floors I don't want to walk on with shoes. The place needs alot of work.

For a Red Roof this was a gem find. Rooms are typically under $70.00 king beds non-smoking hotel .. tucked away by a campus and not on the main road so no riff raff around. Slight smell to the room, but otherwise clean.

The manager Kevin is truly a blessing. The people here are super respectful and friendly and God is always good. If you don't have anywhere too stay just come here and they'll work with you.

Horrible experience. Bugs literally everywhere, used toilet paper left on the ground in the bathroom, mold in the sinks and bathtubs. Outrageous smell of cigarette smoke permeated the entire room, which is ironic because there are are "no smoking" signs everywhere. There were stains all over the bed, linens, and pillowcases and cigarette burns in the sheets. Not to mention catching other residents in their attempt to break into my car an hour into my stay. I tried to resolve issues with manager Kevin and he was combative, rude, accusatory, and downright disrespectful. I will never use red roof inn again and save yourself the money by doing the same.

I made a grave mistake in how I was injured. It was not my intention to try to scam anyone, that is what I honestly thought happened. My brain is hardwired for sense. I am very agile and typically sure-footed, so my first instinct was not that it was my error. As soon as Kevin brought the error to my attention, I sincerely apologized for any trouble I may have caused. While I did not feel safe there, I am grateful Kevin and I could clear things up, and that he was willing to show me what happened. The sad part of it was, was the folks in office laughing at my fall. I hope that it is just a nervous reaction they have, as that I understand. That happens to me too. He also said he would review the video of the morning I arrived, when I believe money went missing. Kevin and Red Roof Inn, I am truly very sorry. Thank you for working with me and for your grace! I wish someone had told me when I came back, or prior to the Ambulance arriving what happened, and cared enough to not let me believe a wrong interpretation of what happened. Again, I am truly very sorry. Due to being cyber and phone hacked, I am very aware of cameras and their locations. I knew there was a camera that caught what happened. Again I really wish someone just brought my error of interpretation to my attention.

Had no choice but here. Roads were getting bad due to weather. Tried 2 Exits before and No vacancies. Always stay at Red Roofs..1st it wasn't even late and there was No One in the night Check in for the longest time...my phone was dead so I couldn't call the number posted. Perhaps another way to get an alert to Night shift? Buzzer, Bell..inhouse phone? Anyway, place is off the beaten path so a little sketchy at night. Got the room, noticed a dead roach in bathroom...not a big deal cuz it was dead figured they spray pesticides...but when we left the next morning and I put our bags in truck, a live roach crawled out!!! OMG..8 didn't even want the bags inside the cab..that disgusted me. The grounds on the outside are atrocious. My dog stepped on something and was limping. I chkd for cuts and no blood but clean it up!

The worst smelling place I have ever been in for the price it was ridiculous. Pile of dirt behind bathroom door I believe the beds was a twin! That small .. no air .. just blowed hot air! Would not recommend! Wish I could give a negative stars!

Would give zero stars if I could. Our room was dirty, even the sheets and comforter was stained and dirty looking. The toilet looked liie it was leaking. Everything was super loud like the fan in the bathroom and ac. The room was super stuffy feeling and the TV barely worked for the kids to watch TV so we could get them down or get them dressed. The front desk service was less then to be desired. She didn't give us a check out time or anything just id and card. That's after walking to the lobby and her pointing to the window on the side. There were dogs running around without a leash. (Not a bad thing but when they come running up growling it's not what you want to be greeted with in the parking lot.) After I came back in my husband ran back to the car and came back saying I don't want you to go outside alone. Apparently they were guys leaning on the wall with their door open but scanning the parking lot and mad him feel uneasy. We won't be staying here. Not with the price we had to pay.

I give this motel zero stars because when I stayed there and checked out that long haired so called manager, "Ben" kept my deposit because he said their was stains on the bedspread and then went on to say that I let my dogs on the bed and it caused stains. First of all, I never ever let my huge dogs on the bed and another first of all, we took the bedspreads off of the beds when we first rented the rooms because they are paper thin. So Ben just accused and judged me. I believe he put my deposit in his pocket. He is an awful manager and needs to clean his self up and act like a manager.

Red Roof let me check in last minute due to the lack of safety at the hotel I originally booked. They upgraded my room at no extra charge due to the previous problems I had concerns about, their staff is excellent, the housekeeping went above and beyond when needed. I traveled 2500 miles to come meet my grandson and am so grateful for the kindness, positive attitude of the situation, the assistance, the beauty, and the security of this place.
