Marriott's
used
to
be
very
good
hotel
and
had
great
service
above
and
beyond,
but
this
hotel
was
bad
from
the
beginning.
I
reserved
a
king
bed
and
the
front
check
in
-
not
caring
person,
gave
me
a
double
bed
room,
did
not
say
anything.
I
went
to
the
room,
called
back
and
said,
I
reserved
a
king
bed.
He
gave
me
a
line
"oh,
we
take
in
more
reservations
than
we
have
rooms"
was
his
excuse.
I
told
him,
I
am
not
paying
for
something
when
I
did
not
reserve
it.
The
front
desk
really
does
not
care.
BTW
-
if
you
try
to
use
the
guest
internet,
-
it
fails
and
says
unstable
site.
I
clicked
off
since
i
did
not
want
to
use
it,
but
it
charged
me
for
the
2
days
that
i
stayed.
I
could
not
even
log
in.
The
front
desk,
told
me,
that
i
should
have
known
to
call
them
to
tell
them,
that
i
could
not
connect
to
the
internet.
Where
did
the
high
standards
of
the
Marriott
go?
