Zero stars. The place was filthy. Gross stains all over the carpet. The fridge smelled very weird and very strong. The hallway smelled absolutely foul with cigarette smoke which overwhelmed our room everytime we opened our door. A drunk guy was out there smoking and no one did anything about it. My allergies kicked up really bad, preventing me from sleeping but were relieved as soon as we left the building. Multiple roach-looking insects crawling around. If I had seen those before going to sleep I think I would have walked back out. I feel bad for taking my children here for the night. I can't believe this place has any good reviews at all. We arrived at 9:30pm and couldn't even find the place because the exterior lights were ALL OFF and the manager didn't even know. Pitch black parking lot. Not safe. I want my money back. These people should be paying YOU to stay here! Didn't stay for breakfast. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. 🤮 I hope we don't end up with lice or something!!

This place doesn't deserve one star. We stayed 3 nights and saw a roach on our second night here. Our tub faucet was completely out of the shower wall. There was no breakfast at all and housekeeping only came by once. Side entrances did not work with room cards. Had to prop open with a rock. Absolutely not worth what you pay. Will never be back.

The rooms are TINY & a could use some updating. Overpriced compared to other NICER hotels & even motels in that area. Also, I called the day before I booked online to ask about early check-in. Was told on the phone it would be extra $20. But when I got there to check in, I was charged $30. & I’m pretty sure it was the same man that I had spoken with on the phone the day before. He wasn’t trying to hear anything I had to say about being told one price & being charged more, & I had to either pay the extra $30 or lose my money for the whole reservation since it was non-refundable. The young lady working the night shift was friendly, but the man on day shift lacked basic customer service etiquette, even when it came to just being available at the front desk. Always had to go looking for him, & he was in no hurry. Housekeeping: The lady was entering my room as I was leaving. I put my 3 bags in the car, drove to the front of the building to check out & while I was still there at the front desk, she came thru the lobby & said she had already finished cleaning that room. There’s NO WAY it was cleaned thoroughly in that amount of time...15 mins at the most, counting the time I had spent waiting at the desk. I didn’t leave it a mess, but just cleaning/disinfecting the shower/bathroom thoroughly should take that long if not longer. Overall, just a disappointment.

Old facilities, the pictures on their website are completely misleading and at least 5 years old if not older. Ceiling shows major water damage. Missing light bulbs in bedside lamp, another wall fixture was hanging on with a rigged piece of tape and q tip, I kid you not. Beds were AWFUL. Can feel the mattress springs just sitting on them flattens them. Cigarette burns on seat cushion. The room was clean though and furnishings looked more updated than the wear would imply.

It's a budget hotel, so not fancy by any stretch, and the beds aren't the most comfortable, but it was clean, the bed was decent enough for a good night's sleep (without back pain in the morning, so good enough), and the front desk service was professional and friendly. Would stay again in the future.

When I booked online it did not say a deposit was going to be required. The lady was so non chalant like she did not care. She told me to call the third party. And they said it's up to their approval. I just feel she could've had better customer service. And not act like she doesn't care. That was my last for me and my kids to lay our heads and that was not acceptable.

During my 4 day stay here, I saw 4 cockroaches and was only able to get rid of 3. The mini fridge in the room barely kept stuff cold and did not keep anything frozen. There is rust on the vent in the bathroom as well as some kind of mold above the shower faucet. Don't expect anything if you book here and definitely bring sealed food containers to keep the bugs out of your food. **EDIT** I raised the rating from a 1-star to a 2-star due to the fact that the kind gentleman at the desk allowed me to extend my booking while I waited for my train to get here.

I went online and saw the pictures and my room was extremely misleading. The pillows had stains, the charging ports were broken and the clock we couldn’t even get to work 1 star is for service the man was super helpful The bathroom shower was leaking and soaking the floor No microwave in the room. And other than that the main thing is the pictures are very misleading I saw beautiful rooms and our room looks like a closet. I won’t recommend anyone if you’re looking for something like the pictures. The service is the only thing that kept it at 2 stars.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. First problem was there would be days where the housekeeper didn’t even clean the room just would skip my room weather I was in it or not. I constantly had to ask for toilet paper, new sheets, and pillow cases. The general manager the Indian guy gives just anyone hotel room keys . I had someone try to enter my room with a room key that worked and I did not authorize it nor was the person anywhere on my booking reservation. He is a bitter man who just this morning called my room repeatedly bc an unwanted guest wanted in the room he then kept knocking at my door and THREATENED ME who has been nothing but pleasant and has been staying here for weeks with no problem to kick me out and to call the police to escort me off property just because the unwanted guest was causing a scene when any normal person would call the police and escort the guy with no reservation there off the property . It blows my mind the lack of respect and professionalism this manager has. He is def in the wrong field and should be fired. I had to call corporate and my case is being escalated . Not worth the cheap price I promise . There is also heavy police activity at this specific hotel I have seen multiple guests being handcuffed and arrested at this location during my stay.. I don’t think it’s. Right to kick out a paying guest bc an unwanted guest is causing a ruckus in the lobby. I should feel safe staying here and bc of the manager I do not . I’ve been nothing but pleasant with no problems especially when I should have caused problems due to their lack of housekeeping, giving people my room key, and his verbal harassment .

We are on the road with our business and carry a 40 foot trailer so we try and find hotels that can accommodate parking for us and this hotel has that big area for parking. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice mid tier place to rest my head for a night. Flew out from WA state to buy a bus nearby. I didn't buy and drive the bus back, so I had to get a room here.

Great place to stay! Rooms were clean and the walk in shower was awesome. There's no breakfast but plenty of options close by and a Wendy's that is 1-2 min walk from the hotel. There is a $100 deposit but pay cash and you get it right back at checkout.

This is a budget hotel that is working on renovations so don't expect a lot of amenities. But it was clean, and the staff was amazing! We stayed there for my son's 8th birthday trip and Andy at the front desk made him a card, gave him some money, and his own key! Which made his day! All other staff was friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again just for the staff!

I booked a King Suite and everything was fine until I opened the sofa sleeper. The mattress was ripped on both sides and had a huge brown stain on it. I flipped it over and there was dirt underneath it. The housekeeper was embarrassed and kept apologizing. She stated that management refused to purchase a new mattress for it. The dorm fridge didn't freeze our ice-cream or 4 Popsicles after 2 days. I feel like I deserved to receive a partial refund.

I give 3 stars to the room because the bed was very springy the in room coffee maker didn't work. The front desk staff were helpful with a quick smooth check in process. My favorite part was the window seat.

My wife works long hours at the hospital and we occasionally don't make it back home bc of the drive. And it's a nice break for the kids. To be honest we checked in and out with no issues. Ive been in almost every hotel in the past two years....trust me when i say its clean. Very much so. It was quiet .....well not the interstate itself, it howls of road noise but that's common at other hotels I've been to recently. We got a discount through the hospitals deals and it was the last good sleep ive had in over a week.

We had a King Suite on 3rd floor. This is a 1 Star hotel regarding amenities and condition. It is decades old, and overall is rundown. Rooms had some remodeling efforts, with an updated bathroom and flooring in room, but all else was dated. The room had some quirks, the hallway was pretty rough, and all outside noise is heard inside. The bill was a total of $187 for 2 nights. Will stay somewhere else next time in Greenville.

Do not stay here!! Save your money. Go somewhere else. The bathroom was disgusting. Leaking toilet, stalled water in tub without drain stop, mold, exhaust fan broken. It was a mess!! I woke up congested from the a/c and I'm sure it had mold. No breakfast.

Clean and safe? Apparently you haven't reviewed your 20 Interstate Court, Greenville, SC location. Got a king suite for a week and it was horrible. Mold in the ceilings, the same car alarm going off day and night because the staff wouldn't address the problem with the vehicle owner, got next to no sleep, cockroaches in the coffee bar area, and in my room, fixtures falling apart, staff was extremely unprofessional, the manager called my room and claimed that someone complained of a cigarette smoke smell coming from my room and I don't even smoke, then tried to keep my security deposit. It's a shame because I have stayed at this location many times for work and never had this bad an experience.

Stayed for a few days. Check in was smooth. Later on I had an issue with my reservation and Andy was very helpful, house keeping was accommodating, I would definitely recommend staying here.
