I spent over $20 on the party pack and only got 11 of the 12 tacos I paid for. Also 4 of the 11 tacos where empty. Had next to nothing in them. The rest where good. The lady who took my order was professional and kind. My only issue was the quality of the tacos I received.

Not even one star, but I couldn’t rate it any lower. Honestly the most unprofessional, fast food business I have been to. This Taco Bell is located near an interstate and on the door it states the lobby closes at 10. All doors were locked and it was only 9. I tapped on the window and was told to go around the drive thru, but I had people with me and a car hooked up to a trailer. Then I tapped again and was told, “we are closed on the inside.” I asked, “why, because on the door it says open till 10.” I was then informed (with an eye roll) “that’s just what my manager told me.” I proceeded to walk away. Not only this but a couple had ordered their food online to pick up in store and couldn’t even get into the store. The only reason they managed to get it was because, I had profusely tapped on the window. Ridiculous. If you are going to change your hours, you should probably update your sign.

A terrible location! The staff is rude and unconcerned about customer service. This place is dirty and they didn't seem to mind. They're unprofessional and looked angry. The food I ordered was okay. I guess nine French fries constitutes an order. I'm pretty sure they were just unhappy they had customers, so I'll help them out and won't go back.

Horrible customer service by Kelly thw assistant manager. Rushed me on ordering. Then wa snappy with me to be finished. Then got my food open and the Mexican pizza was upside down and all messed up.

The Greenville Taco Bell used to be one of the finest establishments in Bond County. From friendly service to orders being perfect every single time, this Taco Bell had it all. It was everything you could’ve asked for out of a Taco Bell. It was part of the family. It was home. It saddens me to say what once was has come to pass. Do not rely on this establishment to give you what you ask for, simply, do not go at all. Forget about this place, as it has forgotten about you.

I was hesitant to stop here because of reviews but I thought the food was great. We came in with 6 people and all our orders were correct and delicious. The bathroom and dining floor could use a deep cleaning.

I got a large fry with my meal I even requested large drink & fries. Well this is a small fry box to begin with & let's just say they mistakenly got me the regular fry. Even for a small fry for $3, I literally counted 10 fries total none in the bag & anywhere else at all I know this was no mistake. This isn't the first or second time I honestly should had known to ck b4 leaving but I got everyone's meal ready for them and got to mine last. But this happens often and it's aggrrvating

Well first off the soda machine was out of ice and soda. Got the new grilled cheese taco and it looked like a regular taco. No grilled cheese on the shell. The meat was dry. And lastly it felt like the a/c was broke because it was very hot inside. Will not go back.

The chicken was hard as a rock. The tacos was mushy. There was 4 people behind the counter standing back there talking, eating, playing on their phones while 1 kid was in the lobby wiping off tables, sweeping n mopping.

I actually give them NO STARS, They always have attitude, never get your food correct, and what happened to customer service? Whenever you call to tell them they got your order wrong, they act like you owe them something not them owing you the right food/ drink. I have 2 autistic daughters and I really don't appreciate them not getting all of their food. They have gotten my order wrong 3 times in one month. I WILL NOT RETURN! I spent 35$ for nothing. It's too expensive to not be right. Its to expensive to not be right. The shift leader was in High school and NOT QUALIFIED! Ive worked food for a long time and would never treat folks that way!

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would! Because it is extremely sad when the soft shell tacos are nearly as crunchy as the hard shell tacos, but not in a good way. Not only were the flour tortillas hard, dry, and stale. At least an inch or more all the way around the "soft shell" was dried out and cracked, the center was semi-softened by the miniscule amount of wet meat, yet tough. It was unedible and had to be spit out. I have never received such horrible soft shell tacos, from any where, muchless Taco Bell. Prior to today, Taco Bell was one of my top 2 fast food restaurants. The Greenville, IL KFC/Taco Bell may have removed Taco Bell from my list of favorites. The unedible "soft shells" and maybe one tablespoon of meat, even lesser amount of lettuce was disgusting and I have no intentions to ever return to this particular Taco Bell.

This place needs the health department. How in the world places like this are still open I have no clue. The unsanitariness is off the wall. When you go in there and order your food the lady will take your money with gloves on and go get your food with the same gloves touching every handle n draw along the way, then come back and check the next person out and take their money and repeat the same thing never changing her gloves not one time. I believe it's the manager ( black curly hair with random tattoos on her arms ) every time I go in there and see her doing this. The first time just didn't eat all my food thinking about it. The second time I go in there and see the same thing and said no way I'm out of here. God knows what she lets the employees do if she has this type of work ethic and cleanliness. The customer service is non-existent, They check you out Don't smile hand you your food say nothing. Most of time they do it while conversation on with somebody else that they're working with.
