Dr. Harrell and his staff are great. Very professional. I have been a patient for years and have always been pleased with their service.

All staff including the front desk, dental assistants and Dr. Humphreys are caring and timely. When options for care are discussed, they support patient choice when appropriate and do not push costly procedures. I highly recommend this practice.

I am a little disappointed in the cost and that my insurance, BCBS with the State, does not pay for the full cost of my teeth being cleaned and the exam. I thought that was the point in having dental insurance, insurance pays for two cleanings and check ups each year. Dr. Humphrey is great though!

Nothing can beat the service of this place! Whether it's the smiles at the billing desk, reception desk, dental assistants, or the doc himself. You folks ALL have to be proud to be the team that you are. I always leave there as a happy customer. oh. One criticism: Zaxby's? Really?? I guess I should try it.

I called Dr. Harrell’ office this morning and asked to be seen today for a broken tooth. He and Kay saw me at 1:30 and fixed my problem in less than minutes. Now that is good service!
