Overall
I
recommend
this
cute
farm-to-table,
but
I
have
some
notes:
There
is
limited
seating
and
it
was
busy.
The
floors
were
sticky.
The
restrooms
had
very
strong
synthetic
fragrances
that
I
was
choking
on,
which
is
strange
because
people
who
want
to
eat
and
breathe
cleanly
and
naturally
are
attracted
to
a
place
like
this.
As
someone
allergic
to
synthetic
fragrances
this
is
enough
to
cause
me
not
to
return
(I
live
an
hour
away,
so
I'm
probably
going
to
need
the
restroom.)
Thankfully
the
problem
was
isolated
to
the
bathrooms.
But
let
me
now
focus
on
the
food:
It
was
delicious
and
cooked
very
well!
The
food
was
great!
But...
it's
not
the
easiest
place
if
you
have
allergies
(like
me.)
When
I
looked
at
the
menu
online
I
was
attracted
to
the
build-your-own
plate
option
with
grass-fed
beef
and
non-grain
side
options.
Turns
out
that
they
use
soy
oil
to
roast
their
vegetables,
and
due
to
medical
reasons
and
allergies
I
have
to
avoid
all
grains
including
soy.
Also,
they
top
pretty
much
everything
with
an
egg,
which
is
delicious,
but
not
allergen-friendly.
My
options
were
more
limited
than
I
hoped
for,
but
I
was
able
to
get
a
great
meal.
The
grass-fed
beef
was
ground,
but
not
in
a
patty.
It
was
loose
ground
bits
in
a
pile.
It
tasted
like
sausage
and
had
a
great
texture.
It
was
different
in
a
very
good
way
and
I
really
enjoyed
it.
The
sweet
potatoes
were
roasted
expertly
with
slightly
crispy
outside
and
a
tender
soft
inside.
So...
if
allergies
or
dietary
needs
are
not
a
concern
for
you,
yes,
this
place
is
great!
