One of the nicest beaches north of Virginia. So clean and well maintained. Water is so warm, calm, and shallow. Excellent for children. Doesn’t have a boardwalk, but the quality of the beach is better than anything in NJ. No comparison. Best feature of the beach is the shaded areas. They have two break areas, with a place to even borrow a book to read. It’s technically a public beach but it’s not so straightforward to gain entry. Need to pay for parking and per person. Check out the photos below, one should be a panorama.

Gorgeous old estate on Long Island Sound which the town acquired and turned into a spectactular park, the gem of Greenwich. Sandy beach, sweeping panoramas of the Sound and Manhattan, and many amenities. Visit often and linger.

Beautiful and elegant beach, nice places to walk, nice sunset and sunrise. Quality of sands is very good for CT.

This is my current favorite beach in Connecticut. It's extremely beautiful, very clean and also has a great trail which goes around in a loop. It takes about 40 minutes to finish the walk, it's super worth it because most of it is along the beach and you get lovely sunset views. Ideal place for picnics too, there are tables right by the beach. Only drawback is that we have to take an Uber here since we don't live in Greenwich and hence can't get beach passes :(

This is a very nice and well kept beach. There is a lot of parking near the beach, with a small concessions stand. The reason it can stay nice is because you have to be a member to park, so otherwise you have to access through Uber or on foot. Makes sense because it’s different than the other overrun beaches. When the tide is in, the surf is shallow for a bit, so it’s good for kids who want to just waddle and explore. There is also a trail around the point but we didn’t explore that area.

Beautiful hidden gem. Wonderful spot to check out in the off season. On season it's only open to residents, I believe .

Beautiful beach. Lots of seaweed in the water. I'm used to Florida waters which are super clean. But it's a beautiful beach all the same. The crowd is super nice. There are changing rooms etc. You can catch the sunrise and the sunset!

Great beach, walking paths, kayaking, swimming, bird watching, dog/pet area that is a bit difficult to get to and costs a lot during peak season. Make sure to check their website on when you have to pay and how much. I love running through the park when it's free, but it does get crowded and I see why the payment system is necessary to keep the bulk traffic down.

I just saw this beach on Google maps and say let it go from queens with my girlfriend for morning run and we came here we figured out it is private beach asking $40 to enter. She wasn't liking Stamford because it was too far for her and now she hates Stamford.

👍👍 Excellent park with huge veriety of jungle gym equipment that's much more imaginative than most. The rock formations make it natural and a tad more varied than a simple park. Everything seems up to date and the bathrooms are also adequate.
