    Would love to give it 5 stars, as staff is very friendly, and service, drive through, is very quick. However, on occasion, utensils are not placed in the bag, and customers are forced to come back inside to get them. As you can imagine, it's difficult to shift/remove multiple items in a bag while in the drive through (soup), that could potentially spill. Looking forward to coming back, and when this becomes more consistent, I would be happy to update my review. (Acknowledging that I edited it)

    I have been here numerous times and this order Brynn didn't acknowledge my service animal vest and questioned me about my clearly vested service animal just telling me animals aren't allowed. I asked Abby the girl who gave me my order about the girl's name who yelled at me for my service dog(Brynn) and she than yelled at me stating I couldn't be inside the business with my service animal who clearly had a service dog vest. I was pucking up a mobile order as I was staying in a hotel across the street. I think training needs to be established about questioned service animals especially if one is clearly vested as a service animal. Probably won't return to this location EVER! So I walked back across the street in the rain after being discriminated to get soggy grilled nuggets. I work in the kitchen and this is the saddest meal I've ever had coupled with the worst customer service!

    The customer service and food service in general at chick flea has now gone down the drain like all the other restaurants your off our list of restaurants. I can make my own chicken sandwich. Your customer service went way down hill. At some point people will get sick of paying for bad service. I will delete your app.

    Good place better to order in store than waiting on line for drive thru. Staff is really friendly and they will help you get your order ASAP. Will assist you with order as well for the good representative. This is my 5th time and will continue visiting as long as I am near by.

    I don’t often delete reviews and make new ones but this is by far the most consistently best tasting Chick-fil-A in the Denver Metro area and I have tried them all. Everything no matter the time tastes fresh out the peanut oil! It’s a shame it’s not close to home in Aurora but the personnel here are Grade A service providers!

    Messed up the order. Been travelling all day back to Denver and first time ever in a Chik-Fil-A (International visitor). Stopped off to get food and asked for no tomato on my club. Came was dry, it was only when driving away my partner sating how kuch she liked hers I realised it was missing the bacon and cheese. Also yo all the reviews saying drive through is poor. Just park up and walk in service was quick and we watched everyone waiting.

    I like to get my order taken rather than having employees chat (drive through), and how can you not add dipping sauce to my nugget order. Mind you I parked in the Home Depot parking lot to eat had to get off my car walked around the building and get in line once again for dipping sauce.

    This chain has it figured out. You move through smoothly and get your order despite the number of people. The only complaint at this particular location is that the entrance to the drive thru is confusing but I have never been to this one before.

    Yesterday I felt humiliated and even discriminated. I placed my order on drive-through and when I got to work I realized that I was missing two sandwiches. I went back and the manager Miguel helped me. He didn't let me explain and he automatically assumed that I wanted free food, I only wanted the sandwiches that I was missing He immediately told me I'm going to check the cameras with a very unpleasant attitude... I asked to speak to another manager and Miss Katie came out and she was very kind and without questioning me she gave me what I needed, she apologized and resolved the problem very kindly and professional... Miguel and the girl at the window, very bad attitude and despots. When Miguel realized in the cameras that I was right, he didn't even apologize, he just looked angry, I hope he gets and offered him more training in customer service. ... Not all Hispanics want free food.... Miguel very very bad service

    Who doesn't like Chick-fil-A? Food is always consistently good and the people are always courteous. If u haven't asked for their honey roasted BBQ sauce ur missing out. Enjoy!

    This place deserves no stars. The worse customer service. Three things were wrong and then it was only 38 cents of a difference and they had to hold up line even longer to refund one item to charge for correct. Ridiculous. You switch and say sorry for inconvenience. Over 45 mins to get food. When I was second in line when I went inside.

    Drive through orders are spot on. Recently got the new sandwich with the pemento cheese and mild jalapeños... Wow! Wanted to go back the neat day for another.... Closed on Mondays 🙄. All okay! Went Monday close to a hospital we had an appointment

    I don't like that there is no menu board to browse. There's an attendant in a little booth who hands you a menu when you get there, which puts lots of pressure on you to either make a quick decision on your menu selection, or take your time and hold up the line which at lunch time at this location is already quite long.

    Literally the worst chick fil a in Denver, you guys never repeat my order back to me and today after confirming it you still messed it up. Not to mention the fries are only half full on a large. Today is the day I leave a 1 star review because I am fed up with this, multiple times I have had this happen.

    We ordered ahead and then found a table. Everything was very clean and was very speedy. The kale salad was not what I was expecting so they exchanged it for an order of fries. Very nice place to eat in for lunch.

    Lisa and her crew are They're on top of it taking care of business. I came in here this morning ordered my food and within 2 5 other customers came in one was One was a huge order for 30 sandwiches And they took care of it like a pro everything is clean Comfortable and a blessing I love coming here when I have time and thank you for the Wi-Fi. And they blessed me with a gift and one of the Other customers gave me a job offer it's been an Amazing day so far Thank you to Lisa and her crew you guys are the best keep it up thanks Management for taking care of business and help it out

    Took my card… super frustrating. Didn’t realize until later in the day but found the receipt so obviously it wasn’t given with the receipt. When I called about the missing card I was told “we collect cards over here”. It may have been light hearted but check and make sure you get your card back if you go to this location.

    I want to give a shout-out to manager Abbey, who was working on May 27th. Abbey and the drive-thru team we're very gracious in helping you when my app crashed and the meal that I was supposed to receive wasn't showing up properly. I've come to this location many, many times before, and Abbey recognized me and helped process my meal request so that I could get to work on time. I love this location because it is convenient to my workplace and the team working there is always professional and quick! Kudos to Abbey and this location!

    Something is up with this chick fil a. They get it wrong every time we go here. The lettuce and tomatoes were both rotten, soda flat and no straw lol. Mac n cheese smelled weird

    My friends and I walked into this Chick-fil-A for a nice meal. We walked in and my friend ordered 8 grilled nuggets and I ordered 12 nuggets. We also got 2 sprites. The server was very rude and didn't comply with us and sounded like we were a waste of her time. We got our food and noticed only 7 grilled nuggets and 11 nuggets. We also noticed that the sprite tasted like water. The lady gave us the stink eye and told us "It's not my problem." DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER!
