So the portions were toddler-size servings. It seems like all Chipotle's are cutting down on their serving size. Never received a receipt for our order and charged us $1.50 each for corn and pico salsa(an extra $6). That would normally would be free when you build a bowl or burrito. We get salsa on the side cause we share. I was informed by the checkout girl of a Social media trend on the sides. I guess people are getting free food in side portion. I didn't know and didn’t care about social media trends. Charging people without notice for stuff that’s been free, is criminal. After speaking to checkout girl twice an then a manager we received a refund. Normally, not going to cry over $6, but thought it was wrong. This has got to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to! First off, the employees, horrendous. The guy with braids that works there is always sick coughing all over the place, wearing his gloves rubbing his dirty face then preparing food, complaining on the phone about how he had to come in when he was sick because everyone called out. The girls, just as bad, everyone looks like they would rather be elsewhere and they hate every second of their job. The employees are rude and miserable. The place is DISGUSTING in there every time I’ve went inside. Every single table is dirty, prep line is dirty. This place needs a health code violation, I’m sure it’s coming.

My food had chucks of not ripe avocado for their guacamole I couldn’t bite into it it was hard as a rock and they don’t pour what you ask for and will charge you extra if ask for more, such as more corn or pico, when they barley scoop.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. They have horrible customer service, constantly rushing you to decide what you want, smallest portion sizes ever and they made me pay $1.50 for some extra cheese on my bowl and gives me huge attitude about it. It is the closest location to my work so I go back but regret it every time. Other Chipotle locations are much better at customer service, normal portion sizes and do not throw a fit if you want some extra cheese. Avoid.

This is the WORST Chipotle location!! First of all, they wouldn't let me pay for the customer in front of me because they didn't have enough money..I can pay for whatever I want. Also, they charged me for double chicken when they gave me one scoop. I said I wasn't paying for double chicken and they refused to give me my bowl without paying for double chicken. The manager said their scoops are now bigger and 1 scoop is double. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and disgusting attitudes. I will NEVER come back to this location. Absolutely baffled from the horrendous customer service.

Very rude cashier. Embarrassed the customer in front of me. He had a $50 bill but she would not accept it because his $14 purchase was not enough to beak a $50 bill. Company policy she claimed. She told him to go to 7-11 to get change for his money and get smaller bills. I looked to see if I could exchange money with him but didn’t have enough cash. Fortunately, the nice ladies behind us offered to buy both our food which I turned down. Disappointing experience for absolutely no reason. Customer had the money, he didn’t deserve to be treated the way the cashier treated him and thanks to kind ladies behind us for thinking on their feet. I wish i had done so faster. There are nice people out there. Next time that will be me

Food was better than in the past. Service was great, the nice ladies on the line were RUNNING THE SHOW. The tellers and people all gathered around the machine could speak up and not mutter and offer a smile and some human interaction. Seemed a little weird when the cashier is mumbling and the group all gathered there was a bit confusing and unproductive. Price could improve for rice, beans, and chips. $16 for rice beans and a small scoop of mass produced meat is a stretch.

Horrible service! All the employees had attitude. I understand that it’s Sunday but if you don’t want to work weekends DON’T DO IT! No enough rice and the leftovers was undercooked. I bought 3 items and all of them were prepared without grace and through it all at the bag that I ended up with saggy tortillas and all the ingredients in the bottom of the bag. The line was very dirty and I told to the cashier and he was in the position that he didn’t understand. The girl in line was rude and absolutely none customer service. The manager in charge needs to evaluate the employees performance before get them to the front but if the purpose is killing the business you will get it pretty soon. Chipotle lost the quality and the standards in most of the stores but I wish I could read the reviews before coming here.
