I received a gift voucher valued at $12. It says that I can call ahead to ensure the bakery has the item I would like. I did. The manager told me that I have to order in person. I would have to drive 20 minutes to the store today to order it and turn in the gift voucher and then come back and drive another 20 minutes on Wednesday to get the pie. She laughed at me for being upset. So the voucher says, "to ensure the bakery has the item you would like please call ahead", but they won't let you order ahead by phone. I think this is terrible customer service and no manager should ever laugh at a customer. Later today I called the owners. Instead of offering to make it right, in my opinion, they made excuses...they don't actually print those gift vouchers and they decided you can't order by phone. I was told I could come in and redeem it for something on the shelf. The morning staff said if I wanted a pie I have to order it in advance, because they only make enough for what is ordered. It seems these gift vouchers aren't for what one wants, rather for what is left over. Still the point is they didn't offer to make it right. The card says to call ahead and make sure they have the Bakery item you would like (See photo). It seems they don't trust me that I have a gift voucher and when I said their staff member (who they told me has worked there 8 years) laughed at me, the apology had an "IF" in it. After pointing out to the owner that I didn't even get a proper apology, he said, "I'm sorry IF Lupe laughed at you." His apology also sounded something like, "I'm sorry this didn't work out the way you wanted." Neither of these apologies are going to work. How about, "I am very sorry this happened to you. Our staff shouldn't have laughed at you, and since the card says you can call ahead, we will honor that. How can we make it right?" That's all they had to do and I would not be writing a review. Imagine how this gift voucher makes the giver of the voucher appear to the recipient. Instead of it being a feel good gift, it is nothing but frustration.

Went here, and got a house coffee, blueberry scone, raspberry scone, and coconut muffin. The scones were both delicious, but the blueberry one was perfect. Coconut muffin and hosue coffee were also surprisingly great here (muffin not too sweet, coffee not too acidic or bitter). 10/10 would recommend and try their other baked goodies again!

So I've known about this place for years but frequently get distracted with an easy loaf of breadat the grocery store. Luckily I found myself in the shopping center getting a phone repaired. Went in and the aroma was o o o out if this world wonderful. I like a hearty bread I chose the 9grain, but found it had all been sliced thin. I Place an order for pick up the next day. Count go home day 1 empty handed so Igrabed a Cinnamon Swirl, yum. The next day to my amazement, my unsuited bread was there. If they're having labor or supply chain issues I couldn't tell. Good old fashion service. Great bread accommodates great meals, conversations, and sandwiches.

I’ve driven by this hidden gem for the past 10 years. I kept telling myself I’d try it out. Finally I decided to stop a few weeks ago. Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! Such a great local bakery and friendly staff. They offer free samples from the bread board as you wait! So happy i finally stopped here. Customer for life!

For a $10+ sandwich, I would have expected more....alot more. Bread wasnt where you could pick it out as before. Bread was wafer thin much like cheap generic store bread. Filings were sparse. This was pretty much like a school lunch sandwich. Edible but waaaaay overpriced and very meager. Won't go back

Wow. I think the best of the best are the best because they are able to do the fundamentals better than everyone else. This place is great. Judge a sandwich shop by it's tuna sandwich. The tuna sandwich here is great. Bread is great. Ingredients were fresh. Vibe is great. Best place I've been in a while.

This place is getting prettier and more prettier every time I visit:) Also, where else does bakery staff offer a free slice all the time? How nice! Also I love to see the short label to describe ingredients. No preservations, no chemicals. Everything is delicious, but my personal best 3 are 1.chicken salad sandwich 2. Giner bar 3. Harvest bar (perfect snack for hiking) My favorite place would be yours. Enjoy!

Absolutely love coming to this location for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The baked goods are scrumptious, the sandwiches delicious, and the coffee is phenomenal. I enjoy the service as the staff seem to all genuinely get along and have a good time. One of my favorite quick and easy stops!

I have a wonderful neighbor who has gifted me a couple loafs of seeded rye bread ( delicious) and recently a loaf challah bread . I’m from Chicago and we grew up on challah bread. This bread is denser than I’ve ever had and probably the best (65 yrs old ) challah bread I’ve had. Can wait to come visit your shop …

I stopped in to give this sandwich shop/bakery/ froyo place a try and was truly unimpressed. I was in around 6:30ish and they stopped serving hot sandwiches… odd bc they close at 8 but ok? The man working the counter was entirely unhelpful not even giving suggestions for alternative options. I asked next for a simple latte guess what… No hot coffee and no similar alternative. I ended up with a cold chicken salad sandwich(not the worst thing I’ve ever had but nothing to write home about) and a soda. The first soda I tried was flat and syrupy…gross. Seems like there’s too much going on for them to truly excel at one. Overall disappointing don’t bother wasting your time or money. (The lady who sold me the jam was pleasant and had good customer service)

We ordered three dozen scones for a baby shower party, and the staff at Great Harvest Bread made the process incredibly quick and easy! I placed the order three weeks in advance, scheduled the delivery date and time, and on the day of the event, I simply walked in, and the order was ready. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the scones, and they looked fantastic on our display!

I order a Baja sandwich which was okay; however, they were out of avocado and did not have any replacements other than mayo and hummus. I would have at least liked a small discount if they didn’t have one of the main ingredients and/or an equivalent alternative like other veggies. Other than that, the sandwich “fillings” were good. The bread was too sweet for my taste and had almost a play-doh aftertaste? I was never given the option for the bread to be toasted, which added to this effect.

They serve cold coffe and offer me to heat old cold coffe up in a microwave. I had a sandwich which taste like nothing and the parmesan blabla bread was cold and not fresh. Never again and not recommendable….

Great staff, and great food. The green chili bread is absolutely phenomenal. It’s a little pricey for a sandwich… but you absolutely get what you pay for. Yummy!

Great food, yummy fresh made sandwiches. Cinnamon rolls are delicious. Different kinds of breads freshly made. They give samples of their breads

What a great locally-owned place, love the fresh bread smell and buy my weekly loaves here. The free samples help me decide. This bread makes any sandwich for family and/or outdoor adventure so much better!

I always leave this place stuffed. It's worth it. I lived in Salem near the OG store for twenty years, so was very happy to see GH followed me to Colorado. Treats are amazing, bread divine, good coffee, and this location has a nice little seating g area.

My elderly mom left her wallet at the bakery and Joey, Luke, and Jackson took good care of it until I could make it in and get it back for my mom and she was so happy to get the wallet back with all its contents. They were all so nice and polite. Thank you so much!

Oh how I love the Dakota bread! And it's wonderful to support a local Colorado business. Wish we still had a great harvest in Colorado Springs. It's the best!

I had a pretty lame BLT sandwich for this location. There was one piece of old wilted lettuce in it, 2 pieces of bacon. They were generous with tomatoes, a little spread of some kind. I added my own lettuce and mayo to try to make it better. Terrible

Definitely some of the best tasting and most reasonably priced frozen yogurt around. Very friendly staff. Always very clean. Would love to see more flavors available more consistently and have them be open more consistently and later than 8pm. Over the past 3 weeks, I have stopped by many times and was disappointed because either they were closed early (at 6pm), the yogurt machines were shut down/yogurt shack was not open (bread store was), or they had a very limited selection of flavors. I was in on Friday night and they only had 3 random flavors available that didn't appeal to me. I love their vanilla, cotton candy, and mountain blackberry flavors. Would be great if there were more seasonal flavors (peppermint stick for the Christmas season; caramel apple, pumpkin spice or pumpkin pie for the fall; more fruit flavors for the summer like peach, blueberry, raspberry, mango, etc.). Other great flavors to maybe consider: strawberry shortcake, cheesecake, banana cream pie/pudding, and cupcake batter. As a frozen yogurt lover, I appreciate the Yogurt Shack for being open and serving the community. Would love to give 10 stars (if the ratings went that high) if more consistently open during their posted hours, open later until 10pm or at least 9pm, had more reliable machines that didn''t break down as easily and often and/or aren't turned off as frequently so the full capacity of flavors was more reliably available, and if there was a larger selection of flavors with more frequent rotation.

Edit to reply: I heard the entire conversation, it was not a birthday reward and when they asked if I was a reward member and I said no, they did not even tell me about the program or offer to enroll me. She was having a jolly time with the other white woman she was serving before me talking about baby’s and I also think having one in the kitchen which there was, was very unsanitary. —- Just can’t stop thinking about how the woman in front of me was offered a free “on the house” premium pastry and they offered me a slice of buttered bread (that wasn’t even very good). I spent over $20 on cinnamon rolls but the dismissive look the older white woman at the counter gave me is still so vivid in my head a day later that I don’t think I’ll go back. It was kind like a slap in the face, like you aren’t worth the extra service but since you witnessed me giving someone “worthy” something I’ll offer you some stale bread.
