I went in to both aerie and American eagle today. I misplaced a pair of jean shorts I had bought at American Eagle. I didn’t notice until I got home. When I called they were very unpleasant. They should be disinfecting the dressing room which is were I believe I left it so they should have easily found it. When I was in the dressing room there was clothes from previous shoppers left which is very unsanitary. When I was there shopping, the customer service was very disappointing. They will not be getting my business anymore at the Greenwood location.

My first time there because my daughter likes the hoodies and Matthew and i forgot the other persons name but she was N asian girl they were super helpful and the lady that rung me up was lao very hospitable . I will bring my daughter here more often to shop

I love the layout of this store. It’s so much better than other American eagles! The staff and store manager are always so friendly and helpful!

Well stocked store, nicely lit and clean. Employees could be a little more active on floor with customers but overall. Love this store.

This has been my favorite store for 16 years and I still continue to shop here several times a year. Their clearance section is always incredible and even their full priced items are most if the time worth the money. People are always very friendly as well.

American Eagle should be called American Ilegal. I bought four pair of shorts online and they did not fit. I went to return them to the store. The package they sent me did not have any receipt in the package. They could not look up the order with my credit card. They could only use the order number from the email sent when I ordered the shorts. I could not find any email confirmation from American Eagle. I did have the shorts and the charge on my Visa. They stated they could the only give me in store credit. The shorts still had all tags and bar codes on them. Often I have returned things to American Eagle and they do not want to give your money back. I then called American Eagle online access and they had no record or email of my transaction. I had the items and the exact date of the charge on my Visa. I am still waiting for a supervisor to call me. I think this is a scam that American Eagle does to not return your money and force you into a in store credit. I think there return process is set up to take the consumers money. Shame on you American Eagle.

Very helpful and friendly staff! They don't sell the jeans I like in the stores anymore, but they were gracious enough to order for me online, and they ship to my home for free. :)
