DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I moved to Ashmore Trace in July of 2020 so I could attend graduate school. My husband and I moved out after 2 years in April of 2022. We have had many issues living here but the most substantial is a water leak in our ceiling. We had contacted maintenance and the front desk multiple times regarding this issue and it took them MONTHS to fix it. Water ruined our dishes, the ceiling fell in and every time it rained I would come home to our kitchen floor soaked in water. This wasn't even the worst part. It has been a whole year since we lived there and they reached out to a debt collector requesting $400+ for "damaging the carpet" along with keeping our security deposit without even getting a hold of us first. We have pictures of the floor the day we moved out showing no damage along with a walk through with one of the maintenance guys stating our place looked great during move-out. If there was really any damage I believe we would have heard from this apartment complex earlier than a year post move-out and the maintenance guy would have documented damaged carpet. This company will do anything to screw their tenants over even after move out just to get more money.

For living in Greenwood, there's no better place than Ashmore Trace! The staff are friendly and caring, the maintenance personnel reliable and responsive, and everything feels just right. A big shout out to Kathy (rental) and Glenn (maintenance)! The apartments themselves are a little older (renovated/remodeled), but with utilities included, they are a great deal. 24/7 access to the washer/dryer facility and gym is a plus. There is a strong sense of community at the events. There is even a quaint park, whose entrance is within the complex. My only complaint is that the management company, Glick, controls rent at the corporate level. Increases are inevitable, though the local managers would prefer to have a say in that, and if they did, then an exemplary tenant like me would likely be staying long-term instead of searching elsewhere. Rent is still affordable for newcomers, it's those who stay that don't get the greatest offers at renewal. No place is perfect, I suppose.

very bad experience. Don’t live here. Service and staff are very rude and unhelpful specially cathy . My house is full of rat and i already got 19 rats(mice) 🐀 and there are so many around there till time . all the drawers of kitchen are full of mice(rat) and their waste . .still the staff said we can’t do anything . please watch my vedio .

Ashmore Trace is a great place to live. We have been here for the past1.5 years and our stay here is good so far. It’s a very well maintained community. One thing I like the most in here is the maintenance service, the maintenance service requests in here is sorted in one time, especially the work done by Marc T is commendable, this guy fixes all the issues in no time and that too perfectly. Office staff too are great and friendly. I would highly recommend Ashmore Trace Apartments.

The office staff and the maintenance are absolutely amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, caring and do an amazing job. The townhome is awesome and the scenery is beautiful. The property is very well cared for. The communication is top notch from the office and the neighbors are extremely nice and everyone just watches out for each other.

Ashmore Trace is a beautiful apartment complex tucked away right off 31. It is really close to the mall, restaurants, Greenwood schools and all that Greenwood has to offer. Kathy is just phenomenal and the rest of the staff are always very friendly. I highly recommend checking it out.

Wonderful staff, great apartments that provide so much space. Great location to parks and events all year round.

Staff and the maintenance team have been great! Marc has taken care of many things for me, acts quickly and is always polite. He has even gone above and beyond for me by helping carry bags (10) of pea gravel from my car to my patio. Is always seen out and about working around the complex. Thank you!
