Whenever we feel like eating at Applebee's, this is our go-to location. Although it's a bit slow sometimes, the hot and fresh food is worth the wait. We have never had any issues with the servers or runners as they are always pleasant. You HAVE to try the pretzel sticks for an appetizer. They are the best!

Came here on Veterans Day they were packed but the staff was extremely efficient friendly and handled all the business so smoothly that I was very impressed. Wait was only 10 minutes. It was also very nice the way they updated me on the wait with my cell. So A-line stake and classic Burger were excellent as was our waitress Lexi . I recommend you ask for her. Definitely recommend Applebee's at this location on 135 in Greenwood. Thank you Applebee's for recognizing veterans today.

I regret eating here, as my boyfriend and I got food poisoning. I'm talking about rounds of diarrhea until there was nothing in my system. We suspect it was the green beans as we ordered the same food with that exception, and he only had an upset stomach. I ordered 6oz sirloin medium rare, side of broccoli and green beans and shared an order of onion rings as an appetizer. Service was fine. Nothing special. Atmosphere was ruined when a boys baseball team showed up at 10pm and the kids were talking loudly. We were seated right next to them and couldn't hear each other and had to raise our own voices.

We hadn't been to an Applebee's in well over a year, because the food is always just mediocre and the service usually is horrible. With no more late night dining options in our town we recently had to resort to revisiting our local Applebee's. The menu was pretty good, with lots of options of the usual kind (burgers, chicken, pasta, salads). We ordered the pretzel sticks with cheese dipping sauce (a bit over done but generous with the 2 dipping sauces so that was a plus!) and as and entree I ordered the Loaded Steak Fajita. The steak was a tad tough and would benefit from being cut thinner, lots of veggies but way too many onions. Overall it was decent. My husband got the Whiskey Bacon Burger and said it was quite tasty, with a nice size side of fries (though they could use a bit of seasoning to make them more interesting). For dessert we tried the amazing Apple Fritter, which was the star of the meal in my opinion! Definitely leave room for it! The highlight of the visit though was our waitress Amanda. Friendly, fast, there when we needed her but not hovering, quick with the refills. We chatted with the manager after our meal and told him to hold on to her! Hopefully we now have a new late night meal option, as long as the current manager and Amanda stay on!

The service is horrible. Walked in, no one at podium, saw one lady just standing around by the back of the bar. She saw us. Fiddled around, 2 other people came by talking to her, not busy, not one of them bothered to care about the service they were providing, if they had at least one of them would have said something to the other then immediately headed our way, but no that didnt happen. Clearly, we do not have any self-image respect, care for customers, or for the business. This is a serving business. Server others as you would want to be served or find a non serving career. Yeah, we took our money elsewhere.

We're long-time customers, but this visit was really awful. Took 10 minutes to get my Pepsi, then 35 minutes to get our cheeseburgers. Mgr. came by and apologized and offered a free appetizer or desert (very nice). My burger was well done (supposed to be medium), my wife's fries were seasoned (she asked for no seasoning). Waitress kept apologizing for all the mistakes. Again, very nice, but how about doing it right the first time?

My husband ordered the ribs. They were extremely tough. By the time another meal was prepared I had finished my meal. The riblets were much better. Not an over the top experience.

We were seated immediately and our server Alyssa was very kind and attentive to our needs! Only problem, they forgot my son's mozzarella sticks. The manager took care of it immediately! Great experience, we will visit again!

This location is all about quantity not quality. They will continue to sit people, but don't have the staff to service them. It took the waitress 15 to take the order. The food was not hot. Tasted like their oil had not been changed in a while. The waitress was like a disappearing act. She didn't even bring the food to the table. I gave her a tip because I felt bad for her and because other customers were saying that they are not tipping. Treating employees like this is abuse.

Ordered several appetizers for our large party, only received 2. Took very, very, very long to receive our entrees. Mostly burgers & fries. A couple of which had no toppings at all. My husband & I ordered onion rings instead of fries; receiving 5 onion rings. 2 of which were the smallest circle of the onion. Will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I had lunch with my daughter today. We sat at the bar and Dallas was our Bartender/Server, it was such a pleasant surprise. Dallas was my server alot at the Edinburgh Applebee's. He's always so friendly, very pleasant and very knowledgeable on the menu. He goes above and beyond and always gives his guest the WOW Experience 👌 👏

I love applebee's and this location is pretty good. Never had an issue with any of my food and the service has always been good. I will say I have experienced other people having to wait a little longer than expected for their food, but I know this location has had some issues with kitchen staff, so just gotta be patient sometimes!

We went on a Tuesday evening and they were short staffed by far. We waited almost 10 mins to have anyone at all come up to us. The staff that was working were definitely hustling to keep up which for only having 1 waitress and had the hostess seating as well as cleaning tables the cooks were helping take food out to customers they definitely did good at doing the best possible for how busy it was. Their margaritas aren't great wouldn't recommend

Went to Applebees for a meal on Friday evening. Service was very good. The food was properly prepared and tasted good. Obviously, this is not five star dining. But it was good and the price was fair. We had a good experience, and I would not hesitate sending people to this Applebee's.

We always seem to end up at Applebee's as they are open later, have something for everyone, and the service is always good. We like to sit in the bar as we seem to get quicker and more personal service.

We went shopping and we were hungry so we went to Applebee's now mind you we were just there days before and our waiter was Dallas and he was great!! So we get there this time and that same waiter was the one that greeted us at the door so we said we wanted to sit in his section!! He is very good at his job he took very good care of us both times we had him!!!

At 7pm on a Monday went in for advertise special all you can eat boneless wings and after the first plate the waiter came by and said Unfortunately they were out of bone this wings the manager only offered a $3 discount and nothing else to compensate. The waiter was super friendly and was doing his best under the circumstances

The host was busy with large walk-in parties but still got to us in good time. Our server made suggestion that worked out great. The food came out in a good time and the server was on top of all her tables. She was also proactive on ordering more of the unlimited food. I was very impressed all around.

Don't order Doordash from this store 30 minutes before close. They will cancel your order instead of fulfilling it. Meanwhile they wasted almost an hour of my time where other restaurants could have fulfilled an order. Instead, its now too late to order from most places and end up not eating at all. I do get it. No one wants to work after closing. But this store sets the doordash closing time as 11:39 PM. I ordered at 11:30 and was notified it was cancelled well after midnight. If you can't fulfill these orders before closing, move your dash door closing time up then.

Had an amazing time at Applebee's for my birthday. The food was great, and came out quickly and hot. The waiter was Jonny-on-the-spot with our drinks and even dropped off a refill when I went to the restroom, without me even having to ask. He did an amazing job of taking care of us, without doing that annoying "hover" kind of thing that some do. I didn't get the guys name, and this is going to sound funny, but I SWEAR he looked like young Sam Winchester from season 1 of Supernatural.

It is a very popular restaurant in my area so I find myself running into all of my friends everything I visit. It creates a strong home atmosphere. The food is amazing. Compared to other places it is not the most affordable place especially if dining in large groups. Applebee's offers wide range and quite a few healthy meals. The only complaint I have is that we had a to wait an hour and were initially told it would only be 20 minutes. I do understand that this was somewhat out of their control however it still make the experience less enjoyable for my party.

The food was good and came out in quite a timely manner, however the atmosphere was a bit... much. The music was quite loud as was the TV's, and as a result there was a lot of noise due to people trying to talk over each other. Our waitress was okay, although she seemed more concerned with flirting with the table of boys next to us than actually serving us. We also got stared at by some of the staff when we were waiting by the podium to be seated like they didn't know what we were there for. I wouldn't highly recommend this place, but if it's late and you need to eat, not a bad place to go.

Arrived at 4:40 ordered loaded waffle fries for appetizer. Fries were cold by the time we got the dipping sauce. We ordered 2 steaks and a salmon. It took an hour to receive our food. Steaks were ordered medium and they didn't have a bit of pink in them and it took over 15 minutes to get the steak sauce. The salmon was over cooked. After knowing all this the manager never once came to our table to talk to us about service. We did not get put of there till after 6:00.

Food was good; prices are decent, people were pleasant.

went here and got the bottomless boneless wings not too long ago. i got food poisoning and the chicken was weirdly slimy. i only noticed after my second plate of wings. not my first time getting food poisoning at this applebees location. servers were nice though.
