Greenwood papa Murphy's is turning into a dump! We have been going here for Saturday night pizza for years and the quality of pizza and customer service has continued to decline. The employees do not pay attention to online order details and if they mess it up they act like it's no big deal. I had a free pizza that was "credited" to me for a pizza mistake and when I went to use it they had no record of it. Also, I had to tell an employee to change their gloves before making pizzas after handling money and touching thier face and mouth! If basic hygiene can't be taught and practiced then I think I'll find a different pizza place. Very sad because this use to be a decent place for a decent price.

I ordered a stuffed meatlovers pizza. It came to $20.65. I handed him a hundred dollar bill and .65 cents. He handed the bill back to me, put the change in his register, and then told me to bring back a $20 bill. I was stunned, and I turned to leave and find a place to break the $100. Before I left, I told them to plz go head and make the pizza, I was only going next door to Starbucks. It should've been ready by the time I finally got back. But it wasn't. I had to wait behind 2 ppl b4 having to reorder. After ordering a 2nd time and paying a 2nd time, And waiting another 15 mins, I almost lost my cookies when the woman behind me was called up, her pizza was ready. Super obviously, they did not start my pizza when I left. Lesson, PAPA MURPHYS DO NOT TAKE $100 BILLS!

Pizza 🍕 was ok was expecting a lot better not enough cheese the meat was ok no wow factor.

Terrible experience we buy vegetables pizza there was only two mushrooms that's it

Pizza was awesome once we got it home....one kid was making all the pizzas while the other kid was complaining on being short staffed....if I was told in advance it would be 45min I would have passed....But pizza was great!

Traveled 4 miles to get a pizza. I was the only customer in the shop but was told it would be 30 to 35 minutes before they could get to my pizza. They said they had some front-end work to do first.

Had a HORRIBLE online experience, inluding not being able to pay with a giftcard online. That isn't this store's fault though. Walked in with my baby in her carseat. Place was clean. Staff member was nice and made a recommendation to help me use most of my card in store. He made my pizza quickly and offered to help me carry it and the s'more dessert to my car. We don't get it often, but we enjoy their pizza. If I could, I'd give the helpful staff member 6 stars just for being so awesome!

We had an uncooked pizza delivered yesterday. It was mostly doughy bread, Put back in oven--10 minutes longer than directions stated.Still all doughy bread. We both ate 1 piece & threw the rest out. Worst pizza ever!

My go to pizza place. Friendly people and great pizza choices and take and bake sides. Wish my location went have went dark but so many are but like the crowd I don't do oven food much May to September. I fully understand why the Take and Bake business is messy but hope for the best with these people. They top those pizzas well. A lot of the locations left because they were bad. But others Summer Blight.

Wow! What a great pizza! The ingredients are fresh. It's been a long time that the cheese on a takeout pizza had real texture and flavor. The Italian sausage was fabulous. The crust: perfection. My new favorite pizza place when I want to eat at home. Give it a try. The price was very reasonable.

Just had one of the worst experiences from any business that I have ever had. I went in on a Sunday afternoon to order a pizza. No one was there, I waited probably 5 to 6 minutes calling out occasionally to see if anyone was in the rear of the store. Then a lady came from behind and basically yelled at me because she was the only one there and had to use the restroom. That was not a problem, but yelling at me was when I never even said a word to her. This woman should not have a job that has to deal with the public.

Mostly get the Tuesday 10 dollar special and it is always great.

The food was great as always! The app, website online order, not so great. Would not let me use Special Day promo for a $7 sausage pizza. When I called the store to report that I couldn't place an order online, they shared that they were unable to provide a savings for me, said they do not have a code to input for checkout. Corporate, this is unacceptable! You send us savings, but yet we can't use them in the app or on the website, or by phone order. Instead, we get an error message saying online order not available, special savings not available?

Pizzas were ready to be picked up And they were great

Other than the NY style cheese pizza really not having enough cheese on it we had a really good experience with Papa Murphys, employees we kind, service was good. Just add more cheese and it would be 5 stars.
