VERY INVITING! The new owners are absolutely the friendliest most welcoming host. This is an American owned VERY CLEAN and newly renovated hidden GEM 5 minutes from the water. Very peaceful and relaxing with evening fire pit for that camp like feel. Several grills available for cookouts on site and pavilions available with picnic tables. Refreshing swimming pool and playground/playhouse area for smaller kids. Cabins are also available for large or small groups. To top it off, its very affordable. I felt at home here and that makes any place worth staying and that alone is priceless!

Loved this resort! It was clean and had lots of activities for the kids including corn hole, horse shoe, swimming pool, pavilion with a grilling area, and fire pits! The owners are also very nice and welcoming! Definitely a homey environment!

This place was amazing! Accommodating and very pleasant owners. I came with the family for a reunion. There were 53 of us and they allowed us outdoor game areas. They visited with us during our evening shenanigans at the pavilions by the pool. The pool was great! The cabins and rooms both appeared to be freshly remodeled to very homey feel. Plus, the lake is right there.

We stayed in a room for the last few days, and had a pleasant experience. The rooms are small, but serve their purpose. The outside is nice, with grills, picnic tables, and cute decor. Owners are very nice! Can't wait to try the cabins next time!

Nice for an older motel.The beds were good and the room was clean. It had a little bit of a closed up smell and the first night my shower was luke warm. You had to ask for an iron and ironing board as the rooms were not equipped with them. All in all...4. Thanks for reading this True Review.

Absolutely awesome!!!! We rented one of the one room cabins for a night and couldn't ask for more. The kitchenette was very well stocked with pots/pans/glasses etc, even had salt and pepper shaker. The bed was awesome plenty of fluffy pillows. All plumbing worked excellent. We were there on a busy summertime weekend and in the cabin we had it was absolutely silent all night long. No loud vehicles, no parties, silence. Plenty of bath towels. Very friendly staff. Now for the negative, and there isn't much. First the TV while it was a relatively new Samsung smart TV, the only programming available was Samsung Free TV, which is basically all of the freebie stations you can get on something like Pluto. No local stations, no news networks. With all of that said, we didn't come to Greers Ferry to watch TV so it really wasn't that big of a deal for us, it might vary with others Also, had very intermittent internet service ie TV service on a Sunday morning. I do not blame the hotel for this, just a matter of available infrastructure. Overall, I still give it 5 stars, it was well worth the money. Oh and as others mentioned in their post, it looked like the pool was open, very nice and being used when we were there in early June.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! The owners are amazing. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and extra nice. The grounds here are beautiful, and you can tell that they’ve put a lot of time, effort, and pride into this place. We will absolutely be back for our yearly trips.

Very nice people that run the place. I like the outside decor. And the older trailer they refurbished. All the property I was able to see was clean. A lot of room and a clean pool to entertain a larger family.

Comfortable, clean, quiet property that is managed by very gracious and friendly owners/hosts….reasonably priced….nice parking right outside the room’s door……beds were wonderful…room was spacious…property is well-maintained with large shade trees, nice pool, and shaded outdoor gathering places to enjoy the evenings. Just minutes (or seconds depending on how fast you drive) from Greer’s Ferry Lake. Close to a superb dining experience at Janssens Restaurant on Greers Ferry Lake. Enjoy!!
