The
amazing
new
machines
and
overall
modern
appearance
of
the
gym
are
a
result
of
renovations
that
were
completed
in
November
2022,
less
than
a
year
ago.
The
majority
of
the
machines
are
produced
by
Hammer
Strength,
a
really
prestigious
brand
with
a
sizable
fan
base,
a
lot
of
respect,
and
a
solid
reputation
that
the
company
developed
over
years
of
producing
high-quality
equipment.
Every
Member
is
required
to
keep
the
Machines
clean
and
use
a
towel,
which
the
official
Fitx
trainers
take
very
seriously.
The
Machines
are
well-maintained.
The
gym
community
has
its
ups
and
downs,
but
there
are
a
lot
of
encouraging
people
who
offer
advice
and
correct
someone's
form
when
necessary.
There's
also
the
other
side
of
the
Members,
a
few
months
ago
I
was
working
out
with
a
classmate
and
while
we
were
changing
someone
stole
the
shoes
of
my
friend,
the
staff
couldn't
help
because
there
were
no
cameras
in
the
changing
room.
The
Gym
has
4
main
floors,
the
first
floor
which
also
has
the
entry
is
filled
with
various
machines
that
train
legs,
abs,
and
other
cardio.
The
second
floor
includes
upper-body
machines
and
various
types
of
cardio
machines.
The
third
floor
is
where
it
gets
interesting,
the
third
floor
supports
all
types
of
free-weight
exercises
like
all
types
of
bench
exercises,
pull-down
exercises,
and
a
whole
bunch
of
cable
machines.
The
fourth
floor
is
my
favorite,
on
it
there
are
a
lot
of
squad
racks
and
other
leg
exercises,
as
well
as
back
and
chest
machines
but
also
a
huge
calisthenics
section.
I
don't
use
it
much
but
I
see
a
lot
of
Members
in
the
community
like
it
a
lot.
In
all
of
this
positivity,
I
have
to
say
there's
1
minor
problem
with
the
gym
which
can
be
very
annoying,
there
are
some
machines
people
use
more
than
others
like
the
Leg
press,
Shoulder
Press,
and
Fly
(Pec
Dec)
machine
but
sadly
all
of
these
machines
have
one
factor
in
common,
each
of
these
machines
exists
only
once
in
the
gym
and
people
are
waiting,
waiting
a
lot
sometimes.
I
think
I
even
waited
15
minutes
for
the
shoulder
press
machine
once,
even
asked
the
guy
how
many
sets
he
had
left
to
assure
i
was
waiting
but
guess
what
when
he
finished
two
other
guys
just
snapped
the
machine
right
in
front
of
my
eyes,
it
was
ridiculous.
In
conclusion,
I
like
the
gym
a
lot,
never
thought
about
switching
to
another,
and
the
machines
that
are
in
the
gym
are
truly
prestige
and
well
looked
after,
the
community
is
awesome
with
a
lot
of
people
offering
advice
and
overall
extremely
supportive
but
nothing
is
perfect
and
even
the
newly
renovated
Fitx
in
Ratingen
has
its
downsides.
