Sorry liebe Leute aber schlechter geht es garnicht mehr. Bei euch ist der Kunde ganz weit davon entfernt König zu sein und ich hatte das Gefühl als Bittsteller dort zu sitzen. Ihr bekommt den Wagen Termingerecht zurück und dann Tschüss auf nimmer Wiedersehen. Das war das schlechteste Kauferlebnis das ich jemals in einem Autohaus hatte und ich habe übrigens ziehmlich viele Fahrzeuge. Ihr solltet eure Verkäufer dringend besser schulen oder geeignete Personen einstellen, denen Freundlichkeit kein Fremdwort ist.

    We first contacted the center in 2014 while looking for a suitable Smart. Mr. Lethaus provided us with a projectionist without any problems. The advice afterwards was very good and detailed. The requested offers were sent to us by email. In addition, we asked again by telephone whether this corresponded to our wishes. After the agreed delivery time, we were able to pick up the vehicle at the center. Detailed instructions and drinks were included. We have the annual service done at a Smart Center near us, which is easier for us to organize. I can only understand the poor accessibility by looking at the employees' direct extension numbers. Then you simply call the main number or send the employee an email requesting a callback. ;-) We cannot understand the negative/neutral reviews.

    There is a person at the information stand who is supposed to provide visitors with information, but unfortunately he is so poorly informed that it really shocks me. Came with the intention of buying a smart or getting advice. How can you have goods worth several tens of thousands of euros on the farm but not be able to distinguish two models from each other? Absolutely not trustworthy. I won't buy a car here. Visitors are brushed off and no one really listens.

Been waiting for a call back for two days. On the phone, you are told unfriendly that there is a lot to do and it may take a while before someone answers. Impossible !! I got an appointment at Smart City Center in Neuss at short notice..... (Original) Beim Kauf/Leasing meines Smart Cabrio im April 2020 wurde ich bereits vorgewarnt. Die Anmeldung dauerte ca. 4 Wochen. Dann wurde das falsche Auto geliefert. Kein Scherz. Dieser Fehler wurde dann nach 2 Monaten festgestellt, obwohl ich den zuständigen Verkäufer frühzeitig darauf aufmerksam gemacht hatte, dass die Kilometerangabe des übergebenen Fahrzeugs mit der Angabe im Vertrag nicht übereinstimmte. Das Fahrzeug musste also wieder getauscht werden. Eine Entschuldigung, geschweige denn eine Gutschrift oder sonstiges ? Fehlanzeige ! Jetzt habe ich aktuell einen Versicherungsschaden gemeldet und wollte einen Termin für einen Kostenvoranschlag abstimmen. Warte seit zwei Tagen auf einen Rückruf. Am Telefon wird man unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, das viel zu tun sei und es könne dauern, bis sich jemand meldet. Unmöglich !! Habe jetzt kurzfristig einen Termin bei Smart City Center in Neuss sofort bekommen.....

    I tried to contact this Smart garage by phone, by mail and via autoscout but impossible to get hold of them. I'm even doubting if they're still existing. Probably they have so many customers that replying to mails of phone is no more necessary.
