There is not much good food in this area. So wendys doing amazing job serving every day so many drivers! Great job !

This place just needs to close at this point. The drive thru always has something going on and you have to come back in “30 minutes” .. just to go back and they tell you the same thing. It’s pathetic. Had to drive to Anvil Block just to get food when this place is 3 minutes from my house. I understand it happening every so often but this is an every day/night thing!

This location has horrible customer service. Nasty attitudes from the cashier to the food prep lady. Its not my fault u hate ur job. Please understand when u leave ur job ur a customer too wherever u choose to spend ur money. One star is way to generous, I would give a ZERO...

This Wendy's is inside the Pilot Truck Stop, and I was there for lunch on a Saturday and used the APP to order online... the fries were hot and fresh but the dbl stack burger was cold and dry - I mean couldn't even melt the cheese cold. At the counter, I had to ask for my drink, then again for the dipping sauce I ordered AND then again for the small frosty I also ordered. They looked at the order receipt but obviously didn't care. Based on the lack of quality with both the food and the service, I won't be going back to this location.

Literally LOVE it here! Was passing through on a little road trip and the manager can’t remember her name maybe Tammy… white woman early 40s, very pretty! She was so nice and killed us with kindness. My son said he loved her energy as we left the store. Love to see this!! Keep up the GREAT work!! 🫶🏾

Good food , fast service Though sometimes I like both my buns toasted on the junior bacon 🍔 cheese burger. I understand it's a kid item. Yet pretty much anymore, it's a 'value' items for myself and others

I tried to give no stars. This location is the worse. This crew is an entire new crew. Except the little elder African American lady who poors the drink mixes. My slogan is "you don't have to treat people like you work in the hood". We pulled up to this location and sat in line for about 10 mns before getting to the speaking and someone rudely saying "we're only taking online orders", like we're mentally challenged. We sat in line ordered online and finally approached the window, to sit for 7 mns and no one still greeted us. So I spoke up and said through the window, "hello is someone going to address us or greet us, we have an online order". A Caucasian young lady looked up and said "what can I do". Like we disrupted you. Um ma'am, you are working. It's all different races that works here and no one is excluded. This is by far the worst service I've ever received or seen. 27mns and counting, smh!

The food was ok, but I would advise you not to go right before they transition into the lunch menu (20 mins prior) if you truly want breakfast.

I have never had a better meal from Wendy's than the one I had this afternoon (03/30/23) from this particular location. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the staff was very friendly. They're doing everything right.

I’m convinced majority of these people in Georgia is miserable the lady at the drive thru ranned in the back when whole time we just wanted ketchup that we asked for at the mic if she listened the first time maybe she wouldn’t missed it and it’s a guy with a uneven Mohawk who was standing with other dudes acting like they was reading something on the wall knowing dang on well they weren’t doing anything they didn’t want to come to that window shows how people make things harder then wat it is I don’t try to knock people but I see why their in the postion their in an nasty attitude won’t get u far

First off whoever was doing the drive-thru was very rude. I realize she was exasperated because the location was out of a number of things and she had to keep repeating it. I was so mad and over it I just didn't even want it. So I just left

The customer service was EXTREMELY POOR, a white lady with an uneven haircut and poor dental hygiene was being a total douche plus they burnt some of my fries. -4/10!!!!
