I am a past patient here, since leaving I can not get them to answer my calls, call me back, or forward all pertinent records to my new dentist. I have called over 20 times, today on hold for over 30 mins and no answer. I have left messages, asked the manager to return my call, with no one responding. My new dentist has had no success either. I do not recommend them!

Zero stars ! should be an option. They canceled me as a patient right after they randomly called me and wanted me to come in for a check-up or something right after the pandemic started. Of course I was scared to go in, so I said no. Then a few months later it was almost time for my scheduled appointment for my cleaning and they said sorry we can't see you anymore. (No explanation) I'm sure they won't post this review. But I guess it doesn't matter because anybody else that got canceled for the same reason already knows. Thanks Suckdaka or however you spell your name..

Horrendous front desk beyond rude that should have been my first red flag but the same day rescheduling is a way for them to turn away OHP clients they virtually make it impossible to reschedule and they give no warning. Low income or not you will be treated like scum with 0 empathy or compassion. This business who accepts lower insurance feels no need to treat you with any human decency. It’s all about money and greed. I believe that karma will handle all of you. Evil sleeps good at night while we are up suffering in pain and discomfort. Y’all are an absolute disgrace

Noticed that front desk staff attitude has absolutely declined. The main scheduler is rude. And we are seeing charges on my husband's dental bill for services that he refused or didn't have done. This is absolutely unacceptable. And we are seriously considering finding a new dentist for all of us..

Worst dentist I have ever been to in my life. The front desk staff and schedulers are the absolute rudest people. I saw Dr sadaka for an extraction. First I had to travel all the way to Tualatin just for a consultation over an hour to get there because that's the only location they do consultations he looked at the tooth and said it needs to be removed all that waiting for an appt just to have to wait for another to actually pull the tooth. Extremely painful wait and pointless consultation. I'm also pregnant so I can't do anesthesia im scared and emotional and he has the audacity to yell at me and tell me to "stop crying or I won't finishing pulling the tooth" like wow are you seriously yelling at a pregnant crying lady who's having her tooth ripped out from her head with no medications. I cant even fathom how he treats children if thats how i got treated. He's mean aggressive completely unprofessional and his staff are just like him. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

The staff is nice, the doctor is great but they are the worse with their scheduling. I had first issue when my child had first visit. They called me to reschedule the appointment to a different time day in advance and that's fine. But when I arrived apparently they scheduled us 30 minutes earlier than the time they told me on the phone. So we were 30 mins late. Whatever it's all in the past. They scheduled next visit that day for Dec 5. They haven't called to remind us and it's fine I have it written down. But when I called to reschedule due to kid being sick they said he doesn't even have an appointment. So if he wouldn't get sick and I would drag him out of school early brought him in time for appointment they would tell me he doesn't have an appointment??? I will submit a card with the appointment day and time.

Up until now we’ve had good experiences here, but today we had to wait for an hour past our appointment time to have the dentist see us. The staff is all very kind, and the dental assistant was fantastic in helping calm my son down before getting his numbing shots, but I was very disappointed at the wait. I understand that things get busy and there are unexpected circumstances that come up but I would appreciate not having the dentist be overbooked and late getting to all her patients. It feels disrespectful to everyone’s time.

This place is a joke! Worst dentist I have ever been to! Do not do their cash special I can tell you that! Went in with terrible pain like my tooth was going to split in half. They took xrays and he told me the tooth in front of the one that hurt was the issue against me questioning. So he did the procedure in like 10 minutes sounded like he was going to break the tool and chunks of my tooth were flying off. When done, I quickly realized my tooth was not fixed! I knew instantly he fixed the wrong tooth. Went to gresham modern dentistry and they said oh man! That tooth is ready to split because of failed filling. Their images showed it clearly. So they fixed it and did such an amazing job and do the implants right on site. So I had 2 crowns done perfectly while waiting for soft touch. Would NEVER be able to tell this was the same procedure. Went back weeks later for permanent crown at soft touch. While waiting for Dr I can hear him with other patients one teenage girl crying because he didn't wait long enough for her to numb and then he got short with the concerned parent! Horrible! While I'm sitting in the chair also not numbed I hear assistants coming in saying, "yeah _________ dentures don't fit at all and are causing him pain", "her crown is giving her alot of issues and she can't chew right" so he goes to put in my new crown and it's huge way too big! The temporary crown was a better fit! He put it on took it off like 10 times scraping the sensitive tooth each time while grinding the huge tooth down! 😤 asked me how it feels I said horrible doesn't even feel like a tooth he said yeah it's normal we adjust here it will be just fine! I couldn't wait to leave and have it fixed by a real dentist! So now I am having to have this work redone by a real dentist. This guys is a hack, and a terrible example of a dr. Should definitely not be allowed to practice. Probably running a scam on the cash as well. Do not go to this office. Office staff laughed at me for explaining that he did the wrong tooth and I would never be back.

I've always had anxiety when going to the Dentist. This was my first experience not having that anxiety. I felt very welcomed and I was alittle late and it wasn't held against me. I truly appreciated that ,things really do happen that are out of our control . Look forward to my next visit

It was not at all a good first time visit for my daughter at this location. Dentist was very direct and abrupt with patients, in a hurry. Office was disorganized. Dentist was angry at staff and lecturing them about patient scheduling in front of patients. To wait 2 months for an appt. and have this happen. Definitely will not be taking her back for her follow-up. Unfortunately, I have to give it a star to post it otherwise it would be none.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Dr. Sadakah. I was taken aback by the level of aggression and hostility he displayed towards me when I inquired about my child's treatment plan, even raising his voice at me. Furthermore, I was surprised to discover that a treatment had been administered to my child without my presence or prior discussion. I found it concerning that he did not exhibit any form of kindness, empathy, or acknowledgement of my child. These types of experiences can potentially lead to dental trauma. We will absolutely NOT be coming back.

Amazing experience! Had a wisdom tooth extraction and was very nervous, as a lot of people are. Had avoided the dentist for many years. Dr. Sadakah was so patient and very understanding. It only took 2 minutes, just as he promised. I will be far less nervous in the future due to his wonderful care. I can't thank them enough!!
