The motel unit was modern, clean and great for parking. Shower had good pressure but I found the towels were abit thin. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great as the supermarket was next door. I would definitely recommend a stop here.

Recently my eldery Mother and I needed accommodation at short notice for 3 nights. Tina and her team were fabulous. Unit was spotless, all appliances working and extremely well appointed. Every time we saw Tina or any staff, there were offers if anything was needed,could they help etc. and as trip was for a Funeral, they could not have been kinder and respectful. Totally recommend to anyone and will defintely stay again - thank you

Excellent location, no doubt!! Supermarket next door makes it very convenient and access is easy and clearly visible. Room was pristine, clean, spacious and comfortable. More, way more, than expected. Reception is kind and warm, unbelievably nice! We even got a free fresh milk bottle, really fresh milk 😊. After hours of driving it was very refreshing. We certainly recommend this motel in Greymouth!

Don't judge a book by it's cover....may not look at flash as some other places but on the inside- absolutely fabulous! Good size room, loved the California kingbed! What a treat. Great location, very quiet & fabulous hosts. Would definitely stay again

They kindly had the heat pump running for us as we arrived late on a very cold and rainy night, after a stressful drive. Bath towels are very thin. Beds were all very comfortable. Offered to help me unpack my truck which was very kind. Great Sky channels. Would stay again.

Kevin and Tina are the proprietors of this fine establishment. Care and attention is evident throughout this clean, quiet, modern motel. I short walk to Greymouth town, a grocery store right around the corner, a beautiful boulevard to walk down to many restaurants & cafes. I was invited to morning coffee with Kevin & Tina and two lovely gals that work there. Kevin gave me a lift to the train station and they accommodated my late checkout. Absolutely lovely people, good fun, such a wonderful experience as a solo traveller! I highly recommend staying here. Prices are budget friendly. Cheers, mates!!

Fantastic hosts very accomidating, my mum was recently admitted to hospital and late notice booking was not a problem. Clean and comfy. The best pillow I have ever had at a motel. Thank you so much.

Wow! Owner truly welcoming and so helpful. The room was so clean and well arranged. Had a King-Size bed, good hot shower and supermarket just next door. Will always stay there when I'm in Greymouth

Michele went out of her way to make my stay in Greymouth enjoyable. From transport to/from the railway station, to help in getting to a great pub for evening meal. The rooms were warm and immaculate, fantastic shower was so welcome after such a wet and windy day. Up there at the top of my list of best motels I've ever stayed at.

Have stayed heaps of times now at Scenicland Motels. There is nowhere else in Greymouth worth staying compared to this place. Rates are always honest, with great value for money. Good beds, quality linen and and good shower - cant ask for much more. Rooms at the back of the complex are lovely and quiet, with easy access to the Supermarket next door. Thanks again guys!

Can’t say enough good things about this motel, it is the best I have stayed at ever. Wonderful hosts, Michelle and her staff were welcoming and so helpful when we needed to extend our stay. The units are very modern, look to be recently refurbished with lovely décor and amenities. The bed was super comfy and what an awesome shower! Absolutely will stay at Scenicland next time I’m in Greymouth. You can’t get better quality or value than this.

Amazing service here. We arrived looking for a room for the night, we had not pre-booked. The owner was more than welcoming and even offered off street parking for the second vehicle we had which was a tow truck. Would highly recommend!
