I had a very positive experience working with the team at City-Residence. I was impressed by the quality of the apartments on offer and, having previously had difficulty finding fully-furnished apartments, City-Residence presented a large number of options, many of which were ideally suited to my needs. In addition, I found the team extremely helpful. They were very responsive and kindly took the time to guide me through the process and answer the questions I had. I was also very impressed how quickly the process was concluded. Highly recommended from my perspective.

As an english speaker new to Germany this agency was the best thing that happened to me during my apartment search in Frankfurt. While other websites use automated emails and take time to get back to you City Residence responded within a day. They worked with me to find me apartment options that fit my budget and location requirements. I had a tight deadline of moving out from my previous place and within a week we found the next place. I rate very highly the fast communication, friendliness and professionalism of the team and of course the result. The team is very personable and customer oriented and I felt looked after. Very bad experience with this agency who do not help at all to mediate between landlord and tenant. Still waiting for the (extremely high) deposit back 3 months after moving out with the landlord claiming absurd reasons (e.g., the mattress isn't as comfortable as they remembered).
