Worst hotel experience, very small rooms, low water pressure, no hangers in bathroom, internet didn't work though they advertise free wifi, ended up using using my cellphone data roaming which costed me over $100 for 2 days. Got ripped off by a very rude (owner/manager) for early check-in even though i called in advance all the way from Canada to request early check-in, They waited till check-out time to advise of almost eur150 extra charges. The manager was extremely rude so i decided to pay instead of having to deal with him. The lady staff at the reception and restaurant was very nice and helpful. I would never recommend anyone to stay here and if you end up staying here make sure you confirm all charges to avoid being ripped off like me.

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, convient rooms and warm showers. The Wi-Fi was slow however and the offers shampoos/body wash are pretty useless.

Nice staffs and clean rooms. They don't have air conditioner but inside room there is a ventilator. The gentleman in the reception is very friendly polite and helpful. It was a great experience staying in this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights in August 2019 and had a wonderful and comfortable time in Darmstadt. The breakfasts were phenomenal, always fresh in a very clean dining room with attentive staff. Rooms were cleaned and serviced every day. Great location. I took a bus from Frankfurt flughafen and found a bus stop just 2 blocks from the hotel which was a relief due to a large suitcase in hand. Overall and pleasant stay and I look forward to booking another 2 week stay in 2021.

A very nice place. The room was on the side of the street and even though there was quiet. The hotel is close to a tram station and the city center is not so far even for a walking distance. If you choose walking I recommend to do that through a park not so far from the hotel. The hotel offers a very good breakfast as an extra price which is not expensive. The only negative side was the wifi, it drops very often and it's impossible to check even the mail.

Excellent location very close to Merck, few mins walk to town centre, close by ALDI supermarket and few steps away gas station that also sells various drinks and snacks. Breakfast served hot and cold in hotel is one of the best in this hotel segment in this area. Rooms are descent sized, very clean with modern bathrooms, rooms are bit traditional but its got its own character. Lastly, but very important hotel staff is very nice and helpful from reception, kitchen and room service.

Good overall. The hotel is basic and the decor is dated. However it is clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I feel it is excellent value for money.

For one night it will do the trick. Staff is very nice and breakfast is better than average, unfortunately, the walls of the room are too thin and you might not have a good night sleep if you stay on the ground floor.

Clean, functional rooms. Helping polyglot staff, nice breakfast. Good value for this price range. Location can be noisy in the morning. Bed is very narrow.
