    Sales attitude is terrible. I bought a pair of sunglasses, but after waiting five days, I got very dirty glasses. The salesperson responded with a very bad attitude and told me, "If you don't like it, you can get your money back." After waiting for five days to get the goods, I got such a service attitude.

    Optometrists are very helpful, Very bad experience with reception staff and management because of they lost or misplaced my wife customise glass frame approximately cost in Aus$500, She was used last 7 years. last eight weeks (date of order)we waiting for new glasses fitted frame but they contact delay. This is OPSM Griffith customer carelessness of example. OPSM Griffith Offer us to select $300 value of frame but not suitable frame for her, they not pay-to customer frame offer cost on cash or bank transfer, so I can select more as suitable frame other stores. She not receive prescribed glass frame on time and suffering without glass last five weeks. We tell staff 1. give money back I paid $260 + my frame or cost $ I can order other optometrist stores.?? 2. Make glasses on zero cost we try to select more suitable frame any cost in-store OPSM ?? We waiting for OPSM Griffith decision 🤔 Finally management agreed to refund paid amounts and provide most suitable frame and make glass with polarise black in sun no any cost all service provided free🙌 Thank you OPSM Griffith management ✅ We visit again when necessary….

    I went here a while back as I have permanent eye floaters. I forget her name but the Asian lady that does all the testing out back is very comprehensive, professional and thorough. She explained all of it to me and it was no cause for concern. I left very happy with it all and it put my mind at ease knowing I'm not about to go blind LOL. A very good biz. Would recommend. Thanks team.

    I was paying off my glasses, sort of like lay-by before after pay existed. Went in paid some money and had my new glasses fitted, so when I paid the rest over the phone they could be sent straight away to me and wouldn't have to drive 1 and a 1/2 hours to be fitted and picked up. Specksavers doesn't do that and you have to pay upfront. Have been going to OPSM for over 35 years and will continue to do so.

    The staff at OPSM are very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure you have what you need, also very good customer service skills, choosing glasses is something that will affect both only how we see the world, but how the world see us, and its lovely to have someone take the time to choose the right frames. Cannot recommend highly enough
