Thoughts: -no toilet paper in the toilets, and bin was overflowing with tissues, many were on the floor -most saunas were very mild (70 degree range), okay if you're not used to them but for spa regulars it leaves you wanting for more -music was very loud in some of the smaller spaces (why have music at all if you're trying to relax?), so loud that it made the experience not enjoyable -many were not respecting the silence rule in the nudist zone -we wanted to have a small bite to eat but only thing left was a portion of olives, would be nice to diversify your small snack options, which I feel is what you want mid-way through a spa session -was told they had homemade strawberry lemonade but turned out to be sugary syrup -no dressing rooms I could go on but needless to say I will not be back. On the + side, the service at the desk was very friendly.

Writing this review with a heavy heart because overall the place is amazing. Great sauna, great park with a natural pond, hreat staff at the bar, the perfect place for relaxation where I have been perhaps about a hundred times already.... BUT... the place is really badly managed. It is chaotic and unreliable. Their IT system runs on Belgian IDs with a chip. If you don't have one, do not ever go with friends or even worse, don't ever invite anyone!!! They have had an internal issue with my account ever since the beginning, they haven't been able to solve it even though they told me about 50 times that "this time it has been solved". They also transferred some of my entries to a colleague's account which I found out by accident. Never a word of apology, just messy business. I wish they improved but they aren't able to.

The nudist part is much better than the other part… the normal side should be slightly improved with more options. Regardless it’s an amazing place to spend a day in full relax

The place is badly mismanaged, and is only a shadow of its former self. The restaurant has 2 people serving 50 guests at 1pm, we waited 45 mins for a menu, and 1,5 hour for our soups/drinks. What is worse, we can always see the rest of the staff playing on their phones and messing around in the separate room with the glass door. When you are running a restaurant, 12-3 is prime time. This is when you need to especially ensure that there is sufficient staff to serve the guests. We have been to Grimbergen spa 30 + times, and this was the last one. Shame on the management. Mark

Small and chilled spa! Ideal for relaxation and not too far from Brussels. Turkish bath, terracotta sauna, regular sauna, floating, infrared sauna and swimming pool. Also allows for nudity. Very nice escape from the city to disconnect and reconnect again x

A very pleasant - and extensive ! - spa just outside Brussels. There are naked and dressed parts - the naked part is so large we didn’t even remember to go to the other ! There’s plenty of different spas - but a map indeed would be useful - we also missed several spas and expanses of resting areas. Also, more than one jacuzzi would have been much welcome. The outside eating area in our part is very nice - calm and full of light. However the charging at the bar could have worked better - we each had to touch in at the reader after our order, but in the end all purchases were put on the account of just one of us. It’s a small detail and not dependent on the spa but still annoying - someone stole my flip flops (lol).

Amazing place, good food and services in general but reception customer service should be seriously improved.

Really enjoyed this sauna with lots of greenery and natural swimming pond. I also think the integration into the castle is very nice.

It was a nice experience. The clothed section is small, but good enough to spend a whole day there. I had two treatments: Both persons where very professional. Restaurant: Good service, tasty daily special and pancakes.

Massage 💆‍♂️ not the best. Damage. Too much noise, it's not possible to relax.

Nice place, unfortunately not much infrastructure in the swimsuit area, very noisy place due to the machines that make up the equipment and because people speak very loudly There seems to be a lot of regulars who are there and so there is a lot of discussion about the latest news, to the detriment of everything being relaxed. Too bad

Top nothing to say! Try the schedule at the entrance to the swimsuit sauna, the best is at 7 p.m. (for those who like a challenge) 💪

Beautiful cozy outdoor area, with a lake to jump in. Great variety of differently designed saunas, and also not too crowded. We had a fantastic day!

The spa it's nice, but the food it's really not worth it. Overpriced for what you get and the quality it's really poor

Massage: not to be recommended, it has nothing to do with the massage, it's rather an oil gently putting on your body without any massage; also, the room is not isolated so you can hear conversation of people being in the room next to it which is destroying the possibility of relaxing. For this price, strongly disrecommened. Spa area is quite okay, although a little bit old.. surprisingly there are not that many showers inside (we had to wait to take some) plus only two showers in one chamber to clean yourself before leaving.

I go weekly. Friendly staff, great aufguss, public mostly respecting the rules. It would be appreciated a bit more silence and/or use of quiet voices.

The spa has 2 sauna, a couple a swimming areas, a hammam and a floating bath (only for 2 persons tho),ir cabin (area with swimming clothes ) they also have a naked area. The check in was fine, but maybe they should tell how the cabin/ changing rooms work. I personally do recommend it for the treatments (massage, herbal cooconing). But do find the price for the spa a bit expensive for what you get.

Lots of saunas (I liked the herbal and bamboo ones), 2 small and 1 medium-sized jacuzzis (always full and not enough to get in), and a big Hamam. There is No time limit, which is fair for the entrance fees 🙌

Amazing place and facilities. Affordable entry prices. Lovely natural surroundings and pool. However, I find really uncomfortable seeing people smoking inside Spa. We ate goat cheese salad in the restaurant costing €17.95 and made out of green leaves from a bag (same kind as the cheapest I buy in Delhaize) 2 pieces of crispy bacon (not crunchy at all but soft) with roasted apple with texture of boiled apple. A big yes to Spa, not to quality of food, definitely.

Our experience could have gone better if the staff had focused on welcoming us better. I think they should do some maintenance work to make the space more pleasant and they can replace some bathrobes and slippers that are already very used.

The smoking area outside makes most of the outdoor area stink, the food is not good, and there were intermittent power issues, other than that it was a nice experience. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful, and the landscape is very nice with some thriving bird and frog life.

Pros: - Whilst the spa is a little old and run down, the sauna, pool and hamam were good. - The food and people at the restaurant were really nice. Cons: think twice before getting a massage!! We got the 80min massage and we were shocked by the low quality of the massage (someone is just rubbing oil on your body). The calming and relaxing atmosphere that you should have when getting a massage was nonexistent. We could hear all the conversations from people getting their nails done. Even the masseurs were embarrassed by the lack of relaxing atmosphere they weren’t able to create for us. And the most shocking to me was the manager’s response when we complained. They told us it was our right to feel the way we did and that it didn’t matter to them if we left a negative review. We paid 100 euros per person for a massage that was useless and stressful instead of relaxing and the management couldn’t even make a small gesture such as giving us a free drink. There are many amazing spas in Belgium so think twice before choosing this one.

excellent relaxation service, each steam room and the aesthetics of the place make you disconnect from the city. Truly a 10/10 experience, very delicious, the food, the staff, every detail well taken care of. you enjoy it ❤️
