Good service with Fresh food. I wish the order taker was more pleasant, but that’s always asking too much…

What a joke this Arby's is. 1.6 oz of meat on a classic roast beef sandwich. Then when I called the manager she told me I was lieing and I never ordered anything from there store. Then after 10 minutes of telling them the order number and time and price total she finally found my order. The manager was very rude and will not even go back for my replacement sandwiches because I do not want them to do something else to them. I don't care how much you get paid if I'm spending my money that I worked hard for and those employees can't do there job then find another job!! Plain and simple one of the worst things you can do is mess with a person's food.

Only rating 4/5 because I only use the drive through. Let’s be completely honest this RV stands up to every other Arby’s I’ve ever been to what you want in a restaurant like this is consistency and you will get it here. I’ll be back for sure! 🤘😎🇺🇸

The fries are always cool. Tonight 11/16/21, 2 of our burgers weren't in the burger box they were in the bag. When I told the lady at the window about it she told me it wasn't her problem then shut the window and refused to fix it. I will never order from this store again. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Went through drive through. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very quick response when I pulled up. Took my order and made my food fresh. Parking lot was big and clean. Handicap parking available. I did not go inside so I can not comment on any of this. It has a good location. It is easy to get in and out of. Close proximity to several hotels and local shopping malls. It is well lighted parking lot, and in a good area of town.

Tanisha was amazing, very kind and courteous. We will definitely be back simply because of her. You definitely need employees like her!!

Very expensive but it's worth it because they don't skimp. Staff is always unpleasant. It just uncomfortable 😣. Food is always fresh though.. and there fast.

The original roast beef is a lot better at this Arby's. 😋 The meat is fresher, sliced thinner, and tastier, as well as the bun and horsey sauce. I have tasted expired sauces, and they're not decent to serve the public, so check boxes and packages when delivered. Humans make mistakes when in a hurry. Of course, closing time doesn't count when paychecks are depended on. And don't ride the clock for car and insurance payments. The brisket is two thumbs up, and a positive recommendation is given to all who accept invitations.

Relatively clean and in good repair dining area and men's bathroom, counter person (only person I interacted with) was nice and courteous with a good sense of humor, and the speed of service was very quick (order was complete before I could complete a wash up). The only drawback was that the chocolate shake did not taste good or perhaps it just wasn't to the liking of my taste buds.

Spending $30 on a to go order and you can't be bothered to include sauce for chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks. Clearly have to check pickup going forward. But enjoy the 1 star.

All was good except the lady w braids yelling at us to pull forward. I understand drive time but being rude bc your time is down equals and bad review.

Arby's is my go to fast food restaurant. Wide variety of sandwiches and no greasy foods, except for the fries. I skip those, if my willpower is strong.

Good friendly service. BUT...I have never seen an Arby's put so little amount of meat on there sandwiches! I ordered the classic and husband the Ribeye. There was less than half what the picture shows too. The bun was big, meat didn't even show ..very disappointed, Arby's is what changed our family from McDonalds.

I had never had the brisket sandwich before, and I'm glad I tried it. Good smoke flavor. A little dry, but it was good. The sweet tea tasted freshly made. We were the only ones in the dining area while there. It was clean, but there are some chairs and tables that have a little deferred maintenance. Overall we were happy to ring the bell...even though no employee acknowledged that we did.

Shop for my work lunches here and I have not had any issues in drive-thru. Get all my items and food is fresh

Food was horrible! Fries were so hard and cold! Chicken sandwich, my kid who is NOT picky about food, didn't want to eat after ONE bite! I didn't blame him because I didn't either! I won't be going back!

I generally love the chicken salad sandwich the last 2 times that I ordered it I was BEYOND disappointed The lettuce was disgusting it was wilted and black there was hardly any chicken salad on the sandwich at all This sandwich is expensive at over $6

Customer service was awesome....would have gave 5 stars if my order was correct but I have no regrets deciding on Arby's for lunch

I love Arby's, but last Friday, May 27, 2022 I had a terrible experience. I ordered 2 new Waygu Bacon Ranch burgers and a small curly fries. When I got home there was no bacon, it was the delux instead. I got charged for the bacon ranch and medium fries, and I didn't get a reciept. I called and talked to a very rude manager. A couple days later I went back and the guy who took my order was very rude as was the manager. All together I was overcharged by $ 2.40 plus tax. They said that I could not take pictures. The credit card machine is about 6" to the left of the register, and the reciepts are about 2 ft. away on the right. There was a pile of receipts that they did not give to the customers. Also the girl making the sandwiches was wearing a sleeveless shirt, bare armpits hanging over my food. YUK!!!! Someone from corporate needs to go straighten that place out, like fire some people. I want to be sure that when I travel I don't have another experience like this.

Delicious sandwiches and good prices, especially when you take advantage of the coupon offers. I've always received friendly service at the Montgomery Hwy location.

i dont think holding a middle finger to your customers is how you correc4 an order. ordered a beef and cheddar and 2 classic roast beefs and one of them had close to a normal amount of beef and the 2 classics had ONE slice of roast beef and one of the workers made me sit in the carry out lane for 35 minutes until they closed and when I seen one of them walking out I showed them the sandwiches and they asked me what's wrong with it and told me there were 3 ounces on them, walked off & held her middle finger up at us as we pulled off. my girlfriend also ordered a market fresh that was drenched in horsey sauce which she is allergic to and didn't know until getting to the part of the sandwich it was at. disgusting.

Ordered a kids 6 piece, a turkey club wrap meal, and a sm crinkle fry. After having to pull ahead and wait for about 15 minutes, I was hoping the food would be fresh and hot. Cold crinkle fries and my turkey club was on a stale wrap. All the ingredients were at the bottom of the wrap leaving half of the meal as all sauce and stale wrap. There was sauce everywhere outside the wrap. Plus, no toy in the kids meal 😞
