It's hard to find donuts on the weekend in this area in Alabama. That's opened anyway. Great service and nothing like the smell of fresh donuts off the conveyer belt. Now I'm learning a hard lesson about what is open and not opened on Sundays. Now, this is a spot to fulfill all your donut desires. You name it the got it from donut holes, glazed, fruit filled, chocolate, and sprinkled donuts. Get your coffee and have a donut or 3. 🤣

Always awesome! And the recent updated interior is very nice. Always an awesome experience and a very nice Krispy Kreme. You know how sometimes some fast food places don't live up to the standards? This one sets them. Won't be disappointed!

Front counter person is not the right choice. Not friendly at all. Act as with an attitude, and had to continuously ask for the same thing over and over again. No smile at all, just attitude. Made me want to lash-out at her but that's not my cup of tea, So-To-Speak. My sister and I were wondering if we said something wrong. She made us not want to come again. It a been 3-years since I purchase donuts and generally they're hot of the press. We got them from the casings anyway regardless. The nasty attitude of this person should not be there in the front. These are people who should stay in back!!

The gals running drive thru are always great. They care. Anything you order is always fresh.

Awesome store been visiting here for several decades. Always friendly, polite , store is clean and very fattening. Wpeth the stop and visit. Our children always loved watching donuts being made. Now the are grown and our grandchildren love to visit this store.

Personally know the owner and how hard he works to keep this franchise on top. The HOT sign is on most of the time and their police power rings never disappoint. Great prices and super friendly staff.

Their hot glaze donuts are simply unbeatable. While I find their other donuts to be way too sweet with the cream fillings and frosting on top of glaze, I will always go to Krispy Kreme when I want a plain, hot donut!

We took our children from our workplace on a field trip here and they loved it. The staff was great at explaining the doughnut process and had samples the kids could touch. Afterwards, we all had a doughnut and a drink. It was delicious to eat a freshly made doughnut. Thanks

I usually am not a donut person, I can barely make it through one without feeling like I shouldn't be eating it at all, but I just inhaled 4 hot donuts without thinking about it. Delicious. If the light's red, run don't walk, and get you a hot donut.

They no longer have a special price for half a dozen. It's now almost $11 for six donuts. Sadly, I don't see myself going to Krispy Kreme ever again.

I never had a bad experience at this Krispy Kreme! It’s always fresh donuts and coffee. Definitely a hot spot for people to stop at while enjoying the Circle City of Dothan.

What's not to love about HOT donuts?!? It was very busy, but the staff didn't show signs of feeling overwhelmed. I was in and out in about 7 minutes.

Awhile back they took off a couple of my favorite donuts which one was the chocolate iced cake one and the crullers. Wish they would bring this back but I also like the chocolate ice creme filled is which what I got...very fresh and tasty.

The location is as clean and shiny as you could ask for, the staff (all of them) are the most friendly EVER anywhere, and the donuts are the best.. The attendant even picked fresh donuts right off the line for my take out order.. love them here...

One of the most hateful people. When we walked in, we in both smiled and said good morning. She never even acknowledged that we were there. Half growling, she asked what we wanted. I get it you're having a bad day, but there were 2 ladies in there and the other one acted just like her. Hateful

We always go here when we can. I just love the donuts and the staff is decent. Had a slight issue last time we went. We ordered to razz filled donuts, only to get them home and realize it was just donut. No razz. Which was disappointing for sure, but the donuts were still great! Hopefully the next time, we'll get the razz too.

Recent improvements make the place look as good as their donuts! Love to buy the seasonal/holiday boxes for the kids. My favorite is the original stuffed. Frequently visit and highly recommend.

The workers were great to night. The youngest had 2 Doctor's appointment and a trip to the hospital only to pick up paperwork and had a big meltdown. They were patient in letting him make his choices at his slow controlling speed. He needed to eat but not necessarily donuts first. Left a happy child.

JUST GREAT NICE HOT SOFT DONUTS very clean

I go to Krispy Kreme all the time and everything is usually great. Then last week I stopped by and ordered a dozen donuts because my granddaughter wanted some. This time the donuts were not fresh. They tasted old and were hard. I would usually give a one for this but this being the 1st time out of many I gave them a 3. Mistakes do happen and I can live with that.

Ms. Ida and the gentleman working with her were so wonderful. The donuts were fresh like always, the customer service exceeds expectations, and my daughter had a hoot looking at the donuts on the machine. Thank you for being so kind to us❤

The employees at the drive threw are ALWAYS so rude and act like the don’t even want to be at work. I have never pulled to the window and they have my order right. This time I got a dozen glazed as I always get and a iced coffee the lady Jordan (name on recipe) acknowledged me. I get to the window and she is super rude and didn’t even get my drink. If you don’t want to be a customer pleaser find a job that you don’t have to deal with customers sad thing is she isn’t the only one it’s like this every I come here. It’s to the point I don’t even care to stop there anymore.

This is the second tone in a month we drive the hour for hour and fresh glazed. Granted they are fresh, they have not been hot on either occasion. You can watch them puill then off the rack, already in a box. Very disappointed. Will not make this trip again. We will go to Destin, Fl

My family and I were completely skipped in line by a woman with thick coke bottle like glasses. She was rude and refused to speak to us and told the woman who knew it wasn't her turn it's okay someone else would get us. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior if you're working in customer service. I have managed for too long to let this slide. However Kiana was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL once we were finally helped. That's the ONLY reason they are getting as many stars as they are..... Never mind going back down to a one star because my son just heard them trash talking my wife as he was grabbing napkins.

The worst customer service EVER! Just ordered half dozen donuts, one double shot expresso and another coffee. Half way through making the ordered the female walked away. I ended up placing my order at the drive thru window. Dec 1 4:50pm
