At first it seems like a perfect place for singles, students and newcomers. Yes, it has everything you need and even more. From the friendly facility manager to various places inside the building where you can bring your friends or just relax with your own thoughts. But this is not a fairy tale, and from time to time it becomes quite a nightmare, and in recent months more often than before. Living here for almost a year I have found out that stairs are always working while elevator at least once a week goes to strike and wants to care about our health. Elevator is not that bad thing compared to garbage room where you have to enter with bio-hazard suite if you want to get out alive or just don't want to pick up smell during hot summer days. And if your clothes gets smelly or you just need to wash and dry it in laundry room you have to be lucky enough to find a working one. Internet inside building is shared one, and recently we had a very bad experience that lasted almost whole month. For me who is working from home and needs stable Internet connection this was a nightmare due to frequent connection drops. From my perspective, it seems that they have lost their customer obsession and no matter the complains we made, they only care about ⭐ on Google.

Hier leben kaum Studenten, dafür aber Leute, die mit illegalen Sachen zu tun haben, weil manche Wohnungen über eine externe Firma auf diversen Webseiten wie Airbnb für die zweifachen Mieten vermietet werden, dh. jede zweite Woche ein neuer Nachbar. Sollte die Verwaltung jetzt versuchen meine Bewertung mit Lügen zu beantworten, dann werde ich die Schreiben von mir und meinem Anwalt an i-Live Verwaltung hier hochladen (inkl. Screenshots, Beweisbilder und -videos).

Perfect place for singles and students. Friendly community all the required facilities from washing machines services , gym, basketball court, event kitchen and may more. I shifted recently very happy with my new home and looking forward to explore many more😀

Wundervolle Wohnungen für Singles, in meinem Fall zum Studium. Neulich leider etwas teurer geworden, weshalb ich mich dazu entschlossen hatte, meine Wohnung zu kündigen. Nichtsdestotrotz habe ich hier sehr schöne Erfahrungen gemacht, danke auch an den netten, hilfsbereiten Community Manager ^^

Leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen hier gesammelt. Die Verwaltung ist nur auf das Geld aus und absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Geht woanders hin, ich wünschte ich hätte hier nie angemietet !
