It was a great experience. The women working there was super helpful and kind. It is indeed cold and it looked funny to see my eyelashes freeze during the session. I’ll come again to do some more sports recovery.

I’m not sure… super convenient if you’re in a hurry and maximise efficiency but lacks any meditative aspect and cocooning/welcoming atmosphere. Does the trick I guess, but cabins seemed to be not as cold as others I had tried. Otherwise, super well organised if you value your time and don’t have much.

I am practicing cold showering for almost one year now, but a session in this cryosauna brings it to a hole new level! Great facilities, great technology and a nice and professional team. What really stands out is that these guys really know a lot about cryotherapy and it’s impact on the human body. Hence when you pay a visit to use their cryosauna you have the chance to train your body as well as your mind:)

Attended a workshop about the positive effects of the cold on my body in 2020 and keeping up cold showers ever since. But my shower doesn't get as cold as a visit at the cold chambers of ICEKALT 😉
