Miss Dr. Ridder goes above and beyond for my child's health. There are no long waiting times for appointments or in the practice because the team and the doctor are very well organized. Everyone is extremely warm and respectful towards me and my son. I am very pleased that my son is receiving such good medical care. I had a completely different, unfortunately bad experience with another pediatrician and for this reason I can differentiate really well. We have now been with Dr. for over a year. Ridder.

When I compare her to the other doctors my children have had before she is a real angel she knows how to treat children properly and how to deal with them I am so happy that she is our pediatrician all three children go to her and they love it She's really understanding, she takes time for her patients, I can only recommend her, she's a real angel. My children don't like doctors, but with her it's completely different. Thank you very much for that, Doctor Ridder❤️ I absolutely don't understand these comments with only one star and I can't understand them at all. I think this reception was written by another doctor's office from which all the patients are slowly leaving. Dr Ridder would treat a child herself if it wasn't insured. We had the problem that my daughter's health insurance card didn't work, my daughter was still treated and in the meantime the lady at the reception called the AOK herself when my daughter was being treated and got a certificate saying that she is insured there, it's absolute nonsense the ladies at the Reception is totally loving and understanding, they help wherever they can, so as I said, these comments are total nonsense

Dr Ridder is a great pediatrician. She also always has an open ear for parents. She is really nice to the children and examines them in a playful way. We feel in very good hands with her. Nimet Barlas

The best pediatrician practice I could have wished for. Both parents and young patients are well looked after here. From the entire practice team. We were with Dr. Ridder and can only recommend them! She puts her heart and mind into it and takes the time that is needed. Without hectic and haste, with a lot of empathy (at Kind&Mama). And we also received their full support when we had problems with the health insurance company. I would never have changed, but unfortunately we live too far away now.
