Well stocked store that met all my needs in acquiring items for my son apartment

The staff were nice, although some of them were not that attentative, I usually have to wait very long before someone can give me advice on the stuff I wanted to buy but not sure on some parameters.

Good place to shop for hardware. They have all the required tools and hardware items required for homes. They are well organised and it's easy to find things. The staff here are very friendly. Easy payment with self paying counters. Located in a very accessible place in the mannheim quadrant.

I love Bauhaus, it's one of the shops I can spend my whole day there! However, A simple request on phone and via email for changing a phone number is being rejected due to several excuses, data protection, system does not allowing them, etc. Dear Bauhaus it's 2023!

As every Bauhaus, it is perfect, but just 4 stars because it is a tiny, really small place with less products. But you can get more help and advice than in the big ones. Payment only with card.

Really awesome place that has everything you will ever need to fix something by yourself, home improvement... One problem I found is there aren't much people to help around and the ones you can find seem reluctant to help. There's a limit to how much German I can speak. And it is really bad when it comes to the nuts and bolts of things. Would be nice if simple questions in English could be answered for expats like me :-)

Hard to find the staff and they don't bother with you and don't know what they have or not have. Asked for an item and I was told that they don't have it, but later I found it by myself
