The staff at the till and joinery were very helpful and friendly. Generally easy to find equipment and materials. Free parking. Sadly the member staff approached in the lamp department gave a negative impression for the whole company. Couldn't be bothered to answer simple questions and was downright condescending. Fortunately there are several other hardware and DIY shops nearby.

Great DIY store with massive choice.. normally...

Lots of products to choose. But the problem is with the employees. They are not reliable. Most of them are rude, do not want to help, giving wrong information and some of them even do not know the products. They should improve their approach and communication to customers.

Great for do it yourself projects..

Large Bauhaus but I did expect it to be even larger. Small garden area with few plants. Bakery at the entrance but no water for dogs to be found anywhere.

Very middle of the road kind of place. It's not bad and it's not great. I feel like it may have been a little expensive. We bought five small plastic pots and two 60liter bags of potting soil and paid close to 40€ which seems like a lot to me.
